I called and made an appointment, gave them my credit card number and paid for the service ahead of time. They sent me a prep sheet for our flea treatment which was extensive, but necessary. We did everything that was asked. (Picture attached.) NOTE: When you have the treatment done, you family & your animals must leave the house and can't return for 4 hours after the technician leaves.) The following morning, no one showed up. Once I waited 30 minutes, I called to find out where the technician was. I was told my appointment time is at 3:00, so I asked what happened since I was told 9:00am. The person I spoke with said, "oh, I see that. In the comments section, it says 9:00-11:00. The person who scheduled your appointment scheduled it from 3:00 - 5:00, but he must not know how to schedule appointments bc you can't write a different time in the comments. He set it at 3:00." Meanwhile, I am waiting for someone to arrive bc my house is prepped, I have been to the vet, my animals have been treated, and I have an appointment for 2 Great Danes and a sick cat at a pet boarder who closes at 5:00. In other words, I can't board my pets if a tech comes in the afternoon bc it won't be safe for them to return home. I'll save everyone the hassle of reading the remainder of the saga, but here is a bulleted list- *No one came at 3:00. *I called to find out where the technician was, and they told me they would have the tech call me. *He called at 4:30, and said he didn't know why they scheduled a flea treatment at 3 o'clock when he had 4 houses to get to before mine, and that he didn't have time to do a flea treatment. *He called when he was on his way and started asking me ?s about the preparation sheet I received. He asked if we had swept, vacuumed, mopped, done the yard work necessary, and bagged all of the bedding, clothing, & pillows. He continued the interrogation until he arrived. *He arrives and immediately starts pointing out problems. He points to a basket on the dining room table and asked me what it was and why it was there? He walks by the spare bedroom and says, "this room is not ready," and it only got worse from there. *He is there for an hour and My nerves were frazzled, but I could tell he would not leave until I agreed to 4 quarterly payments of $110.00 and goes on and on explaining why it is better than a 1 time fee. I agree to get him out of my house so I can unwind as I prepare to sleep with fleas. Again. *following morning - no one comes. No one can come today or tomorrow. *someone calls about my contract and says it will cost $550. I explain that I agreed to $430, so I am placed on hold. I go back and forth with the sales rep, upper management, and they even call the technician who tells them I lied. I could actually keep going, but suffice it to say that this Company should not be in existence and I am sitting here, 4 days after my initial phone call, I STILL HAVEN't received a flea removal treatment. read more

I've known Travis for many years being that he is my neighbor. He is always punctual, thorough, and friendly. Yesterday he installed 14 termite bait stations and made very quick work of it allowing me to enjoy some of my Saturday. The installation was clean and flush with the surface which makes them barely noticeable or a target for my riding mower. I highly recommend Travis as I know he is one of White Knights best technicians. read more

not only do they overcharge, say they charge "bi monthly" but end up charging months in a row if you don't say anything, and show up without warning, they make it IMPOSSIBLE to cancel. Truly an awful company and I would never recommend them to anyone. read more

"BEWARE of White Knight Pet Control! We signed up for their service and later decided to cancel. For three weeks straight, we called to cancel, but NO ONE EVER RETURNED MY CALL, LEAVING MULTIPLE MESSAGES. When we finally got through, they informed us we had to pay a $300 cancellation fee because we didn't use their service for a full year--something that was NEVER disclosed to us. No one mentioned that we'd have to 'pay back' a discount if we canceled early. This is a deceptive and unethical business practice. If you're considering using them, THINK TWICE!" Mixed review here. On site service techs were very professional and competent: however, front office staff not so much. Beware of the "contract" that you may unwillingly sign up for in the fine print. Bad faith and business practices on their part to "hook" a customer into their program. There are several negative reviews that address a trend of deceptive practices in respect to the "contract". Buyer Beware!! read more

Tony was thorough and efficient. We're enjoying the service provided by white knight and the efforts of their technicians.

Alex was respectful and knowledgeable when speaking to him. He sprayed the yard, patio and around the sid3s of the entire yard with quality stuff. This hopefully will kill or run any insect away. Alex called twice to give me heads up he's on his way and Alex was on time when service was requested! Please send him to my house each time service is requested! I would like for Alex to be my main technician in the future. Thank you, Alex! I believe Alex is a valued technician for White Knight and for me! read more

I have been with this company for a while, and typically have not had an issue or concern. Today, the tech had sprayed my entry way and then rang the door bell. And upon my opening the door the pest insecticide was carried into the door area by the wind and all over me. I was fanning away all of the spray containments, but I was still covered. The tech apologize and then shared to wash exposed area, I was a bit frustrated. This was an inconvenience to have to wash my arms and face, which did not bring relief. After speaking with the tech, he shared a shower may necessary, and the irritation may last up to 12 hours. I shared with Roderick, it would be beneficial to wait before spraying an entryway till after speaking with anyone opening their front door. I understand you cannot control the wind, however this would have been avoided if the spray came after talking with the homeowner. read more

They could not control a wasp problem. There were multiple call backs and "changes of product". Poor communication throughout their nasty contract. They could not notify me of pending service so I could let tenants know in advance. Hard to cancel service. No bill until it was 6 weeks overdue with an added late fee. Threatening collections in 90-100 days. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY read more

Somebody PLEASE get Corbin Hasen some customer service classes ASAP and while you're at it retrain him on how your services and billing work. Most importantly show him how to properly generate service agreements and what exactly is on there. His lack of knowledge is not my fault nor an excuse for him to act like a jackass when being asked questions about fees that were not disclosed nor are written on the agreement. 1. It IS illegal to record conversations without the knowledge of the second party or without their consent. Educate yourself in basic knowledge. 2. "You're not going to be charged for another two months after this month (April) but if you do get charged it will be at the end of May" tell me again how the end of May is two months from April? 3. Speaking to me as if I'm a dumbass then ignoring me for days and responding "it's literally right there" without proper explanation after a customer has expressed why they are upset is a jackass move. The AUDACITY to get offended and refusal to provide supervisor information because I finally had it with your lying ass and said "are you dumb?" just further proved your lack of professionalism. 4. After being called out on the lack of professionalism and refusal to provide supervisor information to respond "on your email" and that information not being there made you look even more incompetent. Educate yourself on how to be a decent human being and stop trying to bait and switch clients. Saying "it's on the service agreement" is NOT an answer to the question of "WHERE on the service agreement?" The fact that he couldn't even show me WHERE on the service agreement was the fee "written" was beyond ridiculous. To top it off to say the months were messed up on the agreement as if that were my fault and still provided no further explanation... BEYOND THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER and I was only with them for TWO MONTHS. SAVE YOURSELVES A HEADACHE AND GO ELSE WHERE!! The only good experience was the technician Ryan! read more

I cancelled after a couple of treatments; they weren't bad, I just wasn't terribly impressed. I was told on more than one occasion that the account was cancelled and there was no balance. Do NOT recommend. read more

Lawson provided excellent service. He was kind, polite and efficient. He provided exterior pest treatment.

If I could give them a negative score I would. SOOOO tired of dealing with these guys. The technicians NEVER call before they arrive even though it's on my account all over the place! I work from home and have dogs. I need the warning before they show up. They NEVER call! Customer service does not return phone calls. I've been billed for service I didn't receive. Do not recommend. After speaking with them multiple times on the phone explaining my big big fear of spiders, they assured me they would take care of the problem 2 days later. Great!!! I called them Friday morning, they confirmed a tech was coming. When no tech came as of 4:15 pm, I called back and the rep told me the technician was at another house in the area but I was definitely on the schedule. NO SHOW! The excuse was that he ran out of daylight, so he'd come Monday. Another NO SHOW!!! Tech arrived late Tuesday but couldn't treat because of the dogs and area we needed to be treated. We told him we didn't want him to leave unless he was for sure coming back. He said he talked to his manager and guaranteed he'd be back in the morning while the dogs were gone all day, NO SHOW!!! I called the rep again and they couldn't get a hold of the technician after multiple attempts. What a joke!! read more

I wish I could leave no stars but that isn't an option. Beware of these people. They are thieves!!!!! They did a no show twice and tried to state that they did show up, but we work from home and no one came to the door and they called us to reschedule twice, but never came. Then they tired to lie to us and say that they did come. They then charged me $80 for a cancellation fee. Multiple times I requested that they spray the inside of the house and the backyard. They never knocked, sprayed on the front of the yard and not the backyard or inside. Will take you money and give nothing in return. read more

White Knight Pest Control - Pest Control Near Me - Buda, Texas

Autumn did an incredible job! White Knight is a great service because of people they hire like Autumn!

After fulfilling my contract in December 2024 I spoke with the customer service department stating i would not be moving forward with the service. I received notification today, January 28th, 2025 informing me that I had a service scheduled for the following day. Upon calling, the person in customer service was unaware and not appropriately trained to handle such matters. To my knowledge when I spoke to customer service in December the contract was fulfilled and paid in full. The company is now stating they require a 30 day notice. It is concerning and I would take caution before signing a contract. read more

DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. I was a customer for over 5 years. Last service call, the technician did considerable damage to the exterior of my house (I watched him). I sent pictures along with a complaint. No response. This was in September. I told them I was not going to pay for the service until someone contacted me to fix the damage. Crickets. No contact. I received a letter from a collection agency for the unpaid amount for the service call. I called White Knight and they said they couldn't do anything about it. I will be calling the Consumer Protection hotline to file a formal complaint. Only adding one star because I cannot add negative stars. read more

This is the written statement I filed with the BBB, the FTC, and the Attorney General's office for the state of Texas. Generally, I don't go scorched earth, but this is on principle. Keep in mind, I did try to speak with the company MULTIPLE times before writing this statement. A saleswoman came to my door at the end of June, selling a pest control membership. Once I signed up, I was serviced three times before I severed the relationship. I had an initial spray, then they asked if I wanted to sign up for the mosquito servicing. The mosquitoes went up in my backyard rather than down, so I requested a respray. They did the respray, but none of the treatments worked. I saw more bugs after the treatments(for an extended period of time, not just the first two weeks they sprayed). also, during this time, my mom got sick (she had cancer and received chemo treatment) and so did my animals. I noticed that it was after the yard had been sprayed. I had been told this treatment was safe to be around and this was simply not the case. so on July 29th, I called to cancel and close out the account. after this, I was charged twice in August from this company. the charges amounted to over $508 dollars. I disputed these transactions with my credit card company, but the pest control company used the contract as reasoning for the charges. the company broke the contract first by not giving services as described(the bugs did not dissipate, they only increased), and they used chemicals that were harmful, which is NOT what I was told when I signed the contract. It has now been 3 1/2 months since I closed the account, I have responded to multiple emails restating what I wrote here, and the company has continued to harass me. I called and reviewed all of this information with them today, November the 12th, and I was told there was still an amount of $53.04 on the account, despite the fact that this company has received over $500 in charges from me. At this point, I'm shocked about the lack of ethics from this company. I closed the account months ago, they broke the contract first, and the response I am getting is that "they used product, so money is due". this was a SERVICE contract, and services were not provided as described. the amount of money I was charged was way more than anything these toxic products cost, or the 3 service visits I received. I am filing this complaint because this company is now threatening collections on a $53 charge, when I should be refunded every penny of the $508 I paid for services not being provided as described and because the chemicals were toxic that they used. when I mentioned the chemicals being toxic to my mother, the response from their billing department was "I'm just in billing but I do know these chemicals aren't toxic". this company is deceptive and does not give service as described. read more

This company is a fraud. DO NOT USE. They initially tried to charge me a fee for a service THAT NEVER OCCURRED. I had to report as a fraudulent charge with my credit card company even though White Knight tried to fight this. They then realized that they had "the last digit in the account number wrong." I've had numerous communications with them trying to reschedule appointments that were never handled by their end so they would show up at incorrect times and not on the agreed date. I repeat DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I've spoken to numerous representatives who say one thing and then have someone else tell me something completely different. Spend your money elsewhere with a company that aren't liars and actual professionals. read more

I have 2 no Soliciting signs yet they still left this on my door. Since I travel a lot this is super dangerous as it could advertise I'm not home.. Did to this I'll never ever use your service again. White Knight Pest Control cares only about collecting money. An elderly family member who has dementia moved into an assisted living facility several months ago. Due to her cognitive impairment we have been trying to manage her finances and eliminate expenses that are no longer needed. In reviewing several months of financial records we noticed White Knight Pest Control has been charging a monthly fee to said family member. When this came to our attention, we contacted WKPC to ask for services to be discontinued and we explained that the customer no longer needed their services because she moved into an assisted living facility and no longer lives at the service address. WKPC expressed zero compassion for the circumstances our family member is experiencing, they instead were solely interested in enforcing the terms of the agreement and threatened to continue to charge monthly service fees regardless that the address is no longer occupied. It is unfortunate that WKPC cares more about money than they do about the needs of their customers. The best way to avoid running into issues like this is to not do business with White Knight Pest Control. If management would be kind enough to discuss these matters, they can contact me at (512)666-7337. read more

I would not recommend this company. Except for 1 technician after all my services I had increased bug problems that I never had before. I tried calling but after the initial contract signing no manager can be reached. At the last service, the technician sat in his car and let a stranger, I do not know if he was a trainee service my property, but he only did a part, I stated as much in my feedback. I was shocked when I got the after-service technician photo and it was not the person who came into my home. I called to cancel, and they charged my card $135. Not worth it. read more

I was told service would be $140 a month, which is fine. They then scheduled me for every other month, which was OK. I assumed then it would cost me $140 every other month. They tried to charge me this month even though they aren't coming out until October. I called and found out that service is actually $280, and I am being charged $140 a month to cover that. This is ridiculously high pricing and I was NEVER told it would be that price. For that amount I should never see another bug again, yet I still see ticks in my house every once in awhile. This place sucks and I am canceling ASAP. read more

15 years later and we are still extremely happy customers. I have never had a single issue with White Knight. The technicians are always friendly, thorough, professional and prompt, their billing is always correct (And very reasonable, might I add), their owner, Chip, is a wonderful human being (We had termites years and years ago and he personally created a payment plan for us without any interest). I honestly cannot think of a single reason to look at any other pest control company. I also love that they send you an email after service telling you what they did , where they did it and who did it with a photo of your technician. They truly are exceptional. read more

worst experience ever. if you want to pay for something & never receive what you paid for then sign up. their customer service department is terrible. they sprayed the wrong house claiming to be ours, their technician admitted that he went to the wrong house every time. they want to send us to collections bc we refuse to pay for something we didn't receive. read more

I would highly recommend not doing business with this company. I started service in May for bi-monthly routine spray inside and outside of my house. On several occasions they have not made any of the appointments that they set up with me. Also not to mention I was not notified that they wouldn't/ couldn't make these appointments. No email, text or call. I have rescheduled 3 times over the past month, and finally came to the conclusion I no longer want anything to do with this company. Not only did I sit on hold for almost an hour, I was also informed that I would have to pay the full price for my past services due to an early termination of my contract. Long story short I definitely recommend choosing another pest control company. Not only do they lack customer service skills, they also can't complete the simple task of managing/ making the appointments they schedule with their customers. If I could give absolutely ZERO stars I would! Not only have I missed hours of work waiting for pest control, I never received an apology for so many missed appointments! read more
