While this was by no means an emergency, Doctor Locksmith sent Kevin over to our home within an hour to assess and repair. Kevin arrived with a mask on which I very much appreciated considering the new COVID variant. The consult fee to come and assess was $34. He explained that he'd work on removing the old, broken lock and then discuss replacement. There was a consult fee, lock removal fee and then he replaced both (2) locks on the door. It was a pricey visit but well worth the efficiency and resolution provided. This was likely the most stress-free home repair we've experienced as homeowners thus far! Highly recommend Kevin and Doctor Locksmith.

This is a long overdue review for a company and people that deserve more than 5 stars…read more I had cameras (2 doorbell cameras and 1 fixed camera) installed at my home about a year ago. Chris and Rose came out to do the install and did a wonderful job. They hid the wires well and made sure everything was in good working order prior to leaving. (They even stopped work to help look for the cat that we thought escaped while the door was open.) They answered all the questions I had after installation and helped to resolve issues with video quality and connectivity. About 4 months after installation one of the doorbell cameras malfunctioned and caught fire. I emailed Chris and Rose about what happened. They came that same evening to help secure the door since the fire department ripped out the door frame to stop by fire. They didn't stop there. Chris and Rose figured out what happened and went back to the manufacturer. They were able to get the manufacturer to exchange the doorbell cameras for an updated version. When they came back to replace the doorbell cameras they found replacing the one that malfunctioned would no longer be the best option because of the addition of a storm door. Chris and Rose suggested a fixed camera instead. Chris came back a 3rd time to install the fixed camera. There was no hesitation or complaints from them about having to come out a 3rd time. It's now about 8 months later and things are working well. I know if I ever had additional questions or issues, Chris and Rose wouldn't hesitate to address them.

We have just utilized this service through the Glen Burnie office, and Darrell, out technician was an excellent find. Basically, I was out of my car for a week having lost my key, called around, and arranged for a recommended freelancer to come and provide a replacement key/transponder. That gentleman showed up and after fifteen minutes, he revealed that he could not get through to GM for the key code. I was frustrated and called Pop-A-Lock. After having a really bad experience with another mobile locksmith (to the point we didn't even allow him to look at the car), I called MD 24/7 and Eli sent Byron right over (meaning in less than an half hour). Byron is what customer service dreams are made of. He was friendly and patient with a lock novice like me. He took the time to explain how my key worked and how it works with the cars security system. Eventually (after a couple to calls to confirm his suspicions), he told me that it actually is not the key that is causing the problem, but maybe the electrical system of the car. He then patiently explained it again to my SO (because, honestly, I could not grasp it enough to explain to someone else). After all the time he spent diagnosing that that key is not the issue (which you know, the average person would have made the key, charged us, and left before us figuring out it has nothing to do with the key), he didn't charge us, since we didn't really use his services! Byron spoke very highly of the company (which is always wonderful that the employees are happy because their bosses treat them well). He was patient and thorough. I will shout from the rooftops about how awesome this company is, and I highly recommend them to everyone.
