My husband, oldest son and I decided to go to Wrap & Roll for a lunch. My oldest son attends college nearby and he recommended it. We drove up, parked and walked in. The restaurant atmosphere is fun. It has a row of claw machines on one side of the restaurant, a lot of seating and it's well lit. When we walked up to the counter to order we were greeted by a friendly and helpful man. He gave me time to look at the menu, answered my questions and then took our order. After ordering we paid, got a number, and then got to choose where we wanted to sit. We were also given a few coins to use at the claw machines. The claw machines were fun to play while we waited for our food. Once we went through our free coins we sat and waited. After awhile two friendly employees brought us our food. For my meal I ordered the Chicken Fried Rice, my husband ordered the Ribeye Fried Rice, and my son ordered the BBQ Pork Fried Rice. The fried rice comes with onions, cranberries, and scrambled egg. My son requested no onions and no cranberries. My husband also ordered some Veggie Egg Rolls for us to share. I tried all of the food. The Veggie Egg Rolls were good. They were crispy on the outside with a mix of veggies on the inside. My son's BBQ Pork Fried Rice was good. It had a lot of flavor despite not having any onions or cranberries and the pork was good. My husband's Ribeye Fried Rice was good as well. The Ribeye was good and the onions were large and flavorful. My Chicken Fried Rice was really good. I loved how tender the chicken was and the flavor was delicious. I think the chicken had some sort of a glaze on it. Whatever it was it was yummy. The onions were tasty and a good size. The only thing I couldn't taste or find in the fried rice was the cranberries. There was no sign of them. Despite that the Chicken Fried Rice was delicious. Overall it was a great lunchtime suggestion. The atmosphere was fun and the service was great as everyone was friendly. The portions were large, and the food was delicious

Cute place with friendly service. As a vegetarian, I was glad to have more than just one option. I settled on the tofu burrito. I took one bite and was hooked! So much so that I almost forgot to snap a pic. Order at the counter, find a seat, and wait for your delicious meal. Don't worry, the wait won't be long at all.

I only found this place about 2 months ago in Pearland and I then found the one off Bay Area recently. Since then I have eaten here at least 8 times! The prices are great The portions are stupid And the taste is wonderful Currently my favorite restaurant hands down! And lovely chatty people work here too!

It was my first visit here, after a recommendation from someone. It's in a strip mall so parking wasn't an issue. You order at the counter. It might help to visit their website before coming so you can know what to order in case you're there first in line. They do have menus on the counter, although I wish it had pictures. It's a busy location on a Friday evening. There are large tables with lots of seating so you'll probably be sharing a table unless you have a large party. The food doesn't come out in order of arrival. Some tables that got here after us got some of their food before us and one person from our party was done eating before we got our food. I got the shrimp teriyaki with rice noodles. All the food I tasted like the filet mignon burrito and udon noodles were also good. I was impressed at the quality of the meat and shrimp. Overall the food was great but I wish they brought all the food at once or close together.

First time here and left pleased and satisfied. This is a fusion of Mexican and Asian cuisine. The portions are HUGE! You really should consider one order for 2 or more people. I ordered the spicy Korean chicken fried rice. The chicken was full of flavor and well seasoned. The fried rice was full of onions and scallions! I also ordered the spreegrolls: an eggroll wrapped in a spring roll (don't knock it till you've tried it). If you're in Houston you have to check this place out.

The menu is stacked with Asian/Mexican fusion dishes, served in large portions and with flavor. Several unique dishes are available and there is ample seating and fast service. I had the International Bento Box with a chicken quesadilla in a spinach wrap served with a side salad, egg rolls and fusion fries layered with zesty cheese sauce and spicy Asian sauce. Great place for lunch or to grab a quick dinner.

Everything in…read moretheir menu is something great, with some of my personal favorites being the Homestyle Trio with Eggplant, their Mapo Tofu (off menu, no gatekeeping), their Spicy Chicken Noodle Soup (a wee too spicy for me personally, but I love the simplicity of it), and the General Tso's Chicken. The eggplant dish mentioned is very rich and flavorful, with the eggplant cooked to be soft and almost mushy (but in a good way), nicely complimented by particularly the beef. Their lo mein is a little watery on various occasions, but still maintains a great and very nice flavor. Their fried rice is one of my favorites in the area and is always very well made no matter the time of day. The fried chicken wings, crab puffs, and crab bomber appetizers are both just such standouts in what is often an overlooked part of the menu by many restaurants. I have nothing but praise about how this place handles food. The staff is all really nice and welcoming from entrance to walking out the door. They are very good with order additions or food/allergy restrictions and the dishes always come out in a timely (but not rushed) manner, no matter whether it is a weekday morning or a busy dinner crowd. I'd recommend the lunch special for anyone coming around that time, as the deal of egg rolls, soup, and an entree or 2-3 sushi rolls for a low price is a steal. The ambiance nice for sure and the tables are clean, though I do sometimes get disoriented by the wallpaper they use (I think it's just me though). Whenever this place first opened, I was very disappointed in the restaurant. Meals were salt with a side of meat and rice and was just overall underwhelming. But now, it is one of my family's go to places whenever we need quality food in a short distance. Definitely worth a try, even over other restaurants in the area that serve a similar menu.

We started with the Pan‑Fried Pork Dumplings, delicious and surprisingly filling. For mains, we ordered the House Special Lo Mein and a Lunch Special that came with egg drop soup, fried rice, Szechuan shredded beef, and an egg roll. The soup was flavorful, thick, and nicely eggy. The fried rice was good, and the beef was tender and savory. The egg roll was also really good. The House Special Lo Mein, though, wasn't our favorite. The texture felt off, and the meat was colder than the noodles, so we couldn't really eat it. For a Chinese restaurant, the House Lo Mein is an important dish to get right. Overall, some hits and some misses.

Of course you do. My family and I used to live just a few hundred yards away in that subdivision. You'd see my number pop up and I know there was a moment of quiet respect in the kitchen. A pause. A nod. "Ah yes... the big order." You knew my name. The delivery drivers knew my dogs. The dogs knew the delivery drivers. There was harmony. I tipped well--especially considering the short drive. I like to think those tips helped cover gas, morale, and maybe a chapter or two of a kid's college textbook. You were part of our routine. Our tradition. Our emotional support takeout. Then... we moved. Far away. Outside the radius. I know. I know. It must've been hard. I assume there was a brief meeting. Maybe a whiteboard. Someone sighed. Dreams were recalculated. But I'm writing today with good news. We're back. Not as close as before--but close enough to smell the General Tso if the wind is right. Unfortunately, we are now approximately six tragic miles outside your official delivery radius. Which brings me to my proposal. Could we add a special rider to our phone orders? Nothing crazy. Just a small, unofficial, mutually beneficial understanding where: We always over-order We always over-tip No one speaks of this again And happiness returns to the universe I'm asking for a friend. Really. I do not need an intervention. I can stop anytime. But I miss the General Tso. And my lovely wife misses the wontons. And some cravings are bigger than geography. The general tsos had big juicy pieces of chicken and the sauce wasn't too spicy (even my 4 year old enjoyed it). The sweet and sour chicken came with sauce on the side so it remained crispy. Usually it's my favorite part of this place but I'm not sure if they changed the recipe? Something tasted off. Our total was $50 and we have tons of food left over. Overall a great place!

First, I've always avoided this business because it was a child of P.F. Chang's, which isn't terrible, but got on my nerves. They divorced a few years ago. We happened to be driving home from picking up a new cell phone, and my wife mentioned the other major Asian chain. Pei Wei, however, was a left turn away. We were there well after the 5-7 p.m. typical dinner hours, and our order was quickly taken at the counter and cooked within our view. The Orange Chicken and Firecracker Shrimp were pretty damn good. Fresh and crispy with appealing sauces. The Firecracker sauce is what General Tso's should be -- some sweet and heat. The Orange Chicken sauce, has a little bite, but I could also taste the orange. I get it that some mom & pop restaurants might serve five-star recipes on one night, and single-star recipes the next, because of issues involving product procurement and a lack of consistency when it comes to employee training. While I mostly go with the mom & pop joints, consistency on occasion can be my friend. Bottom line: The food here was good (to-go) on our visit. And almost as good the next day when we warmed everything up in the microwave. Employees here are friendly, and the place was spic and span. I'll be back.

We had so many restaurant options but chose this place because of the high ratings... and I'm so glad we did. I'll be honest--when we first arrived, I wasn't impressed with the outside or the area. I was a little hesitant going in. But the moment we walked through the doors, everything changed. The place felt welcoming, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere--yes, a little loud--but in a good way. It's that lively Mexican vibe: music, micheladas, carne asada... all of it. We were just tired, so I think I noticed it more. Now let's talk about the food... I ordered the Maestro Plate but swapped the meat for short rib costillas--and OH. MY. GOSH. These were hands down some of the best costillas I've ever had. Juicy, tender, packed with flavor. I cleaned those bones completely--every single bite. The dish was served with perfectly grilled "nopales" and queso panela, que ricura! Ahhh, and of course the charro beans and rice that I barely made a dent in. The portions? HUGE. Two of us shared one plate and still had leftovers--and we can eat! Now this part says everything: my grandson, who is on the spectrum and very picky, ordered pollo asado... and he tore into it. No complaints, no hesitation--he finished his entire plate. That alone speaks volumes. My daughter had the birria (and she's a birria critic), and even she couldn't finish her plate because of how generous the portion was--but she said it was full of flavor and really good. My older grandson (big growing boy with an equally big appetite) had a birria quesadilla--again, huge portion--and even he couldn't finish it, which never happens. To top it all off, the owner surprised us with a complimentary dessert--warm, soft, pillowy sopapillas with whipped cream and chocolate drizzle. The kids were FULL... and still devoured every last bite. Not a crumb left. And let's talk about pricing... honey. Compared to Austin? This was a steal. I was honestly shocked at how affordable it was for the quality and portion sizes. Amazing food, generous portions, great service, and a place that turned my hesitation into loyalty.
