I have been trying to get rid of scorpions and these tiny ants for months. I have tried all of the products from home depot with no luck and decided to try one of the well known pest control companies and was totally disapointed. The large company sent out a young guy that seemed to be in a big hurry and didn't seem to have the vocabulary or knowledge to help me. He was here for less than 45 min and did'nt explain to me what he had done very well. So after three more weeks and no progress with the scorpion or ant problem, I called a local company and they were very personable on the phone, they sent a tech right over and he was awsome. I can't rember his name but he was very friendly and had all of the right answers. He explained everything he was doing in detail and assured me that I should have no more insect problems and that the program that he was implementing would work well. When I first called, George (owner) answered the phone. That first conversation laid the foundation and the first impression. George politely and patiently took his time and answered all my questions helping me to feel at ease and trusting about using his services. I hate dealing with the large, corporate companies as they are very impersonal and give you the run around plus, most are not trustworthy. That was not the case here. George arrived to our scheduled appointment exactly when he said he would. His treatment for termites was extensive and efficient; all the while and intermittently educating me and informing me of each process of elimination. I agree with the above review. I had ants all winter long (I thought they were supposed to go away in the winter) so I decided that it was time to try someone else.
