The first employee I talked to didn't even know they had a website when I asked them to match Costco's price on an identical battery. He went and got the owner. She came out and denied that it said that on their website so I showed her. Her comment was she would be losing money if she sold it for that price so I said, but your website says you guarantee the lowest price. She didn't even offer me a better price. When I told her to look at this from a consumer perspective, she told me to go to Costco and asked me to leave. Another dishonest business. Why am I not surprised? Don't be fooled by fancy language. Question everything. Let's see if they at least remove the misleading banner about the guarantee they don't honor.
