Everybody there seemed real nice but I'm glad I had the guy that helped us cuz was real down to earth and nice to look at lol. One of the managers there had really cute braids and she wasn't like most girls that don't tell you who did the hair. She actually gave me her stylist info without me having to ask first which I thought was dope. Imma come back when it's time for me to get my phone. I usually just upgrade it online cause I'm not slow but the vibes was vibin so it'll be worth the gas. Hopefully Vony will still be working there in 3 months.

The clerk checked me in and proceeded to do the necessary paperwork but I was told he couldn't give me a receipt for turning in the equipment since system was down but promised to send me an email detailing my transaction. I never received the email and when I tried to contact the store all I got was another agent somewhere else but. it wasn't an actual employee of the store that I went to. I was then switched to another dept and was hung up on. so after being a customer for over 20 years Xfinity doesn't give a damn about my loyalty to their company and still do t have the receipt that I turned in all of my equipment. The customer service is unreliable and very unprofessional in the way this was handled.

The crooks of telephone service. They will bury you in…read morepapers with the Sign Here and here, and here! I emphatically stated I will not sign a long term contract after just getting out of the previous telephone company. But so many pages and not enough days to read everything they will slip the long term contract by with your signature. That is only the first problem with these "slimeballs". They never hooked up the second office number to roll over to the main office lines. How much business or just calls never came in??? The price quote was also a big lie. I called month after month about the billing and was just brushed off as it was a partial month or it was a combined period. These guys make the Gold family of "Hardcore Pawn" look like Saints

Global Telecom Brokers, aka GTB out of Owings Mills, and its attorney Barton J Sidle make their…read moreliving by signing long-term contracts, providing less-than acceptable services and then suing their clients when they cancel the services. As of October 2013, they have filed over 330 law suits against their clients, according to the Maryland District Court record alone. Please look up their name under "Maryland Judiciary Case Search" and you will see what I mean. In our case, we signed a contract to provide 1.5 Mbps Internet speed along with telephone services. The actual speed we were getting was between 0.08 and 0.1 Mbps at all times no matter what time of day you tested it. As for the service itself, they promise you 99.99% up time, we were getting service interruptions between internet and phone service almost on a daily basis. Every time we called, they tell us that they have "opened a ticket", whatever that means, and they will fix the problem, no one ever calls or follows up with us and the service come back hours later and sometime 2 or 3 days later. Imagine running a business under these conditions. I do not recommend Global Telecom Brokers not even to my worst enemy. Service is useless, very expensive, it comes with a ton of promises and I guarantee you none will be delivered. They have a tendency of doing everything verbally (by telephone) rather than reply to emails, and now I know why, so nothing is in writing when they go to court. Avoid Global Telecom Brokers at all cost because they are a scam. I can't wait for Maryland to shut them down for their illegal activities.

I shopped at this location for years, and it used to be fine, but went downhill in last six months…read more In my most recent experience, the staff pressured me to spend more money for a "better" phone, which I did. when it wasn't working, I brought it in, and left it there a few days, and they said it was fixed. I took it home, it didn't work properly. Brought it back, and they said it must just have a bad battery and they switched the battery and told me to charge it and try it again. When it still didn't work, I returned to the store, and they said - oops, your time is up, no longer under warranty. And this was for the more expensive phone. They wanted me to buy a new phone by them again - no discount or anything for the crap they sold me. And although the worker in the store admitted that I had come back multiple times and they kept sending me home with a supposedly fixed phone, the owner insisted it was my fault for waiting until the warranty expired (which I had not). I had other small incidents prior to this, but I just lost all that money on a new phone that never worked properly. Now I have to buy a new phone - you can be sure it won't be there. Their customer service is lousy, their workers literally were googling how to fix my phone in front of me, and then the owner saw and said I should leave the phone for a few days and it will get fixed. Ha. If you want a working phone and a store that cares about you as a customer, do not shop here.

I kept the receipt which detailed I should be entitled to a full refund. The store clerk who assisted me at that time said I would not be able to get a refund since they can't resell earbuds. That is not my problem since they sold me a bad product in the first place. They said they would contact management about this but he was out the office for an extended lunch so I would need to wait hours before getting a reply. I left a 2-star review on Google expressing my disappointment. I returned the day after and was given half of what I spent on the earbuds as store credit. I accepted this but was still unsatisfied since according to the info printed on the receipt and on their corporate's website, I should have been entitled the full cash refund. Today, I returned looking to purchase a charger. I never had a problem with a charger I purchased from them before, so this was something I trusted them on. The problem is that the same store clerk from before was manning the counter again today and they refused me service until I took down my previous 2-star review.
