Todd just aced a true test of his work ethos on his last call to us: we had over 40 active wasp nests ) no exaggeration, and he stayed and sprayed until every last one of them was blasted. After talking to a few pest companies, not only did they get the species of ants wrong (acrobat vs carpenter) which affects the bait being used, but they also can't get their story straight. I contacted them about an ant infestation inside my home. The technician who came out placed sugar bait inside to eliminate colony. He told me that an exterior treatment was not necessary at that time. I accepted that recommendation, due to potential exposure for my active dog. Months later, I called to follow up because the ant problem had not been resolved. I was then told the $216.50 treatment of simply adding sugar bait for the interior also included exterior treatment during the original visit. That was surprising because I was never told an exterior treatment had been done. When I asked where it had been applied, they did not give me a clear answer regarding the exterior. Paying for another treatment isn't the issue. If the ants require another visit, I'm happy to pay for it. My concern is that the explanation of what was actually done has changed. Now, they're saying I have to pay another $216 for their services again. Something just isn't adding up. If there's a reasonable explanation, I'd like to hear it. Based on the conflicting information, I have little confidence in their service.

(I had 5 other companies come out to also review my house. They took about 20 minutes to go over the house. EPS took over an hour and went thru every inch of the house. I learned more about my house from them then ALL of the other pest control x2. She checked throughly the house, trees, attic, garage, and roof. This is the company you want. She pointed out 4 issues I'd been told from the other pest control agency. She pointed out about 10 to 20 things they didn't even see. She is a PRO. She told me what I needed to focus on to stop my issue. Here is the thing that got me. She didn't just want to kill the pests, she wanted to give them somewhere else to go rather than my house. She wasn't a kill them all at all costs. It was try to remove them and if not, then you kill them. She actually felt for the animals. She explained why anticoagulant rodenticides are bad and how they kill the rat and the animals that eat the rats. Then I got her bid. She was fairly priced and I know will do a great job. I was honestly shocked at how easy it was to get the information I needed and the appointment set up for just a day after we got the keys to our home that week. Fast forward to the appointment. Last Thursday, Ray showed up for the service appointment. He was friendly, respectful and very knowledgeable. He helped deal with a wasp situation on the front porch. Made suggestions to help proactively keep pests out and worked quickly but efficiently inside and outside the house. He even checked that I was aware the eco friendly inside spray had a slight odor and wanted to make sure I could tolerate it before he sprayed it throughout the house.
