I asked for extra cheese and I wanted chicken added to those. I think we got some boneless wings and some bone in wings and some fried pickles when I got back to my place of work and unpackaged the food and started distributing it to the people. I noticed that there was like seven pickle chips that I paid 999 for and then my nachos had zero chicken, barely any cheese overloaded with jalapeños and half of a small container of hot sauce. This is just insane to me that people work so hard for their money and we try to pay for a service and it feels like we're getting ripped off! I decided to call in hopes that maybe they would fix my order. I was even willing to drive, but the gal told me that "I should have checked my order before I left" I was shocked, especially considering I tipped 20%. I'm always a good tipper, but this instance I wish I could take it back. These companies only exist because of the customers and the customers are being treated like this. It's no wonder that they only have a two or three star rating. The outdoor courts became soaked, and it didn't seem like there was much of a plan in place to get them playable again. We eventually asked if there was a solution, and the staff came out to squeegee the courts so we could continue playing. I do want to give credit where it's due, the staff handled the situation well once we brought it to their attention. They extended our court time, allowed us about 30 extra minutes indoors while we waited, and even gave us coupons to come back another day. That level of customer service was appreciated. Despite the weather hiccup, we had a really enjoyable Father's Day and would definitely return. Hopefully they'll develop a more streamlined plan for rainy days, but overall it's a fun venue with good food and a great atmosphere!
