(I had 5 other companies come out to also review my house. They took about 20 minutes to go over the house. EPS took over an hour and went thru every inch of the house. I learned more about my house from them then ALL of the other pest control x2. She checked throughly the house, trees, attic, garage, and roof. This is the company you want. She pointed out 4 issues I'd been told from the other pest control agency. She pointed out about 10 to 20 things they didn't even see. She is a PRO. She told me what I needed to focus on to stop my issue. Here is the thing that got me. She didn't just want to kill the pests, she wanted to give them somewhere else to go rather than my house. She wasn't a kill them all at all costs. It was try to remove them and if not, then you kill them. She actually felt for the animals. She explained why anticoagulant rodenticides are bad and how they kill the rat and the animals that eat the rats. Then I got her bid. She was fairly priced and I know will do a great job. Last Thursday, Ray showed up for the service appointment. He was friendly, respectful and very knowledgeable. He helped deal with a wasp situation on the front porch. So I looked up on Yelp and lo and behold there was a company called Pinnacle Pest Defense. So I called them up and asked if we could have them come out and get rid of the wasps. We were driving back to Texas after a long drive, and have the movers coming on Thursday. This was a Monday that I called and Barbara answered and didn't think they could get anyone out on Tuesday, so she said they can come on Wednesday at like 3pm. I said that works. But then she called back and moved some stuff around so they could come out on Tuesday at 9-10am. I said that is fantastic. What great phone service this company has. Barbara was so pleasant and answered the phone right away. So today Chris came out to do our wasps. And he was just so wonderful and polite and knew his pest stuff! So we decided to go with them for pest control since I wasn't very happy with our old service. Chris spent time getting rid of like 16 wasp nests all over the eves and light fixtures from our home.
