On the return, though takeoff had been delayed, we arrived an hour earlier than scheduled. I was concerned because my physical condition had altered and waiting would be difficult. He had the opportunity to make up his lack of professionalism on the return trip and he just did the same thing. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I wouldn't want someone else to have a bad experience like this, waste your money, almost miss your cruise, and be in danger with poor driving. Just not good.
