We decided to order for pickup and was not impressed. We got the jumbo drumsticks but they were under cook. We took and bite and threw it away. We got the lemon flavored jumbo wings and it was cooked but dry and seasoning wasn't flavorful. I did try 1 sweet and spicy chili which was actually good. I like that when I ordered the 3 piece combo I could get 1 of each type of meat they offer. That's pretty rare. I got 1 tender And 2 wings. The wings are the full wing so it's like getting 2 wings from another place, the flat and drum. I think that the price reflects the amount of food you get. They are higher priced than other places but the quality is better. The tender is like half of a chicken breast it's so huge. The regular season fries were good, the beans were alright. Really nice wings today. I got the wings El Loco style on 2 of them and the Cajun rub on the 3rd, and they had some decent heat. I think it is the second or third hottest they have, next time I will definitely get the hottest on all 3 and skip the dry rub. The meat itself was very good. Solid fries and coleslaw as well. So my first time trying them.I bought wing combo.I will say the wings are a great size.It was cooked to order and the flavor of lemon pepper was very strong. They can use a little less season the southern greens were very good tender.Two things that I feel are not good is the pricing it was almost 20$ just for one person for a combo "that is crazy"!! and the cashier and helper at that time were rude all they needed was to smile a little at least. If I could have given ZERO stars I would! I saw this restaurant on door dash but never ordered. I decided to stop by one day I was out. My family and I went in and viewed the menu then placed our order. I ordered a 3 piece, corn and a daiquiri. We waited almost 30 minutes (they were not busy) on our food. Once our food came out the waitress asked did we need anything else and I told her my daiquiri was missing so she told me to wait and she'd be back. Almost 15 minutes passed and I still didn't have my drink so I went back to the register and asked another lady how long it would be, she said she'd go ahead and make it for me. When she brought the drink out, it was was small and I told her I ordered a large. I told her that cup was not 32oz and she replied 'it is, I poured it in the cup'. At this point I was so irritated, we sat so long waiting my food was cold and I asked for a manager, the same girl with the smart mouth replied 'I am the manager, do you have a problem?' Whew I just walked out. I don't know who put her in a manager position but they shouldn't have. Then to top it off the corn tasted like it had sugar in it, the chicken was subpar and I ended up with FOOD POISONING. Go figure, ID NEVER GO BACK AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. read more

The service staff was terrible. There were three servers and one had terrible customer service we ordered and rather than correcting our already incorrectly inputted order she decided to give my father an attitude telling him that what we asked for is what we paid for when it isn't what we asked for. After, one of us having to go back up and recorrect the order we had more complications with getting it correctly. Once we finally got it right, she then proceeded to act with poor service. I hope the more frequent staff isn't like this because if so I would never recommend ANYONE to EVER go to this location due to the poor staff service. (In case it isn't clarified, the one in Arlington.) Save your money and go to a different one the service is much better. read more

If you like wings, Wing Bucket is the place to go. I love each of the locations that they have in the DFW area. 9/10 the wings and fries come out hit and juicy, there has been a couple occasions where the wings were cold. No biggie, nobody's perfect. The only reason I am not giving this location 5 stars is due to the outside seating area. It is not made for anyone that weighs over 50 lbs, the bench's are sooooo close to the table. I love to enjoy my food outside and it's impossible to do so here! Other than that, we love you Wingbucket! read more

Did not have a good experience here , for the food to be mediocre. Called in a larger order and was told to check in when i got there. waited in line to check in, paid, and then the cashier walked away without saying anything to me literally had me standing there looking lost. so i sat down for them to bring my order out and sat for a good 20 minutes. when the people who ordered after me got their large order i had to get up and ask if my order was ready and it was just sitting there. on top of this this place did not take covid seriously; there was a man with NO mask on and what i believe was the owner of the store was talking to him like normal. they literally have covid signs posted on all the doors and they allowed this man to be inside with no mask, also the dude was coughing and being very disruptive for other customers, was gross to me and in general. shows that this establishment is not responding to the pandemic.... read more

Anyone seeking authentic Buffalo wings should go elsewhere. I'm a native of Buffalo NY and I grew up on the real deal. As soon as I saw the menu, I suspected the wings would not be authentic because a lot of the sides are southern foods. No self-respecting yankee eats okra or cornbread or uses ranch instead of bleu cheese, so this menu was clearly not conceived by someone from Buffalo. I didn't see any celery or carrot sticks on the menu, so I expected they came with the wings as is customary; they didn't, which was very disappointing for how pricey these wings are. Yes, they are twice as big, but still expensive for what you get. However, the employee was very outgoing and friendly, so I decided to order anyhow thinking, "How bad could it be?" Very bad, actually. I ordered WB Buffalo, WB dry rub, and Honey Garlic. First, the wings were not cooked long enough. The outer parts of the skin are supposed to be crispy, and for the most part they weren't. Second, the flavor of the buffalo sauce was "off". The dry rub was nothing special, but the honey garlic sauce was a nice flavor. I ordered bleu cheese, but unfortunately I had taken my order to go and subsequently discovered that they had given me ranch instead, which literally made me gag because I did not discover it until biting into a dipped wing. I had ordered a side of BBQ baked beans but they were more like a handful of beans swimming in a very soupy BBQ sauce. We had to fish the beans out with a slotted spoon. I would consider this to be one of my worst wing experiences in the DFW metroplex. read more
