Kason, the owner, got back to me within minutes of reaching out--super fast response time, which I really appreciated. My renters were seeing ants and spiders, and Elevate came out quickly for an easy, no-fuss inspection. The technician, Rob, was very thorough and clearly experienced. He not only handled the inspection well, but also gave my tenants some helpful tips, which I thought was a nice touch. Their pricing was fair, and the whole process felt smooth and professional. They were able to identify what was going on and explained everything clearly--without pushing any services we didn't need. It didn't feel salesy at all. It genuinely felt like they just wanted to help. Highly recommend if you're looking for honest, effective pest control in the San Antonio area.
