I was craving Thai food lunch and stopped in. I ordered 2 star Chicken Pad Thai to go. The food had great flavor with the perfect amount of heat. The portion size was good and had chunks of chicken. I will definitely come back to try other items.

First time here. We tried the Katsu chicken which was really delicious and the quantity was large! Big chicken pieces, super delicious. The box I got was really good too. It included chicken Katsu, grilled chicken gaiyang, and really good pad Thai. Inside the ambient was very cozy. Service was great. Really nice staff. Will be back. Really good prices for big portions and really good food.

Everything is always fresh hot and on point and OMG this is the best chili oil I've had!!! Pairs perfectly with the CRUNCHY chicken!! My go to spot for a few years now

My favorite thing to get here is their chicken karage. You cannot beat it. The waiter Andrew was always checking on us and was so nice. The atmosphere is nice and homey. I also had their seafood pho and it was good as well. It tasted a bit fishy but it was not that overpowering.

This has been my go to Chicken Karaage spot for years and it's always worth the drive. The workers are very kind and every now and then, you'll run into the owner who is very welcoming and friendly. They make sure to check up on you every now and then to make sure everything is okay and if you need anything else. There's always plenty of seating with tables and booths. They can accommodate larger groups which is nice and with that comes their huge parking lot that they share with other businesses but is never really full. The Chicken Karaage has a ridiculously crispy exterior and once you get past that, it's juicy tender chicken. The dish always comes with rice and salad and you can opt to pay extra for more chicken. I definitely recommend dining in for your first time before bringing it to go or home to get the full experience. You won't be disappointed making your way to this family owned spot!

Really great food! I've had their takeout, but haven't dined in yet. They do have a dining space which is nice. The food is overall delicious, full of flavor, and they have good portions. The chicken karaage which is such a meaty and tasty chicken. It's heavy and very filling! I also had the Thai massaman curry which was absolutely delicious. I'll be back here, this place is a keeper and a must visit!

I was influenced. I watched a video on social media and they sold me when they said the karaage was some of the best they had in the area. So I just had to go see for myself. Upon arrival, the place was bigger than I anticipated. But you can tell it's pretty steady with the local community and seems to have a pretty good influx of regulars. I was seated pretty quickly and was surprised that they let me have a booth to myself considering it was lunch rush and they were decently busy. I obviously went the karaage and also ordered basil fried rice. When she asked what spicy level from 1- 4, I told her 4. And when she started to walked away, I stopped her and told her Thai Spicy. I want it Thai Spicy Level 4. The Karaage came out first. It was literally piping hot and steaming. It was so hot and fresh out the fryer, I couldn't even eat it. Luckily, they brought out the basil fried rice soon after. The rice had a nice basil flavor but was a little on the soft side for fried rice. It wasn't Thai spicy level 4 either but I'd give a level 2. The rice overall was a solid 3/5. It had great flavor but the texture just didn't do it for me. When the karaage cooled off enough for me eat, it was Crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Seasoned very well. The dipping sauce, perfectly balanced as well. The karaage was good. Definitely a great value for the price and serving. 3.75/5 It was a lot of food so I packed my food to go and my only complaint is that when I left the restaurant and went back to work, I smelled like the grease the karaage was cooked in. It was really unpleasant to have to sit like the rest of the work day.

Does this place have tempura shrimp and Veggies?

Saya has deep fried prawns with veggies so kinda similar but not tempura. I would still give it a try and see what you think :-)

Time-to-Drinks: 4 Minutes Time-to-Food: 10 Minutes We stopped in around 8PM on a Friday evening and it was relatively empty. A few people came in for to-go orders while we were sitting around. There were a few parking spaces and the building looks a little sketchy from the outside, but there's cozy indoor seating. I wasn't that hungry, so I split a Pad See Mao with seafood with my friend (4/5). Portions were sufficient for splitting, could definitely finish it on my own if I were a bit hungrier. There was a good amount of balance between vegetables (carrot, broccoli, bell pepper, onion) and seafood (shrimp, squid, and mussels). The spice level was as-expected and very reasonable. Noodle texture was nice and chewy. It wasn't the best pad see mao I've had (especially since it was a bit pricier, around $26 after tax and tip), but it was solid enough that I'd go again if I were in the area. I tried my friend's Grandma Wings, which had a better portion than I expected (I think there were six?). Nice crisp and good flavor, but I didn't think it was anything crazy (3.5/5). The Thai Tea here was too sweet for my taste, personally. My friend enjoyed it. Overall, solid experience here for a fast bite of good Thai food. I'd come back if I was craving Thai in the area.

We made the mistake thinking it was open at 11 on the weekend but they open at noon luckily enough a few stores were open and we were able to waste some time before lunch. We were seated quickly and given water which was filled often. We went three stars and shared three dishes. PAPAYA SALAD (SOM TOM), PHAD KEE MAO (DRUNKEN NOODLES) and I believe the TOM YUM FRIED RICE with tofu. I like how thin the papaya is for the salad. The spice level at three was perfect for us enough of a kick but not taking away from the flavor of the food. Space is warm and welcoming, lots of seating. Definitely would stop by when in the area again.

First time here and it already made it onto my top 5 favorite Thai restaurants in Washington!…read more A friend recommended we meet for lunch here and all 3 of us not checking the hours assumed they opened at 11 but of course we came on a Sunday... at 11 only to realize they opened at 12! We looked around other spots to eat at and ultimately decided to wait it out despite our grumbling tummies (or maybe it was just me)! We walked around the area and ended up in Daiso next door killing time and I picked up some art supplies to my ever growing pile. Finally it was open and we walked in, got sat, the staff were very friendly and smiling the whole time. Of course I thought we would be ordering at least 4-5 dishes to share but we ended up with a papaya salad with prawns (they are huge!), Chicken Pad Kee Mao, and the Garlic Fried Rice. Usually when it's me and my husband we always have to order our OG 3 dishes when we try a new spot but obviously I wasn't with my husband so we made a mutual decision and BOY THEY DID NOT DISAPPOINT. The portions are pretty dang big! I don't think I've ever ordered a papaya salad on my own but the prawns? Did I already mention how big they were? Sheesh. The Pad Kee Mao?? I've had a few at different restaurants and really thought I just didn't like it and it wasn't my thing but I shoved a forkful into my mouth and immediately texted my husband saying we need to come back here like ASAP. It was so delicious! Something about it made me think "oh yea this is definitely what I expect when I think of Pad Kee Mao". I saved the best for last. GARLIC Fried Rice? Why have I never tried such a dish? (Hubs and I usually order Pineapple Fried Rice)... but holy moly. My love for garlic can keep a vampire away for miles! Best. Garlic. Fried. Rice. I'll definitely be back despite the fact I live an hour away but that's not going to hold me back.

Potential customers, be aware of the pricing before ordering…read more The food at Greatest Thai Restaurant was delicious, but I was extremely disappointed by the pricing and lack of transparency. I ordered a beef salad, chicken satay, and a side of rice. The dine-in menu I was given did not list any prices, which I found unusual, but I didn't think to ask before ordering. When I received the bill, the beef salad was $25, the chicken satay was $15, and the side of rice was $5. The chicken satay is listed online for $10 before tax, so I was surprised to be charged $15. The final total was significantly more than I expected for these three items. I regularly order these same types of dishes at other Thai restaurants and typically spend under $40. I would have been perfectly fine paying more if the prices had been clearly posted, but being presented with significantly higher prices after ordering left me feeling taken advantage of. My advice to future customers: ask for the price of every item before ordering, especially if the menu doesn't show prices. Again, the food was good, but the pricing transparency needs serious improvement. I hope the restaurant addresses this because customers should know what they're going to be charged before they order.
