This " roadside services"company is beyond a poor excuse for a tow company and for state farm auto insurance to use this company makes me wonder about if state farm insurance company realizes the horrible customer service that is offered. I guarantee my state farm insurance local representative and its main office will find out after I discuss with them both tomorrow. I am reading some of these other reviews and I must have been lucky. (Other than my car breaking down) Used my roadside assistance through State Farm, driver was there a lot faster than expected. He was a wonderful young man, professional and kind. I have only needed to call a tow service twice in my life, (both with my 2019 Tahoe... just saying..) Going at least 60-65 in a 55, and cut across two lanes of traffic to get to the lane he needed after he had already stopped and caused almost two cars to run into the back of him. Do not use this tow company. AAA used them to tow my truck. AAA told me one mileage and the tow company used a different route that was much longer. When I questioned them why, they gave me some terrible excuse as to why they we're going that way. Also while loading the truck the truck broke free and rolled back off the bed. Luckily one of us was able to jump in and stop the truck. The driver could have easily killed someone. Again when I confronted them about it, the dispatch just said yeah he's new and blew it off. My car got stuck in the mud Monday and called for roadside assistance through my insurance with Allstate.I had to get home so my son stayed with my car until they came.The tow driver gets in my car and is mashing the gas for about 5 to 10 minutes before he realizes it's stuck in the mud..Yea that's why I called for a winch.So even after hooking the winch up the man leaves the car in reverse and starts pulling it out where it almost runs into the tow truck my son had to hurry up and jump in to hit the breaks to keep it from hitting them. Most people know that if your car is not built for off road you don't do that. We'll go to drive it and the idle jump high and the battery light came on and the my car shuts off.They blew my alternator.Call my insurance to let them know and they say the tow company is responsible that they have insurance.Well the tow company said they would give me a $100 refund to have it towed.I explained I pay for that through my insurance so is that going towards the repair then they say they don't know I'll have to wait 5-7 business days for someone to reach out.Really disappointed in Allstate for using this company that now I see I'm going to have to pay for this to get fixed.I refuse to ever let them come out and help with anything again if they don't accept their negligence and I will file a civil lawsuit not only for the damage but for putting my son in harms why for having to jump into a moving car. My car was towed on 11/5/2024. The only issue I had was the wait time and I was advised that they had been busy, which I get. The Tow guy arrived, he was very respectful, quick on loading the car and he towed my car from Smyrna Firestone to the dealership in Dover. From the way the driver presented himself he definitely represented this company well. I would recommend this company based on the driver. read more

Stay away. AAA hired this company to tow my car from Dover, DE to my mechanic in South Jersey. When the car hadn't shown up 2 hours after their ETA, I called AAA to see where it was (Mid Atlantic wasn't answering my calls). The status of the car in AAA's system was "cleared," meaning that it was reported to them as delivered, but it clearly was not. The AAA dispatcher then called Mid Atlantic, who insisted to AAA that it had been delivered. The driver then called me directly and said he was "18 miles away". More than an hour later, the driver finally showed up. Not being competent enough to give a reasonable ETA is one thing. Lying to the service that hired you to cover up that incompetence should get you fired. They give AAA a bad name. read more

I do not recommend these people whatsoever to tow your vehicle I have waited 2 hours in 90° weather for a employee under the name of Mr. Singh 2 pull and say that he's sorry he cannot help us we are the ones that had to call and get the road blocked off even though my car is off the road he just up and left and said he has more important things to do sorry don't have time for this with no explanation at all other than that he up and leaves us Worst company out there as far as getting your vehicle towed they will not help you and they will leave you on the side of the road also I believe the driver Mr. Singh should be fired he was very rude and had no Manners or moral decency whatsoever don't understand how they can have people like that working for them This is why they have 1.4 stars read more

I can't even give them a star.... Brought my truck home from Smyrna in the parking lot where I work to camden. They lost the keys... tried to drop my truck at the house while they go find them... I wasn't having that... They came back with the keys and dropped my truck off. I asked them why my tanneu cover was hard to lift and they blew me off... In the morning I tried to lift my tanneu cover only to find out they stole the gas shocks the assist the lifting... Piss poor sevice...service.... Please avoid this company. Mid-Atlantic Roadside was dispatched for a roadside service tow through AAA. They received the dispatch but never showed up. When I called to find out what was going on, the guy was very rude and unprofessional. If you are using your insurance or AAA roadside service, you can request to use a different tow company. read more

Left high and dry. AAA hired them. They showed up and then said they would return in a half hour and three hours later AAA has arranged for a different tow company. If you are calling AAA for service, find out who the tow company is and refuse if it's this one. read more

They do not even deserve 1 star. AAA contracted them to tow my vehicle from Dover to Ocean City. Dispatch said someone would be to me within 90 minutes. Long story short, 6 hours later they showed up. They then tried to say AAA isn't covering my tow and I have to pay $525 out of pocket. I called AAA and explained everything...then all of a sudden they were able to tow it for AAA. I told them to leave and I will find someone else. During the 6 hour wait I called their dispatch multiple times where the dispatcher was rude and said they are busy and that I should understand. I wouldn't use this company for anything. A tow was requested through Allstate Insurance. I received progress updates through text messages. At 2:38pm I received a text stating the tow was 21 min out. At 2:48pm I received a text apologizing for being late but the tow was 8 min away. At 4:00pm there still was no tow. I then called the company and spoke to a person who stated that the tow was 30 min out. I asked how this could be when over an hour ago the tow was 8 min away. This person tried to lie to me but let it come out that the truck took another tow job. This person did not like that I told him his tow company sucks so he cancelled the tow and lied to Allstate and told them I cancelled the tow. Would never recommend this company to anyone. I would give a zero star review if it were available. I had a flat tire, called AAA, and they dispatched this server. The man changed my tire and added air to my spare. I immediately drove to Firestone where my original tire was under warranty. Once I arrived at Firestone, I was told that three of my lugs were stripped. This resulted in a costly repair for me. This server denied that he has changed my tire; he claims that he only added air. This is a blatant lie, and course, the service sides with the man who changed my tire. His word against my word - even though I have a statement from Firestone stating that I arrived at Firestone, within minutes of this service, with a spare tire on the car and the flat tire in the back of my car. From now on, any time I need service of this type, I will be videoing the entire service! My next stop is BBB and small claims court of Delaware. DO NOT ALLOW THIS BUSINESS TO TOUCH YOUR CAR! read more
