After talking to a few pest companies, not only did they get the species of ants wrong (acrobat vs carpenter) which affects the bait being used, but they also can't get their story straight. I contacted them about an ant infestation inside my home. The technician who came out placed sugar bait inside to eliminate colony. He told me that an exterior treatment was not necessary at that time. I accepted that recommendation, due to potential exposure for my active dog. Months later, I called to follow up because the ant problem had not been resolved. I was then told the $216.50 treatment of simply adding sugar bait for the interior also included exterior treatment during the original visit. That was surprising because I was never told an exterior treatment had been done. When I asked where it had been applied, they did not give me a clear answer regarding the exterior. Paying for another treatment isn't the issue. If the ants require another visit, I'm happy to pay for it. My concern is that the explanation of what was actually done has changed. Now, they're saying I have to pay another $216 for their services again. Something just isn't adding up. If there's a reasonable explanation, I'd like to hear it. Based on the conflicting information, I have little confidence in their service.

Last Thursday, Ray showed up for the service appointment. He was friendly, respectful and very knowledgeable. He helped deal with a wasp situation on the front porch. Made suggestions to help proactively keep pests out and worked quickly but efficiently inside and outside the house. He even checked that I was aware the eco friendly inside spray had a slight odor and wanted to make sure I could tolerate it before he sprayed it throughout the house. The whole experience from scheduling, invoicing, and completion of the service appointment was incredibly smooth and the people of EcoPro Services were a pleasure to communicate with. I contacted EcoPro because I was interested in purchasing their services and was simply trying to get information. During my phone call with a representative named Caleb, I felt the interaction was handled very unprofessionally. I was repeatedly talked over and was not given a reasonable opportunity to finish explaining my questions. As the conversation continued, Caleb became increasingly emotional rather than keeping the interaction calm and professional. What happened afterward was even more concerning: my phone number was blocked, preventing me from contacting the service again. I was a potential customer trying to make a purchase--not someone trying to cause a problem. I believe customers deserve to be heard and treated respectfully, even when a conversation becomes difficult. I have submitted a formal complaint and am asking EcoPro management to review what happened, including the way the call was handled and the decision to block my number. **I'm posting this so the company has an opportunity to address the situation and so other customers can make informed decisions based on their own experiences.** If EcoPro management sees this, I would appreciate a response from management--not from the representative involved.

He genuinely enjoys his work, and that positive energy carries into the workplace and makes the experience pleasant for everyone around him -- including the customer. I don't love putting poison in my house and in my yard because I have dogs but after living in a home that backs up to a green belt I don't have much choice. I have called them to come back out multiple times to clean up areas where we've had problems and they ROCK. They show up on time, every time, and they tackle the bugs. Judging by the bug graveyard in our driveway and back patio they do awesome work. I usually walk out dogs a full week outside of our yard post-treatment just to be safe. I hate the poison but I can see the critters aren't around after they visit. Their phone team is excellent and Eddie is our usual guy and he's fabulous.
