Beeline Pest Control is the absolute best in the business and I trust no other pest control company than them! I've been a happy customer of Beeline Pest Control for almost five years and in all of those years, I've never had a bad experience with them. First of all, the level of customer service from the schedulers is amazing. As soon as you call, they already have your profile ready and are quick to answer any questions you may have. Throughout the years, I've had all sorts of problems from rats, mosquitos, to roaches, and Beeline has always come through and help keep those pests away from the house. The only thing to keep in mind is that mosquitos can be a little more challenging, specially during rainy season so keep that in mind in case they treat your yard for them. Thank you Beeline Best Control for the five years of amazing service! read more

Been using Beeline Pest Control for many years now. Employees are professional and friendly. The pesticides they use are durable and help keep the unwanted critters out. They helped us get rid of cigarette beetles that got into our panty food products. Turns out the source was cat food (left from previous homeowner) that had spilled behind the washer/dryer. They came back and retreated our home since we didn't find the hidden food source until after they sprayed the first time (a week before). Prices are still reasonable after all these years. read more

It was average I want only free estimates in order to find better price than I have now with my termite company now in order to change ,their prices have gotten to expensive in my opinion so that's why I called you. read more

I was very pleased with Beeline Pest Control. They were quick to respond, came to my location that same day. The price was in my budget and the tech was friendly and informative. I look forward to more services from this company. They take care of the problems that bug you. Thanks Beeline read more

We have used Beline for about 5 years now. Recently we have noticed them cutting corners and I think it is finally time to look for another provider. Not only does it really depend on the individual that arrives to actually spray all the areas and reset traps (some just skip certain areas for whatever reason) we had to actually tell them to replace the sticky traps in the garage because the last two quarterly visits they just left the old full traps there and never put in new ones. When we told the tech this last time to please check and replace them, he replied "oh I'll have to see if I have any left in the truck." Well he did have some in the truck because he decided to not only leave the old full traps there, he also just put the brand new traps right on top of the old ones which makes them virtually useless... This level of laziness and inconsistency is inexcusable. It is sad because this company used to be great. But again, times change. Hope someone else finds this helpful before hiring this exterminator full time. read more

We requested termite service that was needed around our shed. The Beeline rep was very professional, friendly, informative and great to work with. He explained the work he was doing and told us how to handle any future problems with the termites. The treatment I felt was reasonable and we also received a 2 year guarantee on the service. He was very kind to spray a bee nest we had on the house near the shed without us even asking. We will use Beeline Pest control for any future needs. read more

I just moved into my new house when Beeline came by. I had Terminex at my former home and wanted to try a local company, who was also more affordable. After talking and signing a contract, they sprayed for pests and mosquitoes. Two days later, I saw a spider in the house; another two days later, I saw small creepy crawlers in the kitchen; a few days later... more pests on the patio outside ...I have not called Beeline back, thinking that the pests will die down after a while, since they are coming out of their nest from Beeline's spraying but if Beeline reads this, please plan on coming back out to spray inside and outside for pests. Thank you. read more

We are happy with our new exterminator. Cost was reasonable and they were thorough. I hope we have a long business arrangement!

I had such high hopes for Beeline Pest Control, but they stung me worse than the wasps I was trying to get rid of! I called them about a persistent wasp nest near my porch, and while they came out quickly, the "solution" was a joke. The wasps were back within days, angrier than ever, and when I called to complain, they offered nothing but excuses. Save your money and try a DIY solution - it'll probably be more effective! read more

I employed Beeline Pest control to do quarterly service at my rental home about a year ago but they were supposed to to call me every quarter to go do pest control because I needed my tenant to know about it and be there. well I just find out Beeline has been billing me monthly for last 6 months but I know they haven't been going to do pest control work because they haven't call me about going like I set it up originally. I know they been billing me and not doing a service at all. in effect, they been stealing $38 a month from me, doing nothing for my rent house. they are a bunch of thieves. I wouldn't use them anymore and new customers be warned your dealing with thieves, when you deal with Beeline! read more

The customer service was great They sent me photos of the termite damage and made recommendations for treatments and future services. I booked a second appointment for my mother's home the same day. They did a great job meeting my families needs. I look forward to working with you all again. Prices were reasonable with a guaranty of service. read more

Beeline Pest Control - Presence of termites behind washer and dryer. - Pest Control Near Me - San Antonio, Texas

I recently moved to San Antonio and was having a massive ant problem in my new house. I was getting bitten anywhere from 4-6 times a day and was incredibly miserable. We tried all types of conventional treatments - lots of cleaning, lots of bleach, baits, mothballs around the perimeter of the house, everything! And it was not helping. Tyson took care of us and made it super comprehensive. I received a response within the hour and by the next morning he was here and got everything sprayed down in less than 2 hours. Apparently we had way more bugs than we realized and wasps and ants were the tip of the iceberg. I went ahead and signed up for the quarterly treatment because this works and is reasonably priced. Give Beeline a call, you won't regret it :) read more

Discovered carpenter ants, and was looking for a great quality exterminator that can come out on short notice. Well, that's exactly what I got! This organization is worthy of a 5-star review, which is what I see all over their page. Blake was my extermination expert that came out and addressed the issue. I'm now setup on a quarterly plan which is very reasonable. Highly recommended! read more

Love this service! Used them almost a year ago and the bugs are still dying. Going to call them again for another routine service

I chose Beeline solely based on their Yelp review and they did not disappoint. Steven came out as scheduled and treated the whole house. We immediately saw results, however a few of the HUGE roaches remained after a few weeks. I texted the company via the Yelp app hoping they would honor their 30 day guarantee and they told me they would be out the following day. Steven came out again as scheduled and treated the entire house with a different treatment. I was very impressed with their service, reliability, and attention to the customer's needs in a timely and efficient manner. I could not recommend them more highly. read more

I requested service for my elderly neighbor's home and Beeline Pest Control went above and beyond to provide top notch service in terms of quality product, expertise and attentive service. Technician Jose displayed his expertise with ease and walked my neighbor through the best treatment plan for his home. After researching multiple companies and looking at reviews we decided to go with Beeline Pest Control. When I called I spoke with the owner and he was VERY FRIENDLY and even went out of his way to explain how their chemicals are different from others, etc. When we first purchased our house it was vacant for 4mths and there were multiple waterbugs/ roaches. I was terrified that we made a mistake on this house. Beeline came to our rescue! I asked them to come back and spray again a week later. We never saw the roaches again after their 2nd visit. (2 visits within a month) Now we've been in our house for a little over 1 year and we are enrolled in their quarterly service we have not seen any at all!!!!! If you're thinking twice, Don't!! Hire Beeline I am so glad I did! Enroll in their quarterly service, its soo worth it! Thank you! Ps. I strongly rely on reviews so here's my honest review. :) read more

I sent a request online on Sunday to Beeline and was called back promptly the next morning. The girl that answered was professional and very friendly. She answered all my questions and did not make me feel pressured at all, so I quickly hired them and was able to schedule the next day. My tech was Tyson who arrived promptly and completed services quickly. He was friendly and engaged during the visit, even made friends with my dog. He was helpful in making me aware of some issues in my backyard with termites that I did not know about and was very clear in answering my questions. Hope to have him for my next visit! Very professional and knowledgeable. Excellent communication and fair price. I would def hire them again!

Update- owner called me and is going to have a diff tech come out today to finish the flea treatment. As long as they're making it right I'll stay a customer. That's all I wanted when I called yesterday. Thankful he called me today and is making this right. Changing back to 5 stars Had such a great experience with this co before and stopped quarterly service almost a year ago cause we were in the process of moving. At our new house now and started service again as I saw fleas again in our house. When I called I specifically asked for flea treatment and was told they'd spray inside and outside. The tech came today, one I've never had before and he sprayed the outside for fleas and I asked what about inside and he said he could but it would make the floors all wet and he hadn't seen any fleas and didn't think I needed it so I asked him to at least do our bathroom where I had spotted them so he did. He also wasn't wearing shoes covers like they did in the past. I asked him to please put some on when he went upstairs but I didn't check to make sure. When I signed the paper work the flea treatment wasn't marked so I asked him if he did spray for fleas and he said he did but didn't see any and that's why he didn't check it off cause he didn't think I needed the follow up treatment. I said ok. He left and a couple hours later I see fleas 3 diff times! So I called back and the girl says she needs to look into and call me back. She said the tech said I asked for just that room and it was a misunderstanding and also that the soonest someone could come out is Tues! 5 days from now!! And I have to go with the same tech! I'm so upset about this. They used to be so great before but she also told me things have changed since we last used them. I won't be continuing service with them anymore. read more

I've worked with Beeline since December of 2019. It's been a wonderful experience. Staring from the initial phone calls, ( I spoke with Keri and the other 2 ladies, I forgot their names..) they were personable, attentive and professional !! Blake was the nice gentleman who assisted me with the service. He was detail oriented, knowledgeable and so patient while he explained to me and guided me through the entire process. I was recommended this company by neighbors, in lieu of Terminix or Orkin. They were much less expensive and great service. I appreciate the technician being early, as well as thorough and information on the services being provided. They will even do follow up visits for free if you are still seeing issues. I will certainly be utilizing their services quarterly from now on. read more

We have been a customer of Beeline for over three years now in two different homes and have been happy with their service. Technicians always arrive when they say, every single technician is kind and professional and does a thorough job. We have rarely had any pest issues due to quarterly service and when we do they are very responsive and helpful. The people who respond on the telephone and e-mail are always kind and reply almost immediately. Good company in my opinion, we are loyal even with all the door to door salesman trying to get you to switch with their to good to be true offers. read more

We are in the process of selling a home. When we got a contract we went back to walk through the day prior to the home inspection and found a hive of Yellowjackets in the garage. We called Beeline and they understood our urgency and worked us into the schedule. Talon took good care of us and skipped his lunch to fix our problem same day. Thanks Talon! While we won't always need same day service, but we're always gonna use Beeline. read more

Very much appreciated the personal, fast, professional service of the entire staff at Beeline!

Office never called to schedule follow up treatments as the Technician said they would.

I requested services because of the 5 star reviews and they are well-deserved. Jose, our technician, took time to figure out what sort of pests we had and the best way to deal with them before doing a thorough job treating the home. read more
