We were fortunate to work with River for pest control services--super professional, friendly, and committed to getting the job done right. He came back as often as needed to ensure everything was taken care of. I really appreciated that they communicated via text--it made scheduling so easy--and they were very accommodating with my work schedule. Highly recommend to friends, family, and anyone in need of reliable pest control services! read more

**EDIT- Caleb called me and we discussed what happened. He genuinely seemed interested in making things right and shedded light on both sides of the coin. I truly appreciate good customer service and the honest attempt at coming to a resolution. Even though they're family, I appreciate it's still run like a business (one that I'm still happy to support). **ORIGINAL: I have nothing but issues when Clayton shows up to my house. He half asses his jobs in comparison to the other technicians. I asked him to further deweb and spray some areas he missed and he copped an attitude saying he already did. After arguing back and forth about it (I've never had to sit and argue with someone IN MY OWN HOME over a service I'm PAYING them to do), he went outside and half assed a few more spritz. I showed him the areas I was talking about that he STILL missed in his half assed attempt, then he finally does the job right. Then, as always, he leaves without notice (in this case, probably for the better). The text message alerts also need improvement. It's often a same day text saying someone will be there in a few hours. I've asked to be informed ahead of time so I can plan (as I have pets and a job) and it still doesn't happen. The only reason this place gets more than 1 star is because of River and Caleb. read more

Just wanna give a SHOUTOUT to Caleb and Clayton! They are AMAZING! They are quick to respond, always reliable, and incredibly helpful! They go over and beyond and are dedicated to their work, always wearing a smile on their faces. I've never doubted when I got the referral from my friend that they are the guys who can help with our pest issues with rats, spiders, cockroaches, and even termites! If you are in the north OC area and have a pest issue, give these guys a call. I promise you won't regret it! They also provide lots of options for monthly, bi-monthly, etc services. And I've asked around, their prices are more than fair! read more

Used for multiple treatments; worked with our schedule and the bugs go away when they do. Will keep going back to them in the future.

There was a bee hive setting up shop in our roof, so after waiting a month and a half for the bees to possibly leave, we called around and luckily came across Wipeout pest control. We called last week to set up an appointment with Caleb from Wipeout. Caleb and his brother came today and did an extremely thorough job of making sure that there was no entrance for the bees to get back. After neutralizing the hive, they sealed it shut with spray foam, wire netting, and caulking. They even aligned my roof tiles better than they were before. Now we can go outside without running to get our mail. If you want somebody professional with a quick response time and no bs, give these guys a call. They are a family run business and have the best interests of their clients as their priority. Price is also the best I found. I watched the whole process while Caleb and his brother did their thing. There must have been hundreds of bees coming out of there. I only saw maybe at most 20 flying around before. I love nature's pollinators, but if you have a swarm living behind your kid's wall, the guys at Wipeout Pest Control will take care of it while allowing these friends to nest somewhere else. read more

I have had an ant issue year after year around the start of summer. This year was particularly bad so I reached out to Wipe Out Pest control. I was able to schedule an appt ASAP. They provided information about the process and ensured that we would be ant-free. Their prices were reasonable and about the average of other companies. It did take 3 visits but I think that speaks to the increase of ants this season. I wish I would've used them years ago! read more

Wipe out has some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. Not only do they offer quality product at an affordable price, but they are extremely responsive and attentive to our needs. For instance we opted in for the mosquito bait station service. My dog ended up tearing through them which is ultimately our fault, but they offered to try something new and replace them at no cost. Something we did not expect as we were willing to pay. Truly some next level service. read more

Our 1960s house really needed wood repair, and Kevin built us a new wood fence & new wood gate, fixed shiplap near the roofline and replaced a good amount of fascia on the house. We also had a small amount of termite treatment done. The price for all of this was reasonable and the results were great. We wouldn't hesitate to hire Wipe Out Pest Control again and recommend the company to others. read more

Five stars for Caleb and his team at Wipeout. We had a couple issues in our backyard with rodents and Caleb was prompt to respond, , showed us where potential issues were, gave us feedback on where we could reduce risk, and immediately came back over the next day to start working on a maintenance program. Outstanding work and would highly recommend. read more

This is a very overdue review, but I was impressed with this company from the start. Quick response on my initial inquiry about a wasp nest forming on my porch. Wipe out came out and determined it was a mud dauber nest. They removed it and said "no charge". I was so grateful for them to do that for me. They will definitely be my go to for any pests in the future. Thank you Wipe Out!!! read more

Huge shout out to Caleb and Wipe Out Pest Control!!!! I unexpectedly noticed a lizard crawling up my great room main window. I was unable to catch it and it snuck into our sectional sofa. Literally within 20 minutes of calling, Caleb rang my doorbell. Wow! When I called, I totally assumed they would not be available until tomorrow at the earliest. Shockingly he replied that he will be right over and within 10 minutes of arriving, the lizard was caught on his glue board. Holy cow, BRAVO! I basically would have been unproductive the rest of the day if I knows the lizard was still in my house. Five stars doesn't do justice for Wipe Out Pest Control!!! Champion service. Thank you! read more

First day of service with Wipe Out Pest and I was very impressed. I contacted the owner, Caleb, a couple weeks ago to set up today's service. The technician, River, was an amazing worker. He worked hard on de-webbing the eaves and patio cover in this hot weather, along with spraying my property. And he was just as pleasant from his hello to his goodbye. I believe if this service is the same every month, then I will be a long term customer. Thanks to Caleb and his employee(s)! read more

Awesome quick and honest service from Kevin. Was able to identify the problem and fix it. Very impressed with the service time and quickly hired Wipe Out to do other work around the house. We had a termite problem and it was remedied and now we are fixing some exposed wood that could be an issue later. Recommend Wipe Out Pest Control. Will be using their services in the future. read more

They saw few other issues but steamed through the job. They left the property in a much better condition than what we had. Caleb and his crew are pretty much all you can ask for. My dad had rats in the attic; Caleb and the team knew exactly what to do, blocked all entry point, got rid of the rats quickly. The price was super fair and they are really nice guys. They won't try to upsell you on anything unnecessary. And it feels good supporting a local business rather than a giant corporation.
