These guys are so good! I bought a house last year and had a red hornet problem. Honestly I was skeptical this service would have any effect. But my service tech was really knowledgeable and thorough and to my surprise I didn't see another hornet the rest of the year. Friendly, reasonable, and very professional. read more

I just reread my 2022 review and I stand by every single word. It's March 2026 now and X Out has been coming out quarterly since I moved in. They are extremely responsive to questions and requests for additional services. My house has been virtually bug and rodent free for four years! From the beginning I've had the same technician come out. Isaac is fantastic! He's friendly, professional, and thorough. I love the consistency and reliability. I would absolutely recommend X Out to anyone in need of through, consistent, and reliable service! read more

Responded with a quote quickly. Pricing very reasonable and scheduled a treatment within a few days. Tyler was professional and explained the process. It's been almost 4 weeks and the red wasps on my patio are gone and I can actually use my patio again. There's still a few flying around in the front of the house, but it's drastically improved, and they did explain it will take a few treatments. They'll be out again this week and then every 3 months. Idk why I waited so long to hire professionals. I highly recommend them read more

Quick response when we found termites. Haven't seen another live one on our property since the treatment. It was basically non-invasive yet very effective. The salesman/tech had great communication, and so far, the service we received was a great value. Thanks! XOut! read more

Henry was very personable, & professional. He provided an extremely thorough inspection. Henry provided the absolute best customer service I have ever received! A genuinly kind & caring man. It was a delight to make his acquaintance. I would highly recommend Henry! read more

Josh L did a great job coming over and taking care of our ant problem. So far so good! Thank you very much x out!

TLDR: Excellent, professional, timely service. Hire these guys. I'd been trying to deal with small nests of paper wasps and hornets in the eaves of my back porch. These little b******s would dive bomb me like Japanese Zeroes trying to torpedo the Enterprise, keeping me from using my grill! Finally, I put in a request for quotes on Yelp. X-Out got back first, within 5 minutes and gave me a competitive price. A couple of text messages and they scheduled me for the following morning. Nice! On the day of the appointment, Issacs gave me a courtesy call about 20 minutes before arriving. He was extremely professional and courteous, and took his time determining the best solution to my problem. I watched from a safe distance while he went to work; even without a helmet he was fearless and smacked down four exiting wasps without even blinking! He also surveyed the house exterior for possible entry points and sprayed where we thought extra coverage might be needed. X-Out says they will return in 7 days for a follow-up and there's a free call-back service for 30 days from spraying. Prompt, courteous, easy to book with, and effective? Yeah that's a 5-star service in my book. Fingers crossed we don't need a repeat visit but if so these are the people we will be calling. Thank you X-Out! read more

X Out Pest Services - X-Out's cool camo-style truck. These guys have style. - Pest Control Near Me - San Antonio, Texas

Used them before and they originally were great, but then they started to no show for appointments multiple times due to signing only 1 contract and not 4, and then began openly spamming me nonstop with emails and phone calls. They would schedule appointments without even confirming them with us, upsetting our rental customers, and were difficult to get ahold of to adjust any prescheduled appointments. We then had to deal with TJ. TJ harassed us, calling back to back if I didn't pick up and ignoring our texts asking that he just please text us. When we picked up TJ sounded high, and even referred to me as "dude", while calling me repeatedly despite me declining the call, making think we had an emergency with one of our customers. The owner Heath is trying to come up with excuses, but wasn't on the call. Nobody yelled at TJ. We told TJ to stop calling us repeatedly if we didn't pick up like a jilted ex girlfriend, and to please text us instead. Also, we had signed up for autopay and get about 3,000 emails a day. TJ was especially rude, condescending, and just about the worst person we have ever had to deal with. The fact that Heath is okay with it is telling. Attaching phone records as proof since Heath wants to lie and claim TJ only called us once today. read more

We were recommended X Out Pest control from a fellow neighbor and highly recommend them for pest control and also to prevent pest as well. They are very friendly and provide excellent service. We also love that they stand by their services and come back out if any additional help is needed to prevent pests. We are in a newer community so there's tons of spiders, bugs, and even rodent in the area but we thankfully have had no issues because of X Out. The tech that usually comes, Tyler, is also very friendly. Highly recommend them! read more

Thank you again X Out Pest services for your Quarterly Professional Pest services. We are happy to stop seeing Wasp and Bees and other small rodents trying to set up homestead outside our home. I sent a request late Tuesday night for a general pest spray because I've seen two scorpions and countless other bugs since moving into my rental not too long ago. The home had been vacant almost three months so there were plenty of bugs crawling around. I received a very detailed message almost instantly to schedule a spray with the pricing. I agreed to the terms and it was set up for the following morning. I was contacted about 30 minutes before Tyler arrived and was notified that I was the next stop. He arrived right on time and introduced himself. He was very cordial and professional , explaining the entire process to us because we just moved to Texas and didn't know what a pest spray entailed. He was very nice and quick. He even noticed some loose boards on the outside of the home and let my husband know so we could alert the property management. Thank you to Tyler and the gentleman I was conversing with the other night. You've made this a very smooth process for us! read more

Outstanding pest control service yet! Prices are very affordable and quality of work was outstanding. Service has been fast, friendly and very effective! We moved into an older home in the country that had sat abandoned for almost a year. Scorpions, wasps, spiders and bugs were a real issue!! After the first treatment there was a 95% improvement! They came back one month later and retreated and it's 99.9% great! Can't get to 100% because we live in the country surrounded by fields of crops so that's on our location! I highly recommend this company! read more

They responded quickly and I had someone coming to spray the very next day. They came back when we discovered a new issue and resolved it with the first treatment. Definitely recommend. read more

Many thanks once again to the X OUT team, but especially to Henry. Henry has been our technician since we bought our home in May of last year. He is always on time, courteous and the consummate professional. Today my husband and I had some new concerns which we brought to Henry's attention. He quickly formulated a plan to address all of our concerns and handled everything to perfection. Thank you X OUT, but more importantly, Thank You Henry! read more

I wanted to let everyone know to use X Out services, they are dependable and very honest. Their experts come in with their covered shoes and ask if I had noticed any extra insects and make sure that I am OK to start spraying inside before they go out. They were quiet as they moved around the house as we are working from home. I am very happy with your office staff, they are courteous, kind and very nice to me whenever I call, if I leave a message, they call me back as soon as possible. read more

I've been using X-Out since 2021 and they're the best! They got rid of my roach issue by the first spray. I hate pests, and I mean HATE and fear them so much I can't even begin to explain. X-Out has given me peace of mind. Shout out to my regular guy who always remembers to bring fly spray with him too, to get the front and back doors read more

Since we have moved to San Antonio, we have used X Out Pest Control and are very happy with their service. They are very friendly, professional and courteous, and that service is very hard to come by nowadays. The quality of service they provide is absolutely the best I've seen before, they clean your patio of webs and check for other critters looming around. My technician Noah was the best, I had concerns for wasp in my garden and he checked all the areas they nest at and relayed findings with me. I recommend their service to family, neighbors and friends in SA. Thank you Noah for excellent service! read more

This is a company who gets the job done and cares about their customers. Isaac is a super star, so incredibly kind and makes sure you are happy with your service. I cannot recommend them enough! read more

A Breath of Fresh Air in Customer Service From the moment I messaged them, I felt a sense of relief. The person who answered was incredibly polite and understanding. They didn't try to upsell me or rush me . Instead, they took the time to listen to my concerns about the specific pests I was dealing with and explained their approach in a way that made sense. They were able to get a technician out to my house surprisingly quickly. When the technician arrived, they were just as professional and courteous. They weren't like some of the other companies I'd researched online, and met with where reviews mentioned technicians badmouthing competitors or trying to scare you into more expensive services. My X Out technician simply focused on my problem. They were really knowledgeable, walking me through what they were doing every step of the way and answering all my questions about their methods and the products they used. They even gave me some great tips on how to prevent future infestations. It was clear they truly cared about solving my problem, not just getting paid. Excellent Service at a Fair Price One of my biggest worries was the cost. I'd heard horror stories about astronomical prices from other companies, and some even had a lot of bad reviews online complaining about hidden fees. But with X Out Pest Services, their pricing was completely upfront and reasonable. They didn't hit me with any surprises, and I felt like I was getting incredible value for the service they provided. Compared to what I'd braced myself for, and certainly in contrast to what I saw other companies charging with far worse reviews, X Out was a breath of fresh air. They just focus on getting the job done right without all the fuss. Letting Their Work Do the Talking What really struck me about X Out Pest Services is their approach. While other companies might spend time trashing their competitors or focusing on aggressive sales tactics, X Out doesn't do that. They just let their service speak for itself. They clearly believe that if they do a great job, treat their customers well, and offer fair prices, that's all the advertising they need. And from my experience, they're absolutely right. My pest problem although mainly monthly preventable maintenance was resolved efficiently and effectively, and I couldn't be happier with the entire process. If you're looking for pest control, I highly recommend X Out Pest Services. They truly stand out from the rest. read more

I have used X Out Pest Services for more than two years. The technician (Henry) and all other parts of the company have been awesome. I started using them because of roaches, I haven't seen a living roach in two years now at my house, only around the neighborhood. This company is also easy to work with and there is always a personal touch. read more

We originally called X Out for flea treatment, and their response time was fast. Our tech, Josh L, was thorough and provided excellent service. I haven't seen any fleas since treatment! We ended up canceling our contract with Orkin and signed up for quarterly service with X Out. As of March 2024, X Out's quarterly service is cheaper than Orkin's bi-monthly service. With X Out's quarterly service, they will come out for a follow-up visit at no extra charge if the pest issue still isn't resolved. Our pest issues seem to be under control after our first quarterly service. I haven't seen any ants inside or crawling up the foundation. So far, so good! read more

Fast and efficient, also very knowledgeable on the different pest in the area. Great payment plan as well

Thank you Alex for coming out and addressing our immediate concerns. Your thoroughness and attention to details has helped eliminate moist of the bugs we see around the house. I made an appointment for 9:00. The service tech came at 7:00...that's 7:00 AM! Both he and I could verify written confirmation. I went ahead and had him complete the job and he was courteous.
