I just got out of Golden Corral and are waitresses was very nice at first then she started to act different I asked for Coke and she had give me Diet Coke so I asked if I can get it changed for regular Coke and she said that I should of been more specific the first time so I said sorry and when she came back she didn't even change it to regular Coke she left it as is and we decided to leave but the food was good and the environment as well just not the service with the waitresses. read more

I was in the neighborhood since my wife had a doctor's appointment. It has been years since we visited this restaurant. The food was good, plenty and hot. The food trays were full as was the restaurant. The waitress Vanessa was very pleasant. The demographics definitely reflect the neighborhood. It is helpful to speak at least a little bit of Spanish. This is one of the smaller Golden Corrals I've been to so there is less variety. My child has a gluten allergy so the more variety the better. The ice cream and icee machine was not cold enough so our ice cream melted quickly. The staff is nice and attentive so we enjoyed that. The food was not hot, which I'm not a fan of. I probably won't be coming back especially since I was here on a weekend, where the food gets eaten quickly so the quality should be better than other days of the week. read more

One Star - I've Never Felt So Unwelcome I'm honestly still shaken by the experience I had today at Golden Corral. What was supposed to be a simple, enjoyable meal turned into one of the most uncomfortable and humiliating dining experiences I've ever had. From the start, our server Maria treated us with an attitude that made it clear we weren't welcome. She was rude, cold, and dismissive--as if helping us was the last thing she wanted to do. But what hurt the most was how the situation escalated when we tried to speak up. Her manager, Javier, didn't just ignore our concerns--he made us feel even worse. Instead of offering a solution or even a basic apology, he treated us with the same hostility and made us feel like we were the problem for expecting decent service. I've never felt so disrespected and harassed at a restaurant. It ruined the entire meal and left me feeling upset long after I left. No one should be made to feel that way when they're simply trying to enjoy a meal out. I will never return to this location, and I hope management seriously reconsiders how they allow customers to be treated. read more

I went to Golden Corral and my experience was good by the waiters but what made my experience awful was seeing how rudely the employees where treated by the management there's a manager specifically that ive seen being ugly to customers as well I will not be going again. Not to mention they don't do a good job at managing I've been a few times and had my last straw when a table behind me they found a little roach in their drink and I've seen a few bugs in there as well when one employee was trying to make it go into the dust pan. I called up to see what manager is losing sales for this location: at first they said "no manager", when I said "I just spoke with a lady wearing a jacket that said management team" They then said "Mariana or Mirna" This is my favorite location but it looks like it's under bad management now. I showed up during the end of lunch hour and was in line for the last 5 minutes. They purposely do not keep multiple on the register at this time to make sure you pay dinner price. This same lady look me right in the eyes and walked to the back when it was 3:58. They know what they're doing over there. Nice location with decent spacing. Had a warm greeting when we walked in. The food itself was really salty so I basically tasted some Of what I picked up and couldn't enjoy it. The stake was cooked well of the grill but I think who ever is dressing these meals needs to stop or be replaced. It's like someone took a bottle of salt and emptied it out on the stake. I hate to admit that we drive 30 minutes to get to a Golden Corral, but we do. This place has great service, great food and is always busy. The staff keeps the plates cleared and the place is clean. This location is Nasty. from the front door with fingerprints, the carpet when you enter and I'm sure its the original one when place was built. Apparently they got slammed right before we got there, because the host/waiter who showed us to our table told us and the other staff repeatedly. He brought us to a table with dirty dishes sitting on it, grabbed those, and did a quick swipe with a rag. And although he apologized about it, the floor under and around the table was filthy - food everywhere that we were stepping on in order to sit down. I would have gladly waited at the front while they cleaned off the table and took 2 minutes to run a broom over the floor. The food is just ok. I don't come here often, but when I do I make sure I get my fill. Always clean, and spills get cleaned up immediately. Staff is always friendly. Food is always good. Basic foods always out (salad, fruits, desserts, various meats like baked and fried chicken) though some days and times will vary for other foods like steak. Food is always fresh. I've never tried their Mexican food area. The only complaints I have is that they are a bit pricey (that 's why I don't go often) and their shrimp selection could be better. read more
