Someone from this company knocked on my door and when I answered it he claimed to have not seen my no soliciting sign on my door before knocking. I said, "ok, have a nice day" and turned to go back into my house. He started to pitch me on the business and I told him, "no thank you, I am good." Again I started to go back into my house and he asked who I used for pest control now. I told him and he started to tell me about the services that he provides that my current service doesn't. I told him I am not interested and that is why I have the no soliciting sign on my door. If it was an honest mistake and he sincerely apologized then I would not be leaving this review. But since he persistently tried to solicit to me several times after being rejected I question if it was really a mistake at all. If they are this pushy when you they are trying to get you to become a customer, I can't imagine what their customer service must be like after they've already gotten your money. read more

When the salesman approached me at the door, I was reluctant but after he told me what the quarterly amt was, I decided to go with them. After they started I was charged much more than what was told/advertised. When I called to complain, I was told, well you signed it. It was my fault for not reading it closer. But I will next time and will not follow someone such as this salesman. It's people like this that usually keep me from going with companies like this. It doesn't make any sense to pay more with this com and they're not doing anything different that the last one, which was cheaper. Every time I get a bill, I get mad! read more
