Written pest control is amazing. We recently switched to them from our other pest company and it's so amazing to have the level of communication and service they provide. We had a wasp situation while we had some electricians out at the house, they had a full day for their schedule but called around to see if someone would come in the evening and they did!! They actually showed up late afternoon and it was just great. After discovering a flea infestation late at night and spending hours vacuuming, spraying, and steaming, I called several companies first thing the next morning hoping for a same-day appointment. ​When I called Witten, I spoke with Patty, who was incredibly kind. Initially, they didn't have any immediate openings, and I was worried I'd be dealing with the issue all weekend. However, Patty promised to call me if a spot opened up. Just as we were losing hope, she called back to say they could fit us in that afternoon! ​Their pricing was actually one of the most affordable of the 5 or 6 companies we contacted. Our technician, Jessica, was punctual, professional, and extremely thorough. She went above and beyond by taking care of a wasp nest we hadn't noticed and discovering a litter of kittens under the house that were likely contributing to the fleas. She was careful not to spray under the house to ensure the kittens weren't harmed (we are now caring for them and getting them to a shelter on Monday). ​Jessica provided us with a clear protocol to keep the house flea-free moving forward. I've had pest control services in the past that didn't quite meet my expectations. Not only did Witten Pest Control meet my expectations, the exceeded them! How? They not only listened to my concerns, but addressed them and Jay was VERY thorough, respectful, and more importantly, mindful for the safety of my dogs. Plus NOT ONE other pest control company ever went into my attic and treated AND did every area of my garage! BUT WAIT! There's more! No other pest control service ever included mosquito traps. My husband's company use Witten Pest Control, so for residential service we decided to give them a try. I have not been disappointed. The technicians are very thorough with the treatments. they even use an extension brush to scrape underneath eaves of the roof to rid webs, wasp nests, etc.. I'm very happy with their service. today, 14 Apr 23, the technician was Jeff. He was extremely thorough. He sprayed above window sills, cracks and crevices along the way of his routine treatment, among the normal perimeter of the house. He explained how some of the pest/bugs/spiders/scorpions react to certain conditions. Gave advice on caulking/weather stripping, etc. Very pleased. read more
