We have had take out from Spice Wings a few times and both experiences were great. We have tried a few different flavors and the fries also have different cuts and seasoning options. We loved the Dry Ranch Rub and the Citrus Chipotle. The Korean BBQ also was tasty and not too spicy. I was not a big fan of the garlic Parmesan fries, but my kids liked the flavor. The service was timely and our cashier was friendly and helpful in explaining the menu. If you want to dine-in, then expect a cozy restaurant with limited seating. But on both visits, patrons were ordering take out. Also I should not the wings and tenders are halal in case that matters for you. On the day I was bestowed the coveted title of Yelp Elite for the ninth time, I also scored a couple for free five wings or a waffle from this business's Facebook page. The chicken stan in me was so eager to put said coupon to good use right away, as well as kick off 2025 with a new review. I regret to inform any potential diners that I didn't have an experience worthy of five stats. While the service was good (Amit patiently gave me all the time I need to browse the overhead menu), the food fell short of my expectations. My first meal here was a 10-wing combo with fried pickles and the five free wings. I chose lemon pepper and honey mustard for my wings' flavors. Unfortunately, I couldn't taste either. The wings were ample, but too small. I was done with a piece in two bites. The fried pickles were okay, but I know of other places with better versions. The restaurant is in a strip mall near the perpetually busy intersection of Bay Area and Highway 3. Looking at it from the outside, you might think it's big, but the interior is quite small and cramp. Thankfully, there wasn't a crowd when I dropped by. Good wings! I love wings, but don't order them a lot because, TBH, I was spoiled by a place in Arizona and most places just don't meet that standard (particularly chain wing places). But the person I was with wanted wings and this was the closest place. This place is a chain, but still very small. I placed an online order for the 15 piece with drums and flats, Mango Habanero and regular BBQ and fries. I was very impressed with the variety of wing flavors offered (more than I would expect from a small place). Not only did they have a lot of wing flavors, but they also offered a variety of seasonings for the fries. That was a first for me. I was not there when the order was complete, but they actually called me to let me know it was ready (this may have been because they weren't busy...I can't imagine this continuing once the word gets out). The place is tiny, but very neat. The young man who gave me my order was very pleasant. The wings were in a styrofoam container, separated by foil...there was PLENTY of sauce in each portion. I love it when they don't skimp on the sauce! The wings were well cooked (not over or under) and flavorful. I rate this place a Negative 10. Picked up order got home and everything taste like it was cooked in old grease. They were over done and dry. I called to see if they would refund my money. The guy told me let me look at your ticket. He said no they weren't extra crispy. I told him I don't care what the ticket says. I'm telling you they were shy of burnt. They told me they can't give a refund because they don't have the food. I said ok so if I bring this back I can get my money back. The owner said unfortunately I can't give a refund. I can not review the food because I didn't get to order. There were 6 people eating inside. No one in line. I walked in, no one at cashier so I read the menu, when the server came out, he asked if I was such and such a person? And I said no. He did not say hello, I will be right with you or anything. He walked past me calling out for a certain person. A man walked in and up to cashier area and he immediately asked him if he was so and so, when the person said no, he asked how he could help him. Never looked at me or anything. The person showed him where he had ordered online I assume. The the server walked away from the counter to talk to the other people already there eating. I decided to leave, because obviously the server decided he didn't need any more customers. It was the very first time I stepped in there. For the prices of the food I expected a bit better service.
