I knew from the property inspection that insulation was needed. Tom was quick to provide an on-site quote for insulation and attic sealing. He was even quicker to fit us into his schedule so that we could get relief from the July heat as soon as possible. Really could not ask for any better customer service and results. The AC immediately began to cool the condo better; and once we have the AC serviced, I feel confident we will have a great outcome. Bonus is that he took on the rebate submission, so we are fully taken care of with the least amount of churn possible. Thank you, Tom!

We recently hired Geo-Insulation to fix a small insulation issue we found when our roof was being…read morerepaired. I cannot praise this company enough! Before we found Geo-Insulation, my husband had called on many other companies for a quote. Some gave us extremely high quotes, some told us it wasn't an issue and not worth their time, and others didn't show up at all. We were defeated to say the least. When Tom from Geo-Insulation showed up, he was kind, communicative and very honest. He told us the damage was minimal but he would fix it, and he did it for FREE!!! The other quotes we had received were in the upwards amount of $700+.. insanely overpriced for minimal work. He was easy to schedule too, coming back out less than 2 days later to install the new insulation. It took him all of 10 minutes, and we know it wasn't the biggest job he could have taken, but we appreciate him taking the time to do it anyway. The new insulation looks fantastic, he and his assistant did a wonderfully professional job, leaving our attic space cleaner than they found it. We are so grateful to Tom and his team for giving us peace of mind - highly recommend!

Wifey and I purchased Govee Permanent Outdoor Lights Pro and found John E B Good Handyman had…read moreseveral good reviews on Yelp. He responded quickly and communicated well. He gave me an up-front estimate, which seemed fair. He asked for a 50% deposit, which (based on past reviews) also seemed fair. The first workday, he arrived then left because of weather: it was a bit misty but not actively raining. Each day, he arrived at around 11 am. I told him up front that our HOA is very strict and that the lights must be professionally installed. Halfway through, there were cords dangling making it appear unsightly. I told him again that we want all cords hidden. At the end of it all, there were still cords dangling in several places, easily visible a casual observer. Additionally, while Govee recommends their lights be 2 to 4 inches from the wall, he installed them at least 10 inches from the wall, making for a muted and dimmed light show. In the end, we were very disappointed and had to hire a second contractor to uninstall his work and then reinstall the lights correctly. If you need Govee Permanent Outdoor Lights installed, look elsewhere. I cannot speak to any other work he John does.

I do not hesitate to recommend John. I have two happy little dogs who have already figured out how to use the door!

Keri handles operations. She coordinates the appointment and talks to you about what action will be taken. She makes sure you have a thorough understanding before moving forward. She is easy to work with and quite compassionate. Roger goes onsite and takes care of things by applying their products required. He further explains how the homeowners need to take action themselves. Both make a great team and i believe that is why their business is so successful. Most strongly recommended.

Our dogs were itching quite a bit and I asked about a flea treatment for the backyard. They informed me that there is a trip charge just to get an assessment of the issue. Once they found the issue they gave me up-charged quotes that exceeded 400% for resolution. To get working again I paid for the patch job option which still was a 400% price point from what it truly cost. I was disappointed in the unethical behavior exhibited by that company. My Favorite Service Company was a 180-degree experience. My Favorite Service Company did not charge a trip charge or fee to assess the issue. They even went above and beyond to look up the serials on my unit and found that the part was covered by warranty, which I was unaware of and the previous company did not even look for. The final price to fix was 1/4th the cost of what other company's quoted. They were honest and straight forward and ethical. I will not go through another service company for my HVAC service requirements.
