Caleb was always on time, very thorough and explained everything he was doing. He was very friendly and showed respect for my property. He was sensitive to my feelings about the non-use of pesticides or poisons, which I appreciated. He identified the problem quickly (rats coming into our garage, crawl space and attic) and took care of it. I would highly recommend. read more

Caleb and his magic wand, that's all I can say! He was such a kind person from beginning to end. He knew his stuff and helped me feel at ease. I have a condo (new construction) and discovered some cockroaches in the garage. Caleb came to the rescue! He recommended a quarterly spray. Since the initial spray, I've seen more bugs belly up in the garage. So far, so good! Also, he discovered a bee hive on the roof that needs to be removed. Go, Caleb! I'm looking forward to continuing to use his services. read more

Giving a shout out to Caleb. Thank you for coming out and giving some great advice. We had an issue with gnats or possible drain flies. Without going into the home, he gave plenty of recommendations. His recommendation to take out the one indoor plant we had worked! No more gnats. I was thinking something more complicated. Now we are gnat free. Thanks again Caleb! read more

This was my first time with Wipeout. I had an issue with bees that I thought were coming n through my exhaust vent and were coming into my house, ending up in my kids room. Caleb responded very quickly, and was here within 24 hours. He went up onto my roof, found where they were coming in from, sealed it, and the bees stopped coming in my house About 2 weeks later, a smell started emanating from my bathroom exhaust vent. I called Caleb again, and again he was here the next day. He went in through my attic, and after hunting around, found that a hive had actually formed in a hidden area of the attic of my house, and it was a sizable one. This hive had been there for quite some time without our knowledge, but it had died off. Somehow in the prior weeks, the bees had gotten confused and started to come into our house instead of out the vent. Caleb immediately removed the whole hive, dead bees, comb and all. I loved Wipeout's work. Caleb got the job done, both times, very quickly and effectively. His work was very thorough. Its exactly the kind of work that I wanted done, and it was done done. Wipeout should be your first call - it'll be mine the next time anything pests come into my house. read more

Quick response, punctual & professional. Highly recommended ad will be using for future issues!

We really appreciate River. He always let's us know that he is on the property and consistantly checks in to ask if there is anything new we would like him to take care of. When asked, he positively and quickly addresses our needs. No waiting for "next time." We hope River stays with us for a long time! read more

Caleb was very professional and super competent! Totally satisfied! I highly recommend Wipe Out Pest Control - you can't go wrong with them!

Always happy when Clayton comes each month to do our pest control. He's a good guy and does a great job keeping all the critters away!

Caleb is fantastic! He is professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. He answered all my questions and communicated the process and follow-up clearly. Best part: Rat was caught quickly!! read more

Caleb responded to my yelp request for quotes promptly and with a flat rate fee to rid my backyard and back porch of fleas. Once he came, he checked the back porch and the entire backyard, and because it turned out the fleas were limited to the porch area only (most likely due to something having died there,) he offered a discount for both this visit and the follow up visit. Excellent, efficient, friendly service! Highly recommend! read more

We had previously been using Orkin for monthly pest control service. We had a rat issue in our attic and Orkin had cancelled on us and was taking over a month to get a technician out to solve our issue. Reached out to Wipe Out and Caleb was able to come out the same week and provide a fix. After a few appointments our rat issue was solved! The cost was extremely fair. We have since fired Orkin and now have Wipe Out come every other month for pest control. They are always timely and provide a heads up before coming. High recommend Wipe Out! read more

I used Caleb because I had a major rat issue. I purchased a house and unfortunately it came with roof rats. I had called two companies prior to finding wipe out and they supposedly fixed my issue " vents on bottom of home" however I was still getting rats. Caleb went on my roof and found the issue. He sealed off all the areas and even sealed some spots inside my garage. Great value and professionalism. read more

I have been a customer of Wipeout for 20 years. Wipeout has been great. They have dealt with all my pest control issues. They respond immediately and are always very helpful. Today I had a rat emergency. I called wipeout and they immediately answered my call. My cat had brought a rat into the house and it was still alive. Wipeout was at my house in about an hour. They removed the rat with professional expertise. Wipeout was great. I Highly Recommend Wipeout. Profession, reliable and personable service. read more

It was a pleasure to have Caleb come out and look at our house. I had one inspector come out and tell me I had rat droppings and dead rats under my house and in my attic. That I would need I significant job of pest removal. Caleb looked twice in attic and under house and said he could find no sign of rats in the attic and very little droppings under the house. He is very honest and could have told me I needed all kinds of work. I am extreamly happy I found him. I HIGHLY recommend Caleb and His company. read more

I was referred by Beekeepers and was referred to Caleb to help me with bees in the chimney which were coming into the house. He answered immediately and added me to his already full schedule for the day. He said he would come between 6 & 7pm. At 6:45 he called to give me his eta and arrived as promised. He was efficient in diagnosing the problem, explained the procedure and proceeded to work. I am thoroughly pleased with his service and would absolutely recommend him. read more

We had a rat issue inside our garage. Our regular pest service company came out and put out some ineffective traps that didn't do anything. Caleb came out for a site visit to assess the situation. He was very knowledgeable regarding rodents and rats, way more than our normal monthly pest control guy. This is definitely their specialty! He did a thorough inspection of all the entry ways and the possible rodent paths. We cleared out the rodent scents, put out some superior traps. Really appreciated his help and service, now I'm trying to help get him in to service our HOA! read more

We just had Wipe Out replace some wood trim near our roof and around the garage door that had termite damage. I can't say enough about the good service and quality work that Kevin and his son did on this job. It was done with precision and care, and above and beyond what I expected. Cost was reasonable. I highly recommend WOPC for any termite damage repair you might have. read more

Thank you Caleb! We called last month to have the house sprayed for ants, the first treatment did the trick for the worst intruders, but a couple of weeks later we still had some hangers-on. When we called back, Caleb immediately responded and was out the next morning to retreat at no cost. Thanks again for the great service! read more

We have been using Wipe Out Pest control for years. They really help reduce the ants and spiders. We live against some open land, so it's quite a challenge, but our monthly service seems to keep the bugs out of our house. River is friendly and always asks if we are having a particular problem. I also like that he carefully sweeps the eves and around our outdoor furniture to remove spider webs. read more

Caleb was very thorough and professional and very friendly. He dealt with our rat problem and was much less expensive than other quotes. Would definitely recommend this company. read more

Caleb provided great service at a reasonable price. We had a fruit rat in our attic. Caleb came a few hours after I called. He was very thorough and sealed all possible entries. He came back in a few days to check on everything. After a few days we started hearing noises again, he came back and saw a new hole, sealed that. So far so good, we hope the rat won't return. We highly recommend this local family business. read more

Unlike other vendors who just give you a standard quote without looking at your service request and trying to upsell you services you don't need, Wipe Out Pest Control was thorough, detailed oriented, patient, professional, responsive and provided a very reasonable quote. Caleb took the time to explain the process to me and diagnosed my issue over text and after he completed the job texted me the picture and explained the work he did and answered all my questions making everything contactless, safe and convenient.
