Now the valve cover and timing cover gaskets are leaking due to their work, and they refuse to fix it. I spoke with Micheal, the General Manager, who was rude and dismissive. I also wrote directly to owner Fred Hertrich, but he has never contacted me and keeps passing me back to the same manager. Posting this to warn others: this dealership does not stand behind their work. Think twice before going here.

Trusted the shop because I knew one of the managers…read more After my car got broken into in April I brought it to Preston auto body of Dover and it sat for about 3 months with no updates (not one call the entire time) left exposed to weather without any crash wrap on my drivers side window, and was poorly cared for. When I finally got it back, the work was rushed and sloppy--vinyl color mismatch, vinyl bubbles all over the roof, scratches from removing my rear louvers, dents on passenger rear panel, loose seat cover, and a slice through my windshield molding. Promises to fix issues are potentially taking longer than a month, or pushed off entirely because now calls are never being returned by the shop manager after I brought all these issues to light. Very unprofessional in my opinion.

I brought my fleet vehicle for regular oil change and to check for a possible oil leak. Recently this location got rid of all their services writers and hired new. They are not any better. The company I work for uses fleet service insurance company who takes care of any repair bills incurred on these company vehicles. The girl that checked me in was very snooty about how they would receive payment. I informed her that they would need to call the service company and get approval and payment. She kept asking me how I was going to pay and that they could not release the truck until they got payment. I am not sure why what I told her was so difficult to understand. Finally one of the service mangers had to step in to explain it to her. Then when she reviewed what the truck was in for I added to check on a possible oil leak. She said rudely that the reason for the oil loss was due to me driving way past the service date. She was very rude about the way she said it and pretty much embarrassed me in front of another customer. She didn't have to be so rude about it. Just say okay we'll check on it and keep it moving. Every time I deal with this location it's always something. Never have had a problem free friendly experience and I've been coming here for over 5 years. Well, no more. I will take it somewhere else or take it to Jiffy Lube.

I just recently moved to Cali and I'm not going to lie, since I love my car so much one of the first things I thought about was how much I was going to miss Price Acura! I think their prices are fairly good, service is good. I just don't like the fact that most services you have to drop your car off in the AM and pick it up in the afternoon. But depending on how much you're getting done they do give you a loaner. Also, I bought tires from them(Price Honda) and I guess the guy gave me performance or sports tires(whatever they're called), even though I told him I wanted something fancier but reliable and they wore down in less than a year so since this shouldn't have happened Price Acura gave me better, more reliable tires at a discounted prices and when they made this offer I had already put my stock tires back on and didn't plan to switch them out until summer and they still honored their offer months later.
