Worst managers and workers ever. I wouldn't even recommend here at all. Had us waiting for an hour and 30 mins and they still wanted us to wait another hour. Server told us they closed at 2am but then starts making a complete racket with moving bar stools around and sweeping a an hour and 5 min before they close. Then another staffer starts making even more noise slamming chairs on the tables in the dining area while trying to put them up! It was pretty clear they were trying to make us and the other remaining table as uncomfortable as possible so that we could leave. Don't say you close at 2 and then start sweeping around your customers and slamming barstools and chairs around prior to that time. It's rude and unprofessional and quite frankly puts a very bad ending to our night out. If you say you close at a certain time, leave an extra hour for your staff to clean up after that posted closing time. read more

I believe that some BWW are well managed and enjoyable. The location on Bay Area Drive, however, isn't one of them. I only gave this review a 2 because of the poor service and the quality of our food. I'm sure some waiters we're on top of their game but we had to ask another waiter to get our waitress 3X, and we're easy! When there's a bar, personnel know to keep watch on a near empty glass. This was an awful experience. For reference, my family and I go to this specific location every friday for dinner (around the time of 5:00-7:00 pm).The whole time, most of the staff that were not actively serving tables were sitting on their phones in the corner in a booth altogether. Tonight, we ordered an appetizer order of their cheese curds. Our waiter brought out our appetizer, and it we very skimpy. It was like they served us a children's portion of food. We kindly asked him about it, and he replied with "well we portion it out", which yes we understand you're not going to give us 500 cheese curds, but we go to this location every week and it has never been like this. He brought it back, and it was still very skimpy. He asked if we wanted to talk to his manager, and we all said yes. We mentioned to her that this was a very skimpy, tiny, pathetic portion and that it has never been like this since we go here so often. Her rebuttal was "well I work here," in a rude tone. We then mentioned that this is still not the right portion. She then asked if we ordered a side or an appetizer, which if we use common sense here, we ordered an appetizer. She then goes to claim that on the menu, there are two sizes, we then showed her the menu where there were no sizes at all. Her rebuttal (again) was "well these are new menus ."This is a HORRIBLE example of customer service. Please, do better. read more

The wait time for the Tuesday specials are ridiculous. We are waiting 30min plus at the door when they have 10 tables open 10!!! This location needs to get better management.. if your kitchen is so backed up why don't y'all hired more cooks. What about people that also want to enjoy a beer? Why not be upfront and say your food will take a 45 min wait but you can seat at your table and enjoy your beer/drink. So we get here, waitress is pretty quick to show up. It was downhill after that. 8 minutes after I ordered my beer I had to walk over to the bar and remind her I ordered it. Forgivable if the bar is slammed, not the case here, maybe 30 percent full. So we order food. 3 simple meals. Thirty minutes later when they stopped by the table to ask how we were so we asked about our food of course. She ducks around the corner an voila! Our food! Cold!! Extremely disappointed. I live on the road, maybe 230 nights a year. Eat out 50 percent of the time. This was the worst service this year. That's saying something. I went to management shoe took 20 percent off my bill. Let me preface by saying this. There were some pretty good things, and there were some pretty bad things going on with this restaurant. In the reviews of this place, 3/4 of them talk about a server named Delaney. I did not see Delaney. The service was pretty bad. It took 20 minutes to get a waiters attention just so I could get water. What do I have to do to get a glass of water here?????? The food however, was pretty good. I enjoyed the sampler a lot. The place has wings in its name, so they better have the best wings I can get. My wings experience here was pretty good. There were a lot of sauce choices here. I definitely recommend getting the garlic Parmesan, Asian Zhing, and Teriyaki sauces. The Dry rubs weren't for me, however they did seemed to be enjoyed by others around me. I also recommend getting a large order of french fries as they are very good. My final thought is of course, about the lavatories. Let's just say that they were so atrocious that the thought of my usual picture in there was just unthinkable. The idea of eating dog poop seemed very preferable to taking a dookie in the BWW restroom. All in all, it's up to you on what sauce you consume here, whether it be the hottest one (Blazin' (has Ghost Peppers)) or no sauce at all. It's your choice. Don't come here if you expect them to do anything other than the bare minimum. We never got refills, even after asking. The waiter only spoke to us to take our order. This Buffalo Wild Wings location has been nothing but horrible. We moved from Tennessee a little over two years ago and hate the difference between our old B-Dubs and this location. Mostly the wings are just as they are at every location, the only thing I can complain about food wise is that sometimes it seems they fail to stock all items appropriately. The wait staff and the manager need to revamp there approach. I have had issues with pickup orders and dine in and the manager has been short and aggressive. On this and one other dine in occasion we sat for 10+ minutes before a waitress even stopped to ask what we wanted to drink. This last experience we waited 25 minutes before our first drinks arrived after being sat at our table. I would not recommend this B-Dubs. read more

I've been coming here for literally 10 years and never has anyone been rude about a dog on the patio..back in the day they used to use the patio outside a lot more they even still have the tv out there but it's never on. I guess this place isn't dog friendly anymore my dog is a service animal but I'm not going to get into that if a regular dog can't come hang out on the patio with their owner and eat wings then I don't wanna come here and I don't recommend this place. read more

worst management ive ever dealt with. this store is extremely low staffed and i would assume thats because of poor treatment to the servers. bette the manager was super cold hearted. talked to me like im the most stupid person on the planet. i thought managers were supposed to role models. she clearly has no regards for how she makes people feel. i over heard the way she talked to servers also and its disgusting you can treat your employees that way. on the other hand i could tell the servers were doing the best with what they got but i noticed roaches while dining in, absolutely disgusted. so i cant imagine the kitchen and how unclean it is. easy to assume theyre not up to health code. read more

I have been going to this restaurant since I was a kid and I'd come here every week but now I barely come here because this location has gone so down hill. The wing count and prices changed and I get that, it's not the locations fault, but the quality has gotten just as poor. I pay $1 per wing that's only 40% sauce And it's like come on, if I wanted chicken nuggets I'd go to mcdonalds. The chicken is hard to cut and it's so dry and hard And I have to pay extra if I want a good portion of sauce on my wings as if $1 per wing wasn't enough.
