I booked this company for transportation for my wedding in July through a charter company. I initially had school buses but switched since they assured there was AC on these buses and we wanted our guests to be comfortable. With that came roughly $2200 over what we initially paid to have AC. We were supposed to have two buses, a 35 passenger and a 55 passenger take our guests at 1:45, 3, and 4pm. Our ceremony was at 4:30pm. The 35 passenger bus did the first two trips (my bridal party and immediate family for photos) then the 35 and 55 passenger were to do one final trip at 4pm with the majority of my guests. I was not on the 1:45 bus as we were doing a first look at our wedding venue, but everyone was saying it was well over 80 degrees on the bus, giving me the exact temperature even though the bus company swears they could have never known that - they state it was right above the driver and as they continued to ask to have the air put on, the driver hit the AC and water was coming out of it onto the seats. Additionally, the same thing was happening with he AC on the 3pm bus. Now, at 4pm both buses were supposed to take guests over. I am sitting in our bridal suite waiting to walk down the aisle and my sisters phone rings informing her that the driver of the smaller bus shut the door in guests faces and said "there's another bus right behind me." I thought, ok maybe they were late, but other guests on the bus assured me they were right there, there were seats on the bus, and they were just turned away. About 25 individuals had to get ubers over to our wedding. I think to myself ok both of them must have left and I continue to work with our coordinator to get my bridal party set up to walk down the aisle to our ceremony. At 4:25pm - I get a text stating that my driver of the 55 passenger was arriving to the hotel. This was news to me, as I thought everything was running smoothly and they left at 4pm like we had agreed upon. Seconds later, my phone is ringing, and the driver is asking me "what she is supposed to do now she just got to the hotel." I let her know she missed the transportation window, and that all my guests have been taken over or have gotten in ubers. Now, im stressing as I tried to make everything so easy on guests and something I paid, a pretty significant amount of money on, didn't even arrive or perform the task I paid for. At the end of the night, I asked for 5-10 minutes for us to ensure we had everything packed up from the venue, I did ask to build this time into our schedule before I signed the contract and was assured it would be of no problem to wait the 5-10 min. When I got onto the smaller bus and asked if she could be the one to wait for us, I was told "no go ask the second driver." I asked the second driver and she ensured me she was okay to stay and that it was no problem. 5 minutes later, we all pile on the bus and we are begging for AC at this point. It was a short drive, we were all fine but again, everyone was very uncomfortable even though this is why I went coach bus after second guessing. I called to speak to someone about these issues, the bus shutting the door in my guests faces, the AC, and the fact that the biggest bus was late for my guests, and I was told I had to be making things up about the heat and the driver of the first bus because they are the most seasoned drivers. I was told they would talk to the drivers about my concerns and call me back - fast forward three weeks and I have yet to receive any sort of call back. Morale of the story is that I did not get what I was promised in my contract and they were not willing to work with me on that. I had other vendors who experienced issues and were so forthcoming to admit it and make us feel better about it. I would suggest they work on their communication and resolving customer issues. read more
