And to add insult to injury doing so about 10 minutes after most shops closed up for the day. **ENTER INTO THE PICTURE: John and Master Automotive Diagnostics** After giving John a run down of my problem over the phone, he was able to quickly troubleshoot the problem to include identify the root cause (a bad tensioner), call several stores to confirm availability of parts and provided SUPERIOR & QUALITY service. Not only was the service quick (considering working away from the comforts of a garage) but it was thorough, cost efficient, affordable and above all else, his customer service and communication skills were unparalleled. He was able to ease ALL worries, fears, and concerns within 10 mins of talking with him. He reassured me that I'd be home with my family within no time and that was warmly felt and received. I hope to never break down on the road again but he is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and the FIRST call to make for anyone needing car repairs or is stranded on the road.

The other driver did pull over and stay with us until the police came, the Trooper was kind and amazing and stayed with us until Wicked Wrenches (WW) got our car loaded. Here's the "amazing" part. We had nowhere to go and no way to get to our destination. For $100 extra for fuel (Not Gas....WW joke), the WW driver, Robbie, drove us 3 hours to our home. Car and all. He was professional, funny, caring and his boss on the other end of the radio checked in to see how we were doing and made sure we got home safe. She paid to have all that completed by GEARED UP TRUCKS AND MORE and he sent a note with the paperwork expiring soon that he was going out of business. She could complete the paperwork and he would reimburse her. This was a complete fiasco with running it through the theft unit and not having the correct paperwork. We learned that DMV had shut him down and there were at least 30 other individuals trying to complete their title work. We worked with the investigator and learned that he was selling cars without a dealer license anymore. My daughter is out almost $1000 because of this and he issued her a check that was on a closed account. Straight criminal!!! Do not purchase anything from these people. Losers!
