Wow... this place is great! Funny thing is, I was just trying to turn-a-round in the parking lot...but ended up facing the front door. See the picture, is this a beautuful presentation or what! That's a lot of teriyaki and gyozo and rice and salad, for $9.99 ! The chicken was cooked just right, still supple with a rich Teriyaki sauce. There was two scoops of rice and the lettuce on the salad was super crisp. The gyozas were hot with dipping sauce... wonderful! ...super clean, modern place to boot! I'll be turning around in this parking lot again soon !!!

I've ordered from Wok & Bowl once while in the area after a very long day doing errands, and the food was OK. Ordered a beef teriyaki combo that came with white rice (no choice for brown) and plain salad, just lettuce with dressing. The beef was a little dry, but the portion was generous. I was the only person there. My order was rung up as $99.99 the first time - had to point it out to get it corrected. The gal running the register had also been in the kitchen and was probably just really tired. They have Chinese food here as well as Japanese plus soups. They close earlier than most, 8 pm.

Solid Spicy chicken teriyaki! Grilled onions cooked perfectly to compliment the chicken. Not a glazed sauce but does come with the heat!

So I was in the neighborhood and had to Kill time before my meeting. So stop by this place because I'm hungry! .The choices was overwhelming and they had 3 columns and fine print to choose from. It was a very long list kinda ridiculous! Food was okay, nothing that jump at me or anything. Would i come back to this place , I dunno maybe if I'm desperate. Lol..

Staying at the hotel close by and needed a quick lunch option. Walked in for to go order. Super friendly lady up front and very honest opinions. I picked their chow nien with chicken. Figure simple enough and the flavors are amazing. Not bland or overwhelming. I just missed grabbing some hot sauce for the spice though!

The beef teriyaki is very fatty.. They didn't give us any extra teriyaki sauce so it was very dry as well, not worth the $15

We ordered Uber eats and the food was delivered quick and hot!! It was our first time eating here. We tried the combination yakisoba and the chicken teriyaki with chicken Katsu. All the food was very good and huge portions!! Will definitely order from here again!!

If I could give zero stars I would. First there seemed to be language barrier and the cashier had difficulty understanding what I wanted to order. I ordered the prawn tempura, the hot and spicy chicken, and the hot and spicy tofu. Took about three times before the cashier understood that I wanted the hot and spicy chicken and not the honey chicken, I attempted to explain to the cashier that I wanted my rice kept in separate container from the entrees. I attempted to explain it to her couple of times before she called the cook. The cook didn't quiet understand and we ended up resorting to hand gestures before he understood that I wanted the rice in a totally separate container. I get my order and pack it up to go. On the way home it didn't quiet smell right to me. I get home and I am met with a sloppy mess of over cooked veggies and I couldn't tell the difference between the hot and spicy chicken and the hot and spicy tofu, I plate up everything. The prawn tempura was all batter. It looked like when they butterflied the prawn they cut it down into four thin strips. The batter was about a 1/4" thick. It was more like a prawn flavored batter shaped like a prawn tempura. And instead of giving me tempura sauce, I get ponzu instead. WTF? Do they not know ponzu doesn't go with tempura. The hot and spicy chicken and hot and spicy tofu was indeed a messy slop of over cooked veggies. It wasn't spicy at all but more of a watered down sweet and sour sauce and I HATE sweet and sour. The chicken was grilled and tasted like they just washed off the teriyaki sauce and added it to the sweet and sour sauce. I also hate teriyaki so the combination of sweet and sour with chicken teriyaki was absolutely GROSS! The hot and spicy tofu was just like the chicken in that it also tasted like watered down sweet & sour sauce again, which I hate). It was the same sloppy mess of over cooked veggies minus the grilled teriyaki chicken. The only good thing was the rice. It was an expensive meal for lousy food and the only good thing was the rice. I don't plan on going back there again.

Spicy Wing plate. it's like a spicy version of Orange Chicken. So good!

We got a table almost immediately, as we did get there relatively early around 11:30 AM. The place was already somewhat busy, but there were a number of available tables. We all picked a different sushi roll, I chose the Miyabi roll, which was very good. Our service and server was very good, guided us through the menu as best as she could. All in all it was a great lunch, with a nice active lunch scene and busy vibe. Thank you

Started off strong with the uni shot, which was really good, and the sashimi fresh, clean, and exactly what you want from a sushi spot. We also ordered the mushroom and pumpkin salad with spinach, which tasted great, but at $20, it felt a bit overpriced for what it was. The rolls, unfortunately, didn't live up to how they looked. Presentation was definitely there, but the flavor just didn't hit. On top of that, they were falling apart pretty easily when picked up with chopsticks, which made them a little frustrating to eat. Service was solid overall staff was attentive despite how busy it was but they did miss our hamachi kama, which was a bit of a letdown. A couple things to note: this place is cash only, and it gets very busy, so expect a bit of a wait. That said, the vibe is nice, and the design of the space is something I actually liked. Would I come back? Probably for sashimi and appetizers but I might skip the rolls next time.

I asked for a spice ball for the soup on the side. The soup was rich and creamy as the name suggested. The pork chashu was average at best. It lacked flavor and color. The noodles were thick and al dente and absorbed the broth very well. I would not recommend mixing the tempura flakes into the broth as it makes them soggy and they no longer have the crunchy texture to contrast the noodles. For tempura I got a steamed egg tempura, shrimp tempura, and potato tempura. The egg tempura definitely reined supreme. Would heavily recommend a tempura sauce which they happened to run out with today. The vegetable tempuras were all bland. Would not recommend. If you do get the tempuras, eat them before the main dish so the richness of the main dish doesn't ruin the delicate flavor of the tempura. Atmosphere: 9/10 Tables were cleaned and bussed regularly. There were plenty of tables where we didn't really have to wait after getting our food. The tables were kinda close to each other and the restaurant was packed on a Saturday night at 7 pm. It was very loud and we could not hear the music in the background and had to speak up when talking to each other. Service: 9/10 Self service similar to chipotle where you order at the counter and they make it in front of you and all the individual components of each dish are premade. Unlike chipotle, once they give you the main dish in a tray, there is a self serve Tempura bar where you pay by piece.

I've been wanting to come here for a while and I'm happy. I finally had a chance. I'm looking forward to coming back and try one of their burgers with chicken Katsu and also pork Katsu in the near future, but I had to go with the original beef patty on the first visit. Service was great. I was greeted quickly and provided with some suggestions after I mentioned it was my first visit here. Their menu is unique so that type of help is appreciated. I made mine a meal and got it with fries and you can choose from four different types of seasoning for your fries or get them plain. I got mine with the furikake seasoning which was nice and added that umami flavor profile perfectly. You also get to choose dipping sauce and I went with more Katsu sauce, but they have five or six others that looked good. I chose a lychee oolong tea in a bottle from the cooler as my meal drink, but you could also get a fountain drink or upgrade to a milkshake if you prefer All in all, this is a really really cool creative twist on classic burger spot. They also serve some bento boxes and Katsu style hotdog at this Kent location here. The bathroom was really clean as was the lobby and the open kitchen.
