Every time we called to see what the schedule would be like, we would receive a reply with text me I'm with a customer. At least they could have picked up the phone to return the call or say I will call you shortly or call you before the end of business today. I don't know what kind of company this is but the customer service needs improvement. I recommend that no one to go through what we have gone through with this company. After a week I called them again and asked for an update. He stated that he was planning on arriving in an hour. I asked when did you call to arrange that? He stated wait what is your address? At that point my patience had run out and I was frustrated. Instead of apologizing he stated "if you're going to bark at me you need to cancel." I gave my feedback to One Guard and they are sending another company out I am very sad to know that our warranty company has this company listed as one of their preferred providers.
