We have used Beline for about 5 years now. Recently we have noticed them cutting corners and I think it is finally time to look for another provider. Not only does it really depend on the individual that arrives to actually spray all the areas and reset traps (some just skip certain areas for whatever reason) we had to actually tell them to replace the sticky traps in the garage because the last two quarterly visits they just left the old full traps there and never put in new ones. When we told the tech this last time to please check and replace them, he replied "oh I'll have to see if I have any left in the truck." Well he did have some in the truck because he decided to not only leave the old full traps there, he also just put the brand new traps right on top of the old ones which makes them virtually useless... This level of laziness and inconsistency is inexcusable. It is sad because this company used to be great. But again, times change. I employed Beeline Pest control to do quarterly service at my rental home about a year ago but they were supposed to to call me every quarter to go do pest control because I needed my tenant to know about it and be there. well I just find out Beeline has been billing me monthly for last 6 months but I know they haven't been going to do pest control work because they haven't call me about going like I set it up originally. Update- owner called me and is going to have a diff tech come out today to finish the flea treatment. As long as they're making it right I'll stay a customer. Changing back to 5 stars Had such a great experience with this co before and stopped quarterly service almost a year ago cause we were in the process of moving. At our new house now and started service again as I saw fleas again in our house. When I called I specifically asked for flea treatment and was told they'd spray inside and outside. The tech came today, one I've never had before and he sprayed the outside for fleas and I asked what about inside and he said he could but it would make the floors all wet and he hadn't seen any fleas and didn't think I needed it so I asked him to at least do our bathroom where I had spotted them so he did. He also wasn't wearing shoes covers like they did in the past. I asked him to please put some on when he went upstairs but I didn't check to make sure. When I signed the paper work the flea treatment wasn't marked so I asked him if he did spray for fleas and he said he did but didn't see any and that's why he didn't check it off cause he didn't think I needed the follow up treatment. I said ok. He left and a couple hours later I see fleas 3 diff times! So I called back and the girl says she needs to look into and call me back. She said the tech said I asked for just that room and it was a misunderstanding and also that the soonest someone could come out is Tues! 5 days from now!! And I have to go with the same tech!
