I didn't feel like studying the menu, so asked the cashier what he recommended. He said the symphony box was his favorite so that's what i ordered. The symphony box didn't disappoint! The chicken was probably some of the best i've had, and the egg rolls were also delicious. I ordered mine with fried rice which was tasty as well. The inside is set up so you pay/order, get a number, self seat yourself, and they bring your food out once it's ready. There's some cool arcade games along the left wall. I did not know what to expect when going into Wrap & Roll since we randomly chose a place to eat without doing too much research into it, but it exceeded my expectations. When you first enter, you will notice that there is an ample amount of seating and there are gacha machines on the left side. You order at the front and they bring your food to your table. There is a large menu of items to choose from. We got the fusion bento box, chicken zoodle bowl, and ultimate zoodle bowl. Now, we were aware that the ultimate bowls would have large portions because our friend warned us about that, but we were not expecting the chicken zoodle bowl to also be the same size. The portions here were huge. We did not finish any of the items that we got and had to take everything to go and were able to eat it for another 1-2 meals. My husband, oldest son and I decided to go to Wrap & Roll for a lunch. My oldest son attends college nearby and he recommended it. We drove up, parked and walked in. The restaurant atmosphere is fun. It has a row of claw machines on one side of the restaurant, a lot of seating and it's well lit. When we walked up to the counter to order we were greeted by a friendly and helpful man. He gave me time to look at the menu, answered my questions and then took our order. After ordering we paid, got a number, and then got to choose where we wanted to sit. We were also given a few coins to use at the claw machines. The claw machines were fun to play while we waited for our food. Once we went through our free coins we sat and waited. After awhile two friendly employees brought us our food. For my meal I ordered the Chicken Fried Rice, my husband ordered the Ribeye Fried Rice, and my son ordered the BBQ Pork Fried Rice. The fried rice comes with onions, cranberries, and scrambled egg. My son requested no onions and no cranberries. My husband also ordered some Veggie Egg Rolls for us to share. I tried all of the food. The Veggie Egg Rolls were good. They were crispy on the outside with a mix of veggies on the inside. My son's BBQ Pork Fried Rice was good. It had a lot of flavor despite not having any onions or cranberries and the pork was good. My husband's Ribeye Fried Rice was good as well. The Ribeye was good and the onions were large and flavorful. My Chicken Fried Rice was really good. I loved how tender the chicken was and the flavor was delicious. I think the chicken had some sort of a glaze on it. Whatever it was it was yummy. The onions were tasty and a good size. The only thing I couldn't taste or find in the fried rice was the cranberries. Kept seeing the great reviews and decided to stop by on my lunch break. For a lunch rush, it had a decent amount of people inside. I opted for the sweet siracha chicken fried rice. It was around $17. The portions were very big but unfortunately, the food was sub par. The chicken was super sweet and the rice was a tad gummy. It reminded me of over-priced mall food. Wow. Wow. Wow. The fam and I absolutely loved Wrap and Roll. To be able to get this variety of food all gluten free was such a treat for me, and it is what made going here a non-negotiable. It was more a when than a should. After a long night at NASA, we stopped at Wrap and Roll, and at first glance I loved the vibe. I loved all the nights, the table layout, and the space. It smelled delicious right when we walked in, and I knew we were in for a treat! I was craving tons of protein and veggies, so I got the combination zoodle bowl and the ribeye spring rolls, both gluten free. If this place was nearby where I lived I would be here all the time. The spring roll was delicious, fresh, and packed with ribeye. They did not skimp on the beef! And the BOWL. When the zoodle bowl came out, I was FLOORED by how much protein was in the bowl with the zoodles. The sauce was light, gingery, not too salty at all, and delicious with the zoodles. I could not believe the amount of food in this bowl, and it made for a great dinner later that night. Delicious in every way! Hubby got the fusion burrito and really enjoyed all the food you get with the bento box. 2 egg rolls along with a salad, fries, and the biggest burrito for the price we've seen ever. Plenty of flavor and a great value for money! Delicious with the sauces and the crunch of the fries, egg rolls were crunchy and delicious, and those fries were VERY good! I loved the extra crunch from the potato starch on them! Kiddo got a $13 ribeye quesadilla, and it was at least 2 meals. There was a TON of ribeye in the quesadilla, and my son LOVED IT. There was legit more meat than cheese, and it also made a great 2nd dinner later that night. Just stuffed with flavor and every bite was yummy. It came with a small salad and ranch. This place not only is great value for money, but it really is such a treat to heave this much food that is gluten free on a menu. I wish there was one closer to us so I could go here more often! It might help to visit their website before coming so you can know what to order in case you're there first in line. They do have menus on the counter, although I wish it had pictures. It's a busy location on a Friday evening. There are large tables with lots of seating so you'll probably be sharing a table unless you have a large party. The food doesn't come out in order of arrival. Some tables that got here after us got some of their food before us and one person from our party was done eating before we got our food. I have been meaning to try this place since it opened. Finally went for lunch with coworker. Stood in line to order and noted that the floor was slippery with grease. They probably mopped without frequently changing the mop water. The service was great, and the food came out fast. So that was a plus. And the presentation was great. However, the food was loaded with Chinese Five Spice, and not in a good way. The quality of the meat was questionable. The sriracha mayo had the shiny, gelatinous sheen of the most bargain basement food service mayo. The fries were good. Overall, I think they are using the cheapest of ingredients and combining them in novel ways, but the quality is still not good. Seems a lot of people disagree with me though, judging by the number of people in there lately. Neither myself nor my dining partner could finish the food. I am hooked! I've eaten from the Pasadena location twice. They're a fairly new location that opened in April this year. The older location is in Pearland. First I want to say that the title of the restaurant is a little misleading. I was thinking it was a sushi place. They do have wraps and spring rolls but also a large variety of fried rice and noodle options. The first time I had their filet mignon and shrimp tacos carry out. The shrimp tacos came with three large pieces of shrimp. But my favorite out of the two was the filet! I don't think I've ever had a more tender filet than this place. The meat was so soft it just melted in my mouth. No chewy meat over here. And they give you a good amount of meat! The green sauce that comes with the tacos was a surprise to my palate. It has a nice twang to it that I can't even describe it. I think there's avocado and horseradish in the sauce. The second time I came I ate in. You have to order at the counter and self seat yourself wherever you like. They give you a number and bring the food out to you. I tried their Filet Mignon Yakisoba noodles. I asked the cashier how it was made and she said that it was tossed in a soy based sauce. I know I love dishes packed with flavor so I also asked for some of the spicy Korean sauce on the side. The dish was really good and I think the extra sauce really set it off! Once again, the filet was so tender and melted in your mouth. I also liked the crisp crunch of the lightly cooked onions and cabbage in the bowl. I really enjoyed my food, but I actually was jealous of my fiancé's bowl. He got the combination Yakisoba noodles with chicken, shrimp and filet. His bowl was almost twice as big as mine and it looked like he got double the meat. The chicken was large in pieces and the shrimp was a decent size too. So far I am two for two and definitely want to come again and try more of their dishes. I might get something other than their filet next time, but it's too good to pass on. The Pearland location is actually closer to me and she said they have their liquor license and dessert options. One of my best friends discovered this place. Wrap & Roll is amazing! There are NO Asian-Mexican fusion food where I live, so I was ecstatic about coming here. Wrap & Roll have so many dishes to choose from: rice platters, yakisoba, fusion burritos, wraps, Udon, rice noodles, lettuce wraps, fusion tortas, salad, rolls, fusion fries, fusion tacos, zoodles, (noodles made out of veggies) and even bento boxes. The prices are surprisingly decent. You have to get your own drinks and utensils, but the staff are nice. The décor is modern, with rustic mixed in. Their bathroom and tile floors need refurbishment, though. I was disappointed with the "fusion quesadillas". There is NO Asian fusion, they're just regular cheese and meat quesadillas, that you can get at any Mexican restaurant! Plus, the meat and cheese inside them were too thick. If I wanted the usual quesadillas, I'd got to Taco Bell! Another thing to point out, not all their menu items have full descriptions. For example, their egg rolls contain shrimp, but it doesn't mention that on the menu! That's dangerous for people who are allergic to shrimp!! That is irresponsible on the staff's part!!! There are more dishes I would love to try, but Wrap & Roll need to update their menu. Skip the boring quesadillas, they're aren't worth the money! read more
