If I could give this location a zero star I would. They have the worst customer service. Ever since this location turned franchised it's become worst. The wait times are horrible even for pick up orders. When you dine in and they finally bring your food after an eternity it's always wrong, and when they take it back to correct they bring it back wrong again. My daughter and I wanted a yummy dinner and remembered this location in Irvine. First off we were NOT greeted at the door as we walked in as is the usual for any restaurant. The girl who walked us to our table was not too happy that we chose to sit in the area that was not self seating in the bar. We sat down, and a very nice server took care of us. I visited BWW on a Friday night at 7:30PM after not coming for several years and I would like to say I was very impressed with how far they have come, not only have they redone the entire restaurant layout the atmosphere seems so much more delightful. We were seated very quickly and we were given the option to choose which table we wanted. The server came to our table to take our drink order very quickly and made our mixed drinks and served them in under 5 minutes along with waters. We placed our order for food of several items and the order arrived in under 10 minutes, this over all amazed me and made me feel they deserve a review alone. Several different servers checked on us multiple times including Lee and Amber throughout the whole time we were present and had a wonderful helpful character. Our drinks were always refilled before they reached the bottom I would definitely recommend this place and I am more likely to return when I am in the mood for some wings. As you'll notice in the picture I added my drink has been empty for 10 minutes and the bartender is no where to be found...The buffalo chicken wrap I ordered was more wrap than chicken. Been going to this location for several years, the food is typical for a BWW franchise. The service is usually ok, what you would expect from a regular BWW. I get that we are not completely out of the pandemic but tonight was just too much. They close at 2 am, started putting chairs up on the tables and cleaning the bar area at 12:45. And when I say cleaning I mean moving chairs on the screeching floor, super loud, practically slamming them on the counter to make anyone who was there as a patron uncomfortable. I don't mind the staff wanting to get a head start but as a patron when people start sweeping around you it's uncomfortable. If the staff wants that time to clean, close earlier. Don't say you close at 2 am or 1 am and start sweeping around your clientele prior to that time. It's rude, unprofessional and uncomfortable. I will say they aren't the only ones in the area doing this. But it's super frustrating for people wanting a night out, please update your hours online, close when you say you are closing. I get the pandemic has changed a lot of things, but as much as we are trying to be flexible with staff shortages and patient with the service industry. I still would expect the same respect, and not have the whole place obviously cleaning up and trying to close prior to the closing time. If you mean doors close and everyone go home at 2 am, close your doors to clientele prior to that. read more

I've been to this Buffalo Wild Wings twice and I can say from just those 2 experiences it's not worth your time. It seems poorly run. In both instances, the wings seemed like they'd been under a heat lamp for quite awhile and there wasn't much sauce either time I went. But the real issue I have here is with the server named Chad. He wore his mask under his nose THE ENTIRE TIME and frequently and unnecessarily bent over the table to place napkins and to grab empty glasses. After the 1st few times this happened I started putting everything at the end of the table for him. He had zero social unawareness. I thought about walking out, but then our food came out and was delivered by someone else. From the angry way she mumbled incoherent beer information to how she rolled her eyes when asked for water, she did nothing but make our entire table hate dealing with her and want to leave. Which we did earlier than originally anticipated. Luck have it she was bad at her job and didn't come by our table often. It was cute how she was giggling and laughing and flirting with the manager... Gotta keep that job somehow. It was much easier, faster, and more pleasant to just walk up to the bar to order. Very friendly environment, and very energetic. When you walk in the door the associates are very pleasant they greet you as soon as you walk in. They are very helpful and knowledgable of the menu. The waitress I had on my last visit did a great job timing when to come back and check and see if anything was needed and if everything was good. The wings were great and I love how many sauce options they have. My favorite is the Jerk; it's spicy but the flavor is just so GOOD! My kids love the mini corn dogs and the buffalo chicken sandwich is a must try for anyone who enjoys buffalo style chicken. So I've been going to this BWW since I was in high school. It used to be my favorite place to go eat at. Now I cant decide if I even want to make the drive there just to be dissatisfied with the food or having to walk out due to no service. The last time I went in my girlfriend and I were seated in the bar area. We sat there for probably 15-20 minutes and not one waiter or waitress stopped to ask us if we wanted drinks, appetizers, etc... We ended up leaving and going somewhere else.
