Autumn was absolutely horrible and unprofessional!! We had to reschedule TWICE after they did not show up in their timeframe, both 11-1pm. No phone call, no apologies. Today, Autumn was VERY confrontational and refused to work with us about our very large dog, and did NOT spray most of what we PAYED her for!! She stated several times she doesn't get paid for revisits, even though that wasn't the situation to begin with. She said "FUCK YOU" and drove off!! read more

worst experience ever. if you want to pay for something & never receive what you paid for then sign up. their customer service department is terrible. they sprayed the wrong house claiming to be ours, their technician admitted that he went to the wrong house every time. they want to send us to collections bc we refuse to pay for something we didn't receive. read more

Scott did a fantastic job with spraying the exterior of my house and inside the garage. he was on time and did a thorough job.

This is by far one of the worst businesses I've ever dealt with. If I could leave negative stars I would. I just switched to them a couple months ago after they came knocking on my door. Sales guy was really cool (Hugo Rangel) and told me if I had any issues to please let him know due to the fact of me being skeptical about switching to their services. Prior to signing anything I asked him if I happened to be completely dissatisfied with the service could I cancel. He said that they ask for a one year contract but if anything was that bad just call him and we can get it cancelled no problem with no additional fees due to them being brand new to Southern California and they couldn't afford a poor review. First treatment went smooth and the 2nd treatment 30 days later also went without any issue. Within 2 weeks of my 2nd treatment ants invaded my house one weekend and were everywhere. I called Monday morning and explained what happened and that I really needed a re treatment ASAP. I stated that It could be any day but I needed around 6pm when I was home from work and able to allow them to come in my home. The lady I spoke to said the soonest they could help me would be that Friday 4 days away. I explained I had ants crawling on my self and my children in our beds while we were sleeping and it's getting worse. She said she would put a ticket into her supervisor and call me back which at that time I confirmed my phone number. Well needless to say I never received a call back. Tried calling multiple times throughout the week and even texted Hugo and he told me he would reach out to his team and help me. Still nothing. Now I call on that Friday to cancel my account and they said that department was too busy helping other customers(which I believe due to this company sucking so bad) that she would flag my account and have them call me. I gave it 3 hours and no call back so I called their main office and spoke to another guy. He was very nice and trying to retain my business so he said he was going to try and get a re treatment done the next day which is today as I write this review and he would call me back to let me know. He said he was also going to reach out to the manager for this area and have him personally call me. No surprise that I didn't receive from either person. I will be calling back first thing when they open in the morning to cancel and I better not be charged to do so. This review will be posted across every platform to be seen by as many people as possible so these illiterate crooks can't scam anyone else. I will also be reporting this to the BBB. If needed I'll take legal action out of principal especially if I'm charged to cancel. Update: I love the way this response was written to try and make me look like the illiterate one. Let me clarify a couple things. There was no issue with your timed appointment slots and it's honestly great to know that you guys have 5-7 which is what I was asking for but was told you don't treat that late. 2nd I had requested help well over a week before the holiday and when I was told 5 days later was the soonest I never declined, I asked to please find me something sooner as I can't wait that long. The person on the phone said she was submitting a ticket for sooner and would call me back. I never got a call back. The second call was for me to cancel on 7/5 and the person I spoke to apologized and said he was going to try and get someone out the next day for me and have Southern Californias manager personally call me. I never got a call back. Today i cancelled and was charged. It may not have been a cancelation fee but still got charged for an inferior service and terrible customer service. The entire reason I hired you guys in the first place was to protect my home, the people within it and my animals. To add insult to injury the ants swarmed one of my gecko enclosures and killed it last night. So on top of losing money, time and stress we also lost a family pet. You guys are a joke and I really hope your business fails. read more

Crappy underhanded tactics to lock customers into a contract. Hey manager you couldnt find my account becayse i already went down to hand a letter as stated in your contract i never agreed to. If i didnt do that you guys would have had me locked in a contract like all thise other sad people who got caught in your web of lies. Hope you guys get what you deserve. read more

Haven been serviced by white knight for 2 years now. Alvin stood out- I believe this is my first review? He was presentable and knowledgeable. Took his job serious. I don't believe the rat bait traps had been messed with by other tech's for a while now. He checked them, etc. We liked his cowboy hat and alligator boots . Thank you, Alvin! We hope to have you service our house again. read more

Courteous, prompt service! Always notified ahead of time and easy to reschedule if needed. Autumn did an excellent job.

Seth knocked it out of the park and answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns!

Their cancellation policy is ludicrous. They don't disclose any of this information when you first sign on and you're left scrambling when you realize what it actually says. The service is $99 bimonthly and if you cancel at any time, their "discount fee" they waive when you sign on is automatically added meaning they charge you an additional $350. So let's say you get one service done the same day you sign up and then you get to reading the reviews online, it's too late: you'll pay $350+$99. Such a scam. read more

terrible company. contract had Service paid up for a year but they sent additional bills outside the signed contract. several calls, no one to talk to, would not return calls or emails. sent our account to a collection agency. had to threaten to sue before they finally quit harassing us. read more

This company is terrible. After one of their representatives came to our door to solicit business we agreed to a 1 year contract at $ 117.99 a month to treat pests in doors and out with bi-monthly treatments for multiple pests. They took their first payment 05/20/2024. At first the company would call to confirm appointments for the technician to come out then that changed to only texts. Sometimes they would call a few days before the appointment. A few times we had to ask the company to reschedule because we would not be home but we were told that we would get an extra charge for the technician having to come out a different day. So they wanted us to keep the appointment and leave our gates open for the tech or we would be charged extra for the tech not being able to access the yard. Not once did the tech treat inside our home. Even when we had an infestation of ants the tech only baited outside our home. They tried charging us extra for sending out a termite tech for a termite inspection without telling us and then counted it as one of our regular scheduled appointments. We only found out about our last treatment because we called to tell them we did not want to renew our contract. We called last month which was our 11th month and told them we did not want to renew our contract after the 12th month. The representative tried telling us we still had more payments left and one more service so we couldn't cancel. Which we asked her when was a good time to call before our contract was done to not renew it. We were told after the last service so we called again after what we were told was the last service to let them know we did not want to renew our contract. Again they tried saying we had not made all the payments even though our bank account showed twelve transactions with White Knight Pest Control. They charged us 1 month of $107.17, 10 months of $117.99 plus a 12th payment of $235.98. They have not explained to us why we were charged the extra $235.98. $117.99 x 12 = $1415.88. They charged us $1523.05. read more

The techs are very good and helpful and knowledgeable. They typically walk the property with me if I have issues so they know where to treat. Brooks and Marcos are so kind too. Thanks for keeping the bugs away!!! read more

I recently relocated to the Austin area and the company that helped me setup the utilities recommended these guys. I wish they hadn't. The technician showed up for the appointment but wouldn't perform the service until I spoke with someone at the office. She was very pushy and pressured me into agreeing to a contract. I specifically asked the technician to target the large ant hills in the backyard right by our porch. He only spent about five minutes spraying the entire exterior and interior of our house. It wasn't much of a surprise when a week later the ants were still there so I called for a follow-up. The customer service representative was very rude but agreed to send someone back out. After another bad experience, I decided to just cancel. They were quick to hit me with a huge cancellation fee. So it turns out... I'm not a princess, this ain't a fairytale I'm gonna find someone someday who might actually kill the bugs well This is a big world, that was a small let down And it's too late for you, White Knight Now it's too late for you White Knight Pest Control to catch me now read more

Been using White Knight for about 2 yrs now, very happy with my quarterly external treatments.

Don't do it! charge you regardless of not performing service. asked for videos putting the responsibility on us. Horrible, argumentative customer non-service! Make promises they don't keep and you will still have bugs. Oh, and best yet. They ask to review their work and you can't without Leaving a minimum $7 tip! read more

DO NOT USE. This company is horrible. Refuses to reservice, the products are horrible and don't work. I've been using this company for months and I've told them about the ant problem, it's just gotten worse. Talked to a "lead" and asked how much the cancellation fee is. She said I would have to pay the $300 discount. I can see why they offer a $300 discount because it's a waste of money. read more

I have tried to keep this service and give the benefit of my doubts by letting them come back but no more. There service is not worth it. They continually have different technicians and that tells me they have a problem in management and training. Killed my beautiful morning glories, didn't take care of ants and if your in Texas that is a must and didn't sweep the overhangs for wasp unless I went out and told them to. Choose someone else! read more

The service was fine but trying to cancel the service is ridiculous. I have been receiving non-stop phone calls, text messages and emails even after I told them I am selling my home. Use somemone else-they are not worth doing business with read more

Terrible company. As soon as you sign up they bombard you with Spam emails, Spam texts, and Spam calls. You complain about it and they do nothing but continue. Then you tell them to cancel your service for not listening to you and then they charge you $251 to cancel for their failures as a company. I am currently coordinating with the BBB and my local District Attorney for fraud as they charged my card after I explicitly informed them they did not have permission to run my card after their failure to provide adequate service. read more

TL:DR They will lock you into a year contract without telling you and then try to charge you $300+ to get out of it. Management prefers to cuss at and hang up on people rather than try to solve problems. Much like the other 1 star (should be 0) reviews. We were tricked into the year contract signing what we thought was a receipt for the initial fee for them to put out their termite traps and spray around our house. They come into new neighborhoods and catch people that are busy moving in and don't explain that the service they offer for around $30 includes a $300+ service for "free" if you stay with them for a year. Though some of these other reviews seem like maybe you can't get away from them even after your first year! we had a tech come out for the next regular visit, but couldn't stay and spray because we were on our way out (they didn't send any contact that they were coming or we wouldn't have made plans), we decided we didn't want to continue with their service and tried to call and cancel. We were told if we did we would owe the $300+ fee for the termite traps and installation. We attempted multiple conversations with management about how we would not be paying for the traps and they were welcome to send someone to come get them. We were cursed and at hung up on multiple times. They were told we would not be paying for services we were not using due to their deceptive trade practices (not fully explaining that you were signing a contract, not just a credit card receipt or appointment confirmation). They told us to pay or be sent to collections. We told them if we were sent to collections, they would be reported to the Comsumer Protection Division of the Office of the Attorney General. read more

Bunch of money hungry crooks in that admin office, especially if you're wanting to cancel. Avoid doing business with them unless you good with overpaying one way or another. In addition to passive aggressive insults by management staff if you get under their skin when calling them out. I was told "I didn't have the capacity to grasp" they're little prorated bait and switch scheme for the monthly payment method. They basically sell you with a flat monthly fee with quarterly service and you can call anytime in between and it's free. Seems that way until you go to cancel. They basically get an activation fee from you and get you again when you cancel to make up their losses. They have also raised cost recently and send an email blaming it on current events including the war in Ukraine. Instead of chocking it up to a rise in cost due to a current crap economy. Finally you never know who you're gonna get. We've had mediocre service from about 1/3 of the techs. You're better off doing it yourself. Consumer beware! read more

Bill was very professional and was on time. He did a great job inside and out. I would highly recommend him.

Before canceling make sure the card used is inactive or block them. They will charge your card without you knowing. They are impatient. Get back with them as quickly as possible. read more

The #1 reason we didn't even go ahead with our initial service is their name alone. My boyfriend is black and after I spoke with the rep and set up the service, my boyfriend said he wasn't comfortable with their name and didn't want them servicing our house. For reference we live in the south, "The white knights" is also a name of a branch of the kkk. They should highly consider renaming. Also, the sales person was shady and not upfront. He asked that we give the a year to try out, which is understandable, he did NOT say it would be a year contract. I signed what I though was confirmation for our apt, it was a contract. I didn't give them any card information and cancelled our apt via email and text. They started out super shady and we decided to go with another company. read more

Bill was fast ,friendly and caring. asked us if our needs and made sure we were taken care of. Thanks Bill.

Edward had great attention to detail and made sure every part of our home and yard were properly treated so we are protected.
