We had a wasp situation while we had some electricians out at the house, they had a full day for their schedule but called around to see if someone would come in the evening and they did!! They actually showed up late afternoon and it was just great. We will probably need a followup as there are more wasps but they were fast and kind and we can't wait to continue our quarterly service with them.

After discovering a flea infestation late at night and spending hours…read morevacuuming, spraying, and steaming, I called several companies first thing the next morning hoping for a same-day appointment. When I called Witten, I spoke with Patty, who was incredibly kind. Initially, they didn't have any immediate openings, and I was worried I'd be dealing with the issue all weekend. However, Patty promised to call me if a spot opened up. Just as we were losing hope, she called back to say they could fit us in that afternoon! Their pricing was actually one of the most affordable of the 5 or 6 companies we contacted. Our technician, Jessica, was punctual, professional, and extremely thorough. She went above and beyond by taking care of a wasp nest we hadn't noticed and discovering a litter of kittens under the house that were likely contributing to the fleas. She was careful not to spray under the house to ensure the kittens weren't harmed (we are now caring for them and getting them to a shelter on Monday). Jessica provided us with a clear protocol to keep the house flea-free moving forward. We are so pleased with the service and the great care Witten provided that we are signing up for their affordable quarterly treatments to stay ahead of any future pests. Highly recommend!

Kason, the owner, got back to me within minutes of reaching out--super fast response time, which I really appreciated. My renters were seeing ants and spiders, and Elevate came out quickly for an easy, no-fuss inspection. The technician, Rob, was very thorough and clearly experienced. He not only handled the inspection well, but also gave my tenants some helpful tips, which I thought was a nice touch. Their pricing was fair, and the whole process felt smooth and professional. They were able to identify what was going on and explained everything clearly--without pushing any services we didn't need. It didn't feel salesy at all. It genuinely felt like they just wanted to help. Highly recommend if you're looking for honest, effective pest control in the San Antonio area.

Keri handles operations. She coordinates the appointment and talks to you about what action will be taken. She makes sure you have a thorough understanding before moving forward. She is easy to work with and quite compassionate. Roger goes onsite and takes care of things by applying their products required. He further explains how the homeowners need to take action themselves. Both make a great team and i believe that is why their business is so successful. Most strongly recommended.
