I had a ball here! I decided to celebrate my birthday here last minute, and I'm glad I did. The food was great, they have a Tuesday special where you get double the wings, and the drinks are ‍ (*chef kiss*). Our waiter, Ethan, was so attentive and even sung me happy birthday. I went to Buffalo wild wings tonight and wanted to treat a couple of my coworkers to some food. I ordered it takeout I ordered the nachos. I asked for extra cheese and I wanted chicken added to those. I think we got some boneless wings and some bone in wings and some fried pickles when I got back to my place of work and unpackaged the food and started distributing it to the people. I noticed that there was like seven pickle chips that I paid 999 for and then my nachos had zero chicken, barely any cheese overloaded with jalapeños and half of a small container of hot sauce. This is just insane to me that people work so hard for their money and we try to pay for a service and it feels like we're getting ripped off! I decided to call in hopes that maybe they would fix my order. I was even willing to drive, but the gal told me that "I should have checked my order before I left" I was shocked, especially considering I tipped 20%. I'm always a good tipper, but this instance I wish I could take it back. These companies only exist because of the customers and the customers are being treated like this. It's no wonder that they only have a two or three star rating. Don't even bother coming to this location. It has seriously gone downhill. I went in for my birthday 6-piece, which I received an email saying had already been added to my account. Not only was I denied the offer and forced to pay for my own food, but the night manager's attitude left me embarrassed and humiliated. Me and my son in law went to watch Cowboys play the Chargers. I ordered some nachos and 2 orders of fries. They only reason I gave 2 stars and not 1 is because I love their nachos. The fries were cold. I mean, had no heat at all. The service was that good either. The 1st waitress he had wasn't that bad, but her shift was ending, so she asked me to pay, and if I needed anything, the other waitress would take care of it. But I had to pay again. I usually just get water when going out. The waitress took but glass and asked if I needed more. I said yeah. Took 15 minutes to get my water, and a different person brought it to me. Veteran's Day. 8pm. My wife and I who are both veterans went to this location on Veterans Day where they offer 10 piece wings and fries free for Veterans. We each had a government issued veteran ID. The server told us that only one is allowed per ticket. He wasn't going to give us each a free meal. After he went away and my wife and I spoke to each other we were ready to leave. Shocked! When he came back to the table I told him he was wrong. He needs to make this happen, he's wrong. After some pressure, he said he will be able to give it to us. After this, his service was horrible. We did not receive our french fries until after our wings were cold. I did not receive my beer until after the wings were cold. We had to ask a different server for utensils. We never received an apology or even an explanation from him. After we were completed with our meal, I spoke with the manager. She explained their policy and apologized for the server's misunderstanding. This had an emotional effect on both my wife and I. I shouldn't have, but I still left a 20% tip on what the bill would have been if the meals were not free. Maybe the whole Veterans meal thing with with the server was a misunderstanding on his part, but it is up to the managers to ensure all of their employees know what's going on. I can't imagine Daniel doing that to Veterans near a military installation where half of their customers are service members. Had he denied other veterans previously in the day? I'm a big bww fan. I love their honey bbq and their fries. Service is usually pretty good and don't really have issues with the food every time I come. However, the bar stools are disgusting. The cover is ripped or missing on every single one. You can see the sweat and dirt on the cushions. I refuse to sit on them if I'm wearing shorts and honestly I don't even know why I sit on them at all. I don't know why anyone sits on them. We get that he didn't want to make physical contact by the way he held the bag that contained our order. But by the time my partner got her hands barely through the bag loops, he drops it.
