Now the valve cover and timing cover gaskets are leaking due to their work, and they refuse to fix it. I spoke with Micheal, the General Manager, who was rude and dismissive. I also wrote directly to owner Fred Hertrich, but he has never contacted me and keeps passing me back to the same manager. Trusted the shop because I knew one of the managers…read more After my car got broken into in April I brought it to Preston auto body of Dover and it sat for about 3 months with no updates (not one call the entire time) left exposed to weather without any crash wrap on my drivers side window, and was poorly cared for. When I finally got it back, the work was rushed and sloppy--vinyl color mismatch, vinyl bubbles all over the roof, scratches from removing my rear louvers, dents on passenger rear panel, loose seat cover, and a slice through my windshield molding. Promises to fix issues are potentially taking longer than a month, or pushed off entirely because now calls are never being returned by the shop manager after I brought all these issues to light. As a single, older woman, I am grateful to have someone completely explain my options before any charges are made and they do that. I feel comfortable going there, knowing that they are not going to inflate costs or push for unnecessary services. My first experience was being towed there after my car cut off and would not restart. Of course, I had no appointment, but they didn't turn me away nor ask me to leave my car and come back later. They have a comfortable waiting area with upholstered chairs that have arms, tables, coffee/tea and water for free, vending machines, a TV, and nearby bathrooms. They even have a charging station for cellphones! They diagnosed my problem, explained what my options were to solve it, did the services I agreed to and got me out in good time. The cost was very good for what needed to be done and I haven't had a problem with it since. I go back for regular services and have dropped in when I realized a headlight wasn't working. Again, they talked to me about options, sat me in the waiting area, did what was needed and presented me with a reasonable price to pay. I came home happy that my problem was solved effectively and feeling like a valued client! I highly recommend this place!

I just recently moved to Cali and I'm not going to lie, since I love my car so much one of the first things I thought about was how much I was going to miss Price Acura! I think their prices are fairly good, service is good. I just don't like the fact that most services you have to drop your car off in the AM and pick it up in the afternoon. But depending on how much you're getting done they do give you a loaner. Also, I bought tires from them(Price Honda) and I guess the guy gave me performance or sports tires(whatever they're called), even though I told him I wanted something fancier but reliable and they wore down in less than a year so since this shouldn't have happened Price Acura gave me better, more reliable tires at a discounted prices and when they made this offer I had already put my stock tires back on and didn't plan to switch them out until summer and they still honored their offer months later.
