JLB has three options for the item, and we went with the one-piece just to be on the safe side. I admit, I was expecting my meal to be small, but my eyes lit up when the waitress brought us our baskets. Instead of one piece, each had two, which were prepared in Cajun cornmeal batter per Ms. Kara's recommendation, lying on a bed of fries. Also included were onion rings, a hush puppy, and toast. I'm delighted to say that we immensely enjoyed our orders. The fish didn't even taste like fish, but like chicken. It was nicely done as were the accompanying sides. Portions size, huge enough for an individual meal to where it could feed two people. My assumption is that if the F&C is great, the other items on the menu would be on par or better.
