Ok so I'm just gonna go straight to the point, we ordered the BBQ, Louisiana dry rub, garlic Parmesan, and mild wings oh and a side order of fries. Our fries were soggy and cold , wings were way over cooked (dry and chewy), and the garlic Parmesan tasted like they just sprinkled Parmesan cheese on it and that's all. We waited about 15 minutes for our order which isn't bad but you would expect everything would be hot and fresh at least? Tonight is my very first time to this location!! I was very glad that the service I had received. Since it is my first time to this location, I want to say that this is a very good location as well as the exceptional service. I am glad that they take the trash away for you and the best thing is to sample the sauces that they have. Also I am glad that me and my friends have really enjoyed the service we got because out of the restaurants I have been to, this is the most intriguing eatery I have been to. Also the restaurant is worth going to because this is a very good location and the hours as well as the 70 cents promotion which you buy a minimum of 10 boneless wings. I was glad to try the lemon pepper boneless wings and sampling of the BBQ wings and the garlic parmesan, which turned out to be fabulousness as always and I am glad I got the meal for two. Picked up several meals for my office a couple of weeks ago. First of all the online menu and placing the order online is fast and easy. When I got to the restaurant at my pick up time they were already packing up the first meals. Only one meal got mixed up. However because they thought the sides of rice may not be prepared right they gave us extra potato salad sides. Best of all the chicken strips I got were delicious. They even helped bring the boxes of meals to my car. Definitely an option for more office take-out lunches. A plus was everyone there was really pleasant. First time trying wingstop and all I see are the staffs not taking their job serious. There were 3 girls and 1 boy in the front talkin stories while 1 tomboy and 1 girl is cooking. I see no teamwork whatsoever. The 2 who was cooking was busting their butts making orders while the 3 who were in the front just standing around talking stories. The 2 deserves a raise or promotion. Not well for the ones in the front. Although the chickens were very good even though took awhile. I will consider this place worth it if you love chicken and if you are patient enough to wait bout 10-15 minutes. Anyways, the employees need to be more serious about their job and not fool around. My family went on a Tuesday night around 6pm. The cashier was taking a phone call when we approached the counter. He didn't make eye contact, but saw us and didn't acknowledge us for several minutes. Upon making eye contact, he didn't say,thanks for coming in,or sorry for the delay. He took our order and moved on to the next person, not even so much as a thank you. Another guy working in the back, came out with a tray of food and busted through a row of tables, bumping several of them, and even knocking down a chair at another. He picked up the chair, but refused eye contact with anyone and never offered an apology. He offered a "My Bad", angrily after I asked for an explanation. I know this is Wing Stop, but where has customer service gone? I think next time I will place an order to go or find another wing place. I've always wondered what my dog's treats tasted like. Those Beggin Strips, Pupperoni and chicken jerky strips. I mean, I'd assume the Pupperoni and Beggin Strips are like Slim Jims and Beef jerky, but what about chicken jerky? I've never had that before, since I don't think they sell that for human consumption. If you've never had chicken jerky, WingStop makes a similar version. Their chicken tastes pretty dry and dehydrated, it was the closest I've ever come to eating what chicken jerky could taste like. Dry chicken wings and mushy fries were just not the combination I was looking for when I stopped at Wingstop. My boyfriend and I have both heard good reviews about this new wing place from both his friends and my friends and decided to stop by for dinner one night after driving by. I was impressed with both the look of the place, inside and outside. It was bright and clean. The girl at the front counter was really good too at welcoming us and really friendly when taking our order. I was most impressed when she told us that our order would be ready in about 16 minutes. Dang, that's a really specific time frame guys! However this feeling immediately died down once the food arrived to the table. My boyfriend and I decided to get a 6 piece combo and an additional 10 pieces of wings to share. We didn't feel like we needed 2 sodas and 2 fries which the meal for 2 or 2 individual combos would get us. We ordered the lemon pepper boneless, garlic parmesan classic, cajun classic and mango habanero boneless, as well as a side of fries that came with the combo. The lemon pepper boneless chicken had way too much seasoning and was so salty it was hard to eat. The garlic parmesan classic wings should just be renamed to parmesan wings because all I could taste was the parmesan and no garlic. Plus, those wings were so dry that it was as if the chicken was dehydrated, fried, and then given to us to eat. Chicken jerky replica? I think so. The cajun wings were okay, but seemed as if it was just slapped with hot sauce with a cajun rub poured all over. I would say I've had better. The mango habanero boneless chicken was probably the best overall, with a sweet and spicy flavor and the chicken was not dry. The worst were the soggy and mushy cold fries we were served! Not impressed. I'm not sure if they're trying to overcome the new restaurant blues, but for a wing restaurant, I expected their wings to...be better. I've tried dog food and treats before to see what it tasted like, but man, I assume chicken jerky (if it's similiar to the chicken at WingStop) tastes so terrible, hard, and dry, I can't believe I feed my dog that stuff! read more

He loves it here but it's sad to say that all the employees are different, some are very friendly and some are poor on customer service. This place is a real shame. The wings are good but the service is unbearably horrible! Experienced bad service from this location before but kept coming back for the food. But today was the worst of them all! The host named Aaron was really rude upon entrance. Didn't greet us when we walked in and I was politely waiting until he was done trying to "pick up" this one chick before walking up to the counter. Once the girl left, Aaron just stared at us like an idiot deer in head lights. I walked up and said "hi. I would like to order..." But he rudely cuts me off. Horrible! I walked in to pick up my phone order and no one even greeted me or acknowledged I was standing at the counter for about 5 minutes, as well as another girl. The workers were talking story and were ignoring us. Finally a guy came up and asked if we have been helped. I said no. The girl who he was talking with prior finally comes and assist us. She was rude and had a horrible customer service skills. She actually said "Here, sign this". Like excuse me? Why don't you ask for my signature. After tossing me my cup holder and credit card I gathered my things and left. I will never come here unless they seriously start training their staff. The food seemed like they quickly dunked it in sauce and threw it in a box. It looks gross. I like Wing-stop, but this is not acceptable as business. Went to this location many times but my recent visit wasn't that great. Walked in and i was the only customer waiting to make an order. There were only two tables of patrons eating inside. Stood by the register and there were no workers in sight. Don't know where they all went? Waited for a bit until a female worker took our order. She got my order wrong. Ordered boneless wings but received classic wings. Wanted ranch dip, but received bleu cheese. I was hungry so I didn't have them correct my order. This place used to be on my list of regular eateries. After today it is on my boycott list. Placed an online order. Arrived a few minutes early. I was told my order would be right up as they were working on it. 30 minutes later I asked where my order was - it was sitting behind orders finished after mine. Of course food was cold and soggy. I asked to reverse the charges and returned the food. I was told to check my account in 3 days to see if the reversal actually went through! While waiting I noticed one of the female workers kept misreading the names on the orders. Maybe I would have gotten my order sooner if the employees could read. I'm saddened that I can't write a raving review for wing stop, considering that wings are one of my absolute favorite foods. I gave this place a second shot after being let down the first time with wings that had more bones than meat, and just overall weren't very remarkable. When considering the namesake of "wing stop" I'll admit I was expecting some darn good wings! However my second visit here left me equally as disappointed. The wings are chewy and dry. Unfortunately it's the sauce that's really lacking for me. The original hot isn't very tangy, hot, or flavorful at all, and there isn't a lot on the wings either. I had to pour some franks red hot sauce on wings to try and let the hot buffalo flavor shine through but nothing I did seemed to make them taste decent. Meh. I really wanted to love these. Overall the service is great, place is nice, and wings are cooked through. Lastly the employee handling the fryer was using his cell phone the entire time while waiting for wings to be done, WTF! read more
