This Wicked Wrenches was owned by the same people as the old Geared Up Trucks until they both shut down. Steer clear of him and his father. They lie to you, scam you, and will issue a check on a closed account. The son goes by different first names. My daughter purchased a vehicle and he owes her money for tax, title, and tags. She paid to have all that completed by GEARED UP TRUCKS AND MORE and he sent a note with the paperwork expiring soon that he was going out of business. She could complete the paperwork and he would reimburse her. This was a complete fiasco with running it through the theft unit and not having the correct paperwork. We learned that DMV had shut him down and there were at least 30 other individuals trying to complete their title work. We worked with the investigator and learned that he was selling cars without a dealer license anymore. My daughter is out almost $1000 because of this and he issued her a check that was on a closed account. Straight criminal!!! Do not purchase anything from these people. Losers! I noticed online that he is being sued, but pretty sure he sold everything at the business already and doesn't own anything to take. AGAIN, STAY CLEAR OF HIM AND HIS FATHER. This company was above and beyond spectacular!! Over Mem Day weekend, we decided to take a trip to Rehoboth beach. A tire came off of a boat trailer traveling in the opposite direction and slammed into the front of our car and pretty much ripped part of the front end off and .....well let's just say I'm pretty sure the car is totaled. 3 hours from home, stranded in the middle of nowhere in Denton and not knowing not a single soul out there, my Mom and I were alone and completely at a loss. The other driver did pull over and stay with us until the police came, the Trooper was kind and amazing and stayed with us until Wicked Wrenches (WW) got our car loaded. Here's the "amazing" part. We had nowhere to go and no way to get to our destination. For $100 extra for fuel (Not Gas....WW joke), the WW driver, Robbie, drove us 3 hours to our home. Car and all. He was professional, funny, caring and his boss on the other end of the radio checked in to see how we were doing and made sure we got home safe. We thank God to be alive and people like WW and Robbie for getting us home and not leaving us stranded (as the other towing companies were going to). My vehicle was disabled and could not be started. I called AAA and they sent Wicked Wrenches out. I was planning to work on my vehicle tomorrow, so I asked the driver if it would be possible to back the vehicle into the garage. The driver said "no problem. My vehicle is now in my garage ready for me tomorrow. Wicked Wrenches drivers go the extra mile to make sure customers are taken care of. Worst place ever, employees, especially new ones are not treated right. Had a friend recently quit because of the ridiculous pay he was given. 1.36 an hour! I was utterly disappointed with the service I received from this business. I simply came in for an oil change and ended up staying there for two hours. It's sad to say that when I arrived I was the only vehicle that needed to be serviced and yet I didn't leave the establishment until two hours later. Not only that, the mechanic waited until he had ordered the oil for my car before telling me the price, so of course it was too late for me to change my mind about getting an oil change there because $60.00 was entirely too much. When the oil change was done and I was about to leave, something told me to ask the mechanic if he also topped of all the other fluids. This was his response, "oh you want me to do that too"? Like what the hell, I paid $60.00 for an oil change that included topping off all liquids and if I hadn't said anything I would have paid $60.00 for just a simple oil change. And the fact that I could hear them joking around about the fact that my oil change is taking a very long time really upset me as well. Like what kind of unprofessional is this, I have never experienced this in my life. The other reviews on here say their prices are cheap, please don't fall for it, If I paid $60.00 for an oil change then you're going to be paying way more for more serious issues. I recommend not bringing your car here at all, literally disgusted me. The worst part is they didn't even apologize for the long wait time, I declare this the worst mechanic in Delaware.
