First let me say the service is amazing! They thoroughly explained the menu to me and were so friendly and hard working. The Daiquiri was good, I tried the mango flavor and I liked it, personally I'm a light weight so I felt pretty good halfway through my drink. The wings themselves were also good, I got the jalepeno flavor but it didn't have any spice to it, the hot lemon pepper were good and flavorful though! The fries are simple and good, nothing crazy. However, the floors were sticky, but the place looked clean. They also charge for ranch, it doesn't come with a free dip and then you purchase another which I think it should at least come with 1 ranch with purchase of a meal. There were two ladies in the front..both with the same unwelcoming attitude....having a business and people working here to give off that energy your first time here is very off putting. I wanted wings so bad and this place had great reviews. Unfortunately I didn't experience the same. It was however late evening so maybe that's the reason. I placed a phone order and it went smooth. I received a text message confirming the order and shortly after a text saying my order was ready for pickup. Awesome! Once I arrived I was quickly greeted and given my order. Got my fountain drink and made my dash home to indulge in my food. I ordered a 10 piece combo w/fries and a drink. 5 garlic sauce and 5 lemon pepper. I noticed immediately the wings were fried really hard (which I didn't request) and I dislike that because the meat gets touch and hard to chew. The flavor was there but I just couldn't enjoy the bites because it was so hard. I will try to go earlier in the day since the other reviews are so great. Visit: 12/19/2025 Most of our wings were overcooked and inedible. I could only force myself to eat 3 of my 10 piece before becoming utterly disgusted and upset. We requested a manager and he sent back the response "it had been 20 minutes", I assume he was implying that we had the food too long to be complaining, not realizing we tried to eat it and give grace before saying something. We requested his presence and he appeared sometime later with horrible body language and an annoyed disposition. We showed him the poorly prepare food and his immediate response was "We don't do refunds", followed by silence. No attempt to make it right, just you don't get your money back. We actually just wanted a replacement of the wings we couldn't eat & frankly what we paid for! But after dealing with such an unprofessional manager like that, I felt I couldn't even trust anything he would bring back to the table. I ended the interaction by voicing, how unacceptable the food was and he turned and walked away. This was by far one of the worst experiences I ever had at a restaurant! There were some red flags that I ignored, but the most glaring was the multiple bottles of great value ketchup available for customers to use! What was most disappointing to me was I drove from plano to support this place! Also, ​Skip the boudin balls, the were too mushy and had a unique taste unlike any usual and customary boudin balls. Horrible. When they first opened it was good. NOW, they don't even have seasoned fries and the ones they are now using, they didn't even cook them all the way. Then, they battered this fish about 3 times. That was don't to make it LOOK like a big piece of fish. In reality, it's not! Everything is expensive and quality is everything. Place has gone downhill. HORRIBLE SERVICE! We came in to order for the first time and was told that the posted specials were no longer valid. Everything was an additional cost. Ranch did not come with the wings. Ordered over $50 worth of food and was told I had to pay $3 just for the cup to get water. My husband went next door to get a sub for later and we were told we had to leave because we had outside food. At that point I did not even want the food anymore and asked for a refund. They told me no refunds so needless to say I left with no food and no money back. I will be disputing this with my credit card company! We were literally the ONLY people in there and now I see why!!! read more

Tried this based on reviews a few weeks ago with Takeout Catfish & Wings Combo. Regular flavor on the catfish. They do it right. Perfect blend of crust, fry, and hot moist catfish as you eat it. This was my first time ordering from Flavors Wings N Daiquiris, and it will absolutely be my last. I placed an online order at 6:53 PM for 10 wings and fries. The confirmation email I received stated my order would be ready at 7:23 PM. I arrived at 7:20 PM to pick it up, only to find that my food was ice cold. When I asked for a refund, the young lady at the front told me flatly that they "don't give refunds." I asked what they could do about my cold food, and her response was, "We can warm it up in the microwave for you." A microwave? For food I just paid for that was supposed to be fresh? She didn't even offer to remake the order. I asked to speak with the manager and had to wait 10 minutes before he finally came out. When I explained the issue, instead of apologizing or making things right, he told me my food was ready at 7:05 PM, which is why it was cold. I showed him my confirmation email that clearly said 7:23 PM, and his response was that the time is only an "estimate." I explained that I never received any notice that my food was ready earlier, and his dismissive response was, "That's not our problem." The lack of accountability and basic customer service was shocking. Instead of taking responsibility and making the situation right, both the staff and the manager shrugged it off. The fact that this is how they treat their paying customers says everything you need to know about how this business is run. The service staff is always so friendly and helpful when it comes to ordering to offering recommendations from daiquiri flavors to wing flavors. This place was good in regards to staff, food and cleanliness. The last 3 times I visited, I was totally disappointed in the food. One of my previous visits, my food was ready in about 8 minutes which means it was cooked earlier; wings were oily and too hard from I'm assuming heat lamps. After many months of not eating at Flavors, I decided to go during lunch today. I waited just over 20 minutes (no issue), was inside when my order was brought to the front area. I checked order befor leaving, it looked correct. As soon as I got in my car, I ate one of the wings, it was BARELY warm! How does one wait 20+ minutes and the wings are barely warm. There was a table with a couple eating when I arrived, they were already eating and one person came after me to place an order, one person came after me to p/u an order. It wasn't busy at all. So, why was my food barely warm? Upon the disappointments, I called the restaurant, the person said the cook said he could return and re-cook my order, I responded with why wasn't it cooked correctly the 1st time...explained I was on lunch, couldn't return and wait another 20 minutes. This place is amazing! Ordered the lemon pepper , lemon pepper garlic, hot lemon pepper, boudin balls, and catfish as well as made it a pretty complicated order. NOTHING WAS MISSING. Service was amazing as well; with the clerk asking me to check the order before leaving to make sure everything was accounted for and even gave me pretty good recommendations. The restaurant it self looked great as well , with about 5 tvs and even a good music playlist. Low stars due to everything being lacking but the flavor of the wings. It took 25 minutes to get my wings.. another 7 mins to get my guys, but some how half my wings were bone cold and I didn't wait to eat. They truly can handle to go orders no problem but sit downs wait way too long. Makes no sense and just not a good experience, we were so hungry and given cold wings??? My family came to try out their wings and they definitely helped explain the menu and their most popular products and didn't hesitate to help put two tables together. So this is the 187 Octane and Hurricane Daq I got from Flavors, usually this is my go-to mix when getting Daqs but this wasn't a pleasant experience. The daq had a terrible aftertaste and if I didn't know any better I would say there is ever clear in it which should be discontinued and NO ONE should be drinking it. While I love the staff, who are always friendly when I come and the food is good, I would recommend trying the daqs before you commit. The aftertaste of this one was just "ew!" When I tell you they have good flavors, my boyfriend wouldn't shut up for a month straight about coming back so he could get cajun candy again. The fries are seasoned well and we got 2 16 oz daiquiris the second time and let me tell you I don't like or drink alcohol but that daiquiri is legit. My boyfriend and I were fighting over finishing my drink. They even use the thick boba straws so you can get a good sip. Wings are solid, lots of flavor options (ranch and cajun candy is amazing) Fries are lemon peppery and great. Service is soooooo good and fast. I have been to this restaurant many times. But today it was awful. The ladies upfront were great and respectful. The food on the other hand was cold and hard. I ordered a 10 piece wings combo. I live 5 minutes from the restaurant. There is no way the food would be cold and hard that fast. I called to let know my concern. The young lady on the phone was very apologetic. She went to tell the owner or manager. She came back to tell me that he said " The food was fresh, he does not serve old food and if I want different wings. Just bring them back" my response was, im not doing that, I just wanted to let him know my concern of spending $21 on food for him to indeed serve me OLD ASS FOOD. He didn't apologize or anything. We found this place on here and we are glade we did . The wings are amazing I mean amazing. I don't like spice at all like can't even stand regular pepper and my body gets a rash but this wings where so amazing that I eat them all even with my rash. I ordered the crazy Ranch I think that was the name and the flavor was so unique it just has a little kick of spice but wow I was dipping my fries in the drippings and if they would sell a jar i would buy it . I explained that it was my first time and the female employee reviewed different options with me. She asked questions such as if i prefer spicy and because I do, she recommended the Cajun candy wings. She described them as spicy yet sweet which is my favorite combination! I order the Daq attack which comes with 5 wings, 1 catfish filet, fries and a 16 oz daiquiri. I was given 2 samples of the daiquiri mixes and was even given a guidebook on certain mix combinations that was pretty helpful.
