Unfortunately, Domain Pest Control does not use diatomaceous earth or essential oils like Blue Planet did. Sarah misdiagnosed my insect pictures as Carpenter ants. Barefoot Mosquito & Pest Control has an entomologist with a bachelor's degree and correctly ascertained the insects to be a type of fly. Domain Pest Control has a minimum one year contract. Domain Pest Control came to our rescue. We live in Circle C Ranch, with a large tree covered back yard. Nice trees come with "wild" pests. We had a contractor working on our roof line, when he uncovered a "large colony" of Red Wasps! I spoke with Justin, and he came out within an hour the same day. I was a new customer, however, he felt the urgency was necessary for the quick trip to my house. He listened to my concerns and treated the pest problem in an expert manner. (Austin, TX - June 24,2021) We just had our initial service from Domain (and Josh) and I could not be more pleased. Josh, as a service provider, gave great attention and respect to our home. He gave his full attention to the normal perimeter treatments as well as any spots where wasps and spiders were congregating. He made a point to show me scorpions, surprised by the treatment, in the EXACT spot where 3 minutes prior I was pulling leaves away from the house bare handed... had he not pointed out scorpions I would have remained ignorant to their presence and would have certainly and painfully regretted it. He explained that our house has A LOT of weeping holes in the brick façade which surrounds the entire house. He suggested stuffing them with copper wool/mesh since it won't rust and leave stains like steel wool. Josh explained the treatment, the product, the plan and approach and left me at ease knowing the product was safe for our family and numerous animals. Josh was incredibly kind, pleasant, and patient. I was with another company and not feeling like the service was up to par and the bug problem was not clearing up after 2 months. Decided to pause my service with other company and give Domain Pest Control a try in late October. Service was great and decided to give it a few more months before making a decision to completely switch over... (Late October) During a follow up call I expressed some concerns and Domain Pest control made a return trip to address some things. Just wanted to share an awesome experience we had with Domain Pest Control. Last winter we had a few rodents in the attic and this year we wanted to shore things up in anticipation. We also wanted to do a one time spray of the perimeter of the house to take care of the ant mounds that have been popping up after the rains. We first called ABC who, while nice, quoted us $500 for rodent work and $200 for the bugs! These guys are awesome! I recently moved into a new house and had a really bad ant problem. A friend in Circle C recommended Domain, and they were able to come out to my house that same weekend. Josh and Justin were so helpful, friendly, and reassuring when they came; they explained everything they were going to do, and treated my entire house with minimal inconvenience to me (I still had moving boxes all over the place). Within a week or so, all the ants were dead, and so I signed up for their quarterly service. This service involves them treating the exterior perimeter, knocking down wasp and hornets nests, cleaning up spider webs, replacing any sticky traps, and treating any specific activity they may see (such as ants or spiders). They will also treat the interior free of charge, but I usually don't bother since their exterior treatment is so effective. My house has a heavily-wooded green-belt backyard, and despite that, I have not had any insect issues. Of course I see insects, but when I see them, they're usually dying outside the house due to the insect barrier that the guys apply. This barrier is generously applied, dries in minutes, and is undetectable (besides seeing its effect on insects!). An hour after they treat the exterior, I can let my dog out, and he's perfectly safe. They can even come by between regular treatments (free of charge) to make a spot treatment in the event that there is an unusually high amount of insect activity. One last point I'd like to make is that, with Domain, the same person comes out to treat my house every time. This is great because he gets to know my house and can treat it more effectively. I used to use a different pest control company at my previous house, but they sent a different technician every time, and the quality of service varied from visit to visit... I highly recommend Domain. Please give them a chance to protect your home. You will not regret it! read more

He did an extremely thorough job inside and outside, including the garage and attic. He educated me on the habits of various insects and about the products he uses. His price was more than reasonable and even after he finished, Justin was diligent about asking if I had any other questions or concerns.
