I am extremely pleased with the service and extra attention Michael provided yesterday. I am somewhat new to Texas and have encounter new pest that I'm not familiar with. Some look terrifying but are harmless and others like scorpions are just my biggest nightmare coming true!!! I've used EcoForce at my new home build since I've moved in, and I've had no issues inside or out with anything from spiders to ants. My pest guys Michael and Dustin are efficient, cover issues with me that they discovered, and are in and out in a flash - which is nice since I work from home. I'd tried doing it myself at my previous home, and after fighting anthill after massive anthill, stumbling upon random wasps nests in eaves or behind fence posts, only to have to do it again, in my current house I said no more and hung up my sprayer. Possibly the most ethical company I've ever dealt with. They didn't try to sell me anything until they sent someone out to look at my issue. Exceptional service. Your home being invaded by bugs is kind of embarrassing and makes you feel hopeless. When Michael came to check out my place he made me feel okay about my situation and was nonjudgmental. He was knowledgeable and reassuring. I was informed about what type of bug it was, why it was in my home, and ways I could deal with them on my own. I called for a hornet nest they sent me someone that was amazing, very kind and everything worked good, they sprayed just outside because I asked just for outside. Later I saw spiders inside the house and outside and because I was in my 30 days warranty I called them again and they sent me the same person and that person was very nice and patient.
