I called in search of a locksmith and had a question regarding Mr. Locksmith's prices and services. The "gentleman" that answered was extremely abrupt, rude, and unhelpful. When trying to attain an answer regarding a simple price questions, he barraged me with unrelated questions, laughed at me, and hung up. Yikes. Don't give Mr. Locksmith a call. I made an appt to have someone come out to change my storm door locks on the same day. Joe contacted me and we discussed price. After agreed upon price I set the appt for that afternoon. Joe showed up as scheduled. Once here he had trouble removing one of the lock and so attempted to fix the other but both were not possible.
