They put all my info in their system and the computer will automatically send me a text when it's time for service and it calbrates it's notifications when it understands it's waiting too long or not long enough It learns to adjust. Work I needed was carefully explained especially when there is a cheaper route that they didn't recommend, and I was explained why the more expensive route was best and offered ways to complete the work over time, at my own pace if I didn't want to spend that much at once. I don't know much about rotors and even after just 1 visit, I had no doubt that what he was recommending was for value over cost and without hesitation, I went with their recommendations. I have been working on my own vehicles for 20 years, I went to school after getting out of the military for Automotive Science and Mechanical Engineering; I worked as a mechanic, professionally for years, and I trained as a Maryland State Inspector. And please do respond saying I did the inspection wrong. I have the book right in front of me stating how to do it properly, alongside years of experience. To say what you all quoted was dishonest would be an understatement. All parts you quoted were 4x their actual price, before your discount is applied. The Golden Rule of business is to double the price. Furthermore, you quoted a ball joint job for all 4 ball joints at 4 hours. You then went on to quote an additional 3.5 hours for the tie rod, tie rod ends, drag link, drag link ends and adjuster, and the steering damper; ALL OF WHICH MUST BE REMOVED IN THE BALL JOINT JOB. So, you not only want to replace parts that do not require replacement; of which you stated verbally to my face; "that they are bad." You then go on the double charge (nearly) the hours, for a job that would be done while another job being is done... Tell me you are dishonest why don't ya boys. You quoted a track bar replacement, which it does not need. You quoted all 4 shocks; the vehicle passes the bounce test, rides fine, corners well, and has no sign of worn-out shocks. You quoted balancing the tires, which was just done at the time of purchase. This is not something you could have known and is normal practice when suggested alongside needed front end work... or... the actual cause of a vibration at 60mph could easily be... an imbalanced tire. You went on to suggest that it needs rear axle seals; you told me to my face that they are leaking, which they are not. The multifunction switch, which I already diagnosed as needing to be replaced, and told you about (which you would not have even caught in your "inspection" had I not done so). You want $168 for a $30 part. You also quoted 1 hour labor for a .3-hour labor job. Is this your regular practice gentlemen? Charge 4x for the part and double to triple charge for labor hours? I had my wife do this job, so she learned how. A woman who knows nothing about cars or tools did this job in 10 minutes; with a part that cost $30. Thats a nice savings of $243 for us that you all were going to pocket. Yall do realize this is illegal under State Law, right? 6 DE Code § 4903A Are you all sure this is the road you want to walk down? How many people have you ripped off so far? Likely hundreds, likely amounting to hundreds of thousands of dollars. You boys thought you were just dealing with my wife and tried to rip her off. Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. Wouldn't you know, that is when our trusty vehicle decided to break down! But at least our good old SUV had the heart to do it in the best place possible! If there is such a thing as the right place to breakdown, that's where it happened! We met a wonderful woman who recommended this garage that just happened to be right down the road and not somewhere up the Coastal Highway which could have been called the Coastal Crawlway that weekend! She helped us so much, we are very thankful she was there! We rolled into this garage during their lunch hour and they jumped right on the situation. They said they knew they would have trouble getting parts if we needed something they didn't have since it was right before the 4th. Unfortunately we needed an alternator which most places don't happen to have just lying around, but they ordered it quickly and then everyone had to wait. We originally needed to go home on the 4th but realized that my wife's vacation just got extended! She and my son could wait, I was due back at work and I had to visit the great folks at Enterprise and drive home. This business was also great to deal with. My wife and son would be bringing the vehicle home and I hoped that this garage would repair the vehicle and make it safe and sound for them. They did everything that needed to be done and they kept her posted along the way! They were absolutely awesome! As soon as the part got there, they called my wife and told her that they were beginning to work on it, they let her know what time they thought they would be done and then when they finished (earlier than expected even) they called and let her know. She was able to plan her departure and get on the road that evening without feeling rushed or worried! They were extremely nice to all of us and we appreciated it so much! The vehicle ran like a top and she never once felt nervous during the long drive home! The pricing was very fair and reasonable and the service was above and beyond! This episode didn't come close to ruining our vacation and that is largely due to the fact that such great people were surrounding us the whole time! It was a busy time of year, it was hot and hectic and it could have been easy for all of these people to get frustrated, but everyone had smiles on their faces and worked so hard to get the job done! We really truly appreciate all that they did!

Went to a place near OC and they couldn't fit us in. Another shop could not get us back on the road the same day, but they did put us in touch with Muffler Mart. They found the problem in minutes (a bad coil) and got us running on all cylinders in two hours. Great people, honest service and a really clean shop. If I lived in the area it would be our "go to" auto servicing center.
