I've never been to wing stop before. Honestly I don't even know how long this place was open but I wanted to try it out because I've seen videos of people eating here and it looks good. The worst location to order from. Placed an order online & made a mistake. Called 1 minute after placing the order to ask to correct it just to talk to a clueless employee. Told the employee that I just placed an order & I made an error so can I please change it before they make it just to be put on hold for a good 5 minutes. Then she comes back on to ask what the name was on the order just to be put on hold for another couple minutes. Then asked to clarify the name & put on hold again. Then she tells me they can't remake the order cause it was already made & picked up. How was I supposed to pick it up when I was on the phone trying to get the order corrected. Then I tell her that it wasn't even picked up because I'm trying to correct the error before I come just to be told that the order was already made so they can't change it. How the hell you going to tell me that it can't be changed cause it was already made cause you didn't bother to tell the kitchen to hold off making the order. The entire time I'm on the phone being put on hold, your kitchen staff is making an order that could have been simply fixed in the first 5 minutes of the call but because there's incompetent people answering the phones & not listening this is the end result. Wingstop is sooo good but they're not always the most efficient. No matter what day or time I order, I always end up waiting longer than anticipated. They do to have a lot of takeout orders so it's understandable but they need to hire more staff. I suggest ordering on the app to reduce wait time. Make sure to check everything after you receive your order because often times they'd forget items like the ranch or veggies. I usually order the atomic, cajun, and lemon pepper. The atomic is my favorite and is super spicy. You can request all flats for an extra $5 but if they're too busy they might decline. Their ranch dressing is the best and definitely ties the whole meal together. Every now and then we'd order a large ranch just to have extra in our house. Just ordered from here yesterday and I feel like it gets worse and worse everything I do buy from this location, the customer service is pretty bad and food is not good and this last time my order was missing some of its items. The last few times I've come to this location to pick up my order that I made on the app it always takes forever to get any of the workers attention. And there is usually a lot of them either just standing in the back or not really doing anything. I'm not sure if it's because I order from the app or if the wings might be better if you order and eat in the restaurant but the wings are usually under seasoned and cold by the time I pick it up. Mind you the app should give you up dates when your food is ready but this past time especially it never updated me and kept saying my order was gonna take 20 mins to complete, even though it was already ready when I got there. Wingstop is providing GREAT chicken wings with GREAT flavor. Its amazing how packed with online orders, walk-ins, and food deliveries they get a day, BUT fortunately they have a system and its works. The average wait time was 15 to 20 minutes, which is standard with all chicken wing places. Staff stayed calm, friendly, and professional in the chaos. Interior is fair. Happy National Chicken Wings Day... The favorite among many to enjoy it plain or volcanic...it's the favorite finger food...next to fries in my opinion and here they do have that and more. They were great flavor, we got the spicy korean, hawaiian, hickory smoked BBQ, and lemon pepper. I think it was the lack of care that got me to take notice of other discrepancies. After, I noticed all the dried soda that ran down the soda machine. First time coming here. My son requested to try Wing Stop for his birthday. He did mention he seen a lot of videos about how good Wing Stop was, IDK. Staff did not greet us when we came in and they all looked like they were over their shift. Anyways, went in, 1 customer in front of me ordering. When our turn came, we ordered the 40 pcs. meal. Came with 40 pcs. of chicken (flavors we got: Lemon pepper, Garlic Parmesan, Louisiana Rub, and Spicy Korean), large fries, 2 sets of veggie sticks (carrots & celery), and 4 ranch dressing. We also ordered 5 pcs. corn. Everything came out to $79 and some change. The staff taking my order was talking a little too soft for me so I kept asking him to repeat what he said. He finished taking my order at 1:55pm. There were extra chairs and a bench on the side, to sit and wait for your food. But if you prefer to eat in, there is a dining area, with some flat screen TVs, and they have 1 restroom. I didn't order any drinks but they did have one of those big fancy Coca Cola machines that offers multiple flavors. As I'm waiting for my food, I notice a lot of customers who ordered online picking up their food, probably because of the wait. I also noticed that a customer who ordered after me got their food first. Not sure if it was because I had a bigger order. Finally, the staff called my name and got my food around 2:30pm. But she forgot to put in my veggie sticks, so she told me to wait. As my son and I waited, we tried the fries and it was soggy and lukewarm. That was a bummer. Got home, and tried the food. It is my second time here and it did not disappoint. Last time I had their hickory bbq & lemon pepper traditional wings and tonight I had their chicken tenders. Pretty big pieces of chicken and it really filled me up! The cajun corn is also a new side favorite, it's seasoned well and spicy. This place does tend to get quite busy during dinner and the wait for the food is long so I suggest ordering ahead online. The staff is always friendly and I want to thank them for cleaning up our table because there are no trashcans here so we are told to leave our trash on the tables. I always get the Coke with cream soda or Coke with lime. We ordered the classic bone in 15 piece meal for 2. It included fries, drink and a homemade ranch dip. The three sauces we picked were Hawaiian, Garlic Parmesan and Hickory Smoked BBQ. The food has always been good. The wings are plump and crispy. The fries are cooked to perfection. However, I wish I could give them 5 stars. We waited 40 minutes for our wings. The wait is always long. They do have a lot of takeouts though. People kept coming in and out picking up their orders. Also, they were out of Hawaiian sauce. Instead of letting me know, they just left it bare. I had to ask the cashier if they forgot to sauce those wings. She went and asked the kitchen staff. I don't know if you cook your boneless wings in the freezer or just take out a freshly cooked batch, place it in the refrigerator and put room temperature sauce on top. I don't know f trying to compensate 2 extra pieces of defrosted cooked chicken makes up for a take out order placed online left on the cart for maybe 10-15 minutes after the order was placed makes up for maybe if i ordered in, maybe a fresh batch would have been made.
