Great company and I highly recommend for small wildlife animals that are making a home in your yard. I had several skunks that were nesting under my shed (raised up on concrete blocks) and the area smelled like skunks! I tried covering the opening with large limestone boulders but those skunks are strong and capable. They were able to move those large boulders out of the way to get under the shed. I also have several small dogs that were in danger of being sprayed when sniffing around the area, so I called Critter Evictor to get them out and keep them away permanently without using theriocide. They came out the next day, worked tirelessly in the summer heat to dig a trench 12 inches deep around my 8'X10' shed that sits on concrete blocks and install a metal mesh containment below the dirt and up about a foot attached to the perimeter of my shed. Just for those that think there were skunks still under the shed at the time (they are very nocturnal animals), they placed a temporary one-way out-only door that was left for them to come out, but never get back underneath, for about five days. It was not breeding season, so no baby skunks were left behind. I have not seen a skunk in my yard since then and that was several years ago. The cost was also very reasonable considering the amount of work it took to dig the 12 inch deep trench, to bury the bottom of the mesh (envision an "L" shape), so the skunks could not dig underneath it to gain access again. It worked and still works many years later. No rust ever developed on the mesh either, so they use durable products as well. read more

The first time I had critters they ate through three hoses in my car and ate through AC hoses in the attic. I called another critter company who came out charged a lot of money and sealed entry points. A year later I had the same problem in the attic and when I called the critter company they advised me the warranty wasn't applicable any longer and that I would have to start from scratch. So I called Critter Evictor instead and David came out the same day. He was very professional, thorough and explained and showed what hadn't been done by the first critter company. And his price was more reasonable and the warranty is better. He sealed what hadn't been sealed and set traps. Mary Clare came out to check the traps and after a period of no activity traps were removed. A few months later the rodents were back and I called David with Critter Evictor again. The service was still under the warranty period and he and Mary Clare discovered the new entry points. They monitored the areas, searched everywhere from atrium to under the deck and sealed the entry points. After checking on a weekly basis for many weeks, it appears the rodents have moved on. Yesterday I called Critter Evictor to request eviction of a skunk which had taken up residence under my backyard deck. Lee answered my call, listened to what I had to say, and explained my options. I chose the option that made the most sense to me, which was removal of the skunk, plus closing up all rodent entry points under my deck. I made an appointment for Lee to come over to my property a couple of hours later to assess how much repair work would be needed, and to give me a quote. After realizing that we had a racoon in our attic, we soon discovered that mama also had her babies up there as well! Since we're big animal lovers, we didn't want any harm to come to them, but we certainly couldn't have them stay there either. Our technician Joseph was wonderful. Since these babies were very young and they were located in a part of the attic where they couldn't be extracted by hand, a process was used by spraying pheromones that would signal that a predator was close (a coyote) and to encourage mama to move she and her babies out. At first, she would move them to different parts in the attic (we could hear them in different parts of the house) but after a few applications of these pheromones, we finally caught on camera mama carrying her little one in her mouth out of the exit hole where she originally came through in the chimney. We were so grateful to work with Joseph, who was so kind and patient during this process which took a few weeks. He went above and beyond good customer service to make sure this little racoon family was evicted safely and humanely. We had something trapped in our fireplace that has glass doors. We weren't sure if it was a bird or a bat. We had 4 pipes chewed by either a squirrel or a rat that got into our attic. The water leaked through our ceiling in 4 different areas of our house. We were getting desperate. Critter Evicters came within a couple of days of contacting them. They sealed up around 17 possible entries into our attic that hadn't been sealed properly by our builder. We had the last pipe chewed through a few days after they came and sealed all the entry points and put a trap at the only exit point. If you have a pest control issue Critter Evictor is the route to go. One morning we heard movement in our wall, saw some of our indoor house plant had been eaten, and saw where some gnawing had occurred. We immediately called Orkin. The pest control company came out, set some traps, but the issue continued throughout the next few weeks. My husband and I tried to take it into our own hands, but then again why did we pay Orkin? We decided to then call Lee; he was prompt. He came out the same day we called and within the next morning he had his team at our house. His team worked on our roof for a couple hours ensuring all access points were sealed and secured and an exit door was installed so pests could make their way of our attic and not back in. With Critter Evictor traps we experienced no activity in our living area, rodents were now either getting caught in their traps within the attic, or exiting the attic via the exit door. Within 2 days a rodent was killed with Lee's traps. We called and they disposed of rodent. After one week the exit door was removed and we have been free of pest issues. Disheartening to know that we wasted 3 weeks working with Orkin when we should have called Critter Evictor all along and had the issue resolved in such a short amount of time. We hired an out-of-state company to remove a squirrel in our attic last December. After numerous visits over a 3 month period, the squirrel was still enjoying the warm confines over our bedroom. The company tried to charge us another $700 on the grounds they "believed the squirrel was using a new entry point. We immediately contacted Lee at Critter Evictor in San Antonio, and he was out the next day to inspect our home. He documented the poor installation of the excluder trap that allowed the squirrel to enter and exit the attic around the trap as well as the damage done to our roof by poor workmanship that put holes in our roof. Sensing our frustration, Lee adjusted his team's work assignments the next day to make sure our stress level was reduced and the problem would be solved. We are happy to report the squirrel exited our attic one day after the new excluder trap was installed and has not returned! Critter Evictor returned today to seal up the entry location. Based on their workmanship, it is highly unlikely the squirrel will find a way into our attic. Now we need to try to secure a refund from the other company. Critter Evictor came in and honestly saved our house. We had a situation with roof rats in our attic and we could NOT figure out where they were finding access points. Our first "exterminator" simply set out traps and told us to call a roofer. Our second exterminator went a lot further, but still never found the entry point. Finally after hiring CE, they found the spot and closed it up. We heard the roof rats for a few more days, but they finally found their way to the traps and were gone. That was last November and all has been well since. The extended warranty was a big selling point for us. CE was happy to do several follow up visits to ensure that their work was holding. Definitely had a problem with a family of raccoons moving into the attic. We called some large exterminators but they wanted an arm and a leg plus they didn't do the repairs necessary to keep the raccoons from returning.
