We had previously been using Orkin for monthly pest control service. We had a rat issue in our attic and Orkin had cancelled on us and was taking over a month to get a technician out to solve our issue. Reached out to Wipe Out and Caleb was able to come out the same week and provide a fix. After a few appointments our rat issue was solved! The cost was extremely fair. This was my first time with Wipeout. I had an issue with bees that I thought were coming n through my exhaust vent and were coming into my house, ending up in my kids room. Caleb responded very quickly, and was here within 24 hours. He went up onto my roof, found where they were coming in from, sealed it, and the bees stopped coming in my house About 2 weeks later, a smell started emanating from my bathroom exhaust vent. I called Caleb again, and again he was here the next day. He went in through my attic, and after hunting around, found that a hive had actually formed in a hidden area of the attic of my house, and it was a sizable one. This hive had been there for quite some time without our knowledge, but it had died off. Somehow in the prior weeks, the bees had gotten confused and started to come into our house instead of out the vent. Caleb immediately removed the whole hive, dead bees, comb and all. I loved Wipeout's work. Caleb got the job done, both times, very quickly and effectively. His work was very thorough. Its exactly the kind of work that I wanted done, and it was done done. I used Caleb because I had a major rat issue. I purchased a house and unfortunately it came with roof rats. I had called two companies prior to finding wipe out and they supposedly fixed my issue " vents on bottom of home" however I was still getting rats. Caleb went on my roof and found the issue. I was referred by Beekeepers and was referred to Caleb to help me with bees in the chimney which were coming into the house. He answered immediately and added me to his already full schedule for the day. He said he would come between 6 & 7pm. At 6:45 he called to give me his eta and arrived as promised. We had a rat issue inside our garage. Our regular pest service company came out and put out some ineffective traps that didn't do anything. Caleb came out for a site visit to assess the situation. He was very knowledgeable regarding rodents and rats, way more than our normal monthly pest control guy. This is definitely their specialty! He did a thorough inspection of all the entry ways and the possible rodent paths. We cleared out the rodent scents, put out some superior traps. Once he came, he checked the back porch and the entire backyard, and because it turned out the fleas were limited to the porch area only (most likely due to something having died there,) he offered a discount for both this visit and the follow up visit. It was a pleasure to have Caleb come out and look at our house. I had one inspector come out and tell me I had rat droppings and dead rats under my house and in my attic. That I would need I significant job of pest removal. Caleb looked twice in attic and under house and said he could find no sign of rats in the attic and very little droppings under the house. We live against some open land, so it's quite a challenge, but our monthly service seems to keep the bugs out of our house. River is friendly and always asks if we are having a particular problem. We have had the pleasure of having Wipe Out wipe out all our unwanted pests from mice/rats to the smallest of them, the baby ants for the past 8 years. Had mice in the garage. Submitted request online and received a call back from Caleb pretty quickly. A few hours later he showed up when he said he would and assessed the situation. Taps were put down traps he and sealed off interior and exterior entry points. Came back 2 days later to check the traps and will come back one more time. He was professional and timely. On the first return visit he notified me that he was running late and gave a new window time and showed up as scheduled. Very happy with the service and outcome.
