Jim was also the person within the company to make this appointment for Stride to come in today, Wednesday 11/19/2025 in the afternoon. Gerrit fully explained what treatment liquid he was using and if it was safe with my two dachshunds after the spray dries. He said yes and after the spray dries. As soon as I found out that our prior Pest Control Service was not in business anymore as his phone was disconnected when I called a few days ago, then I looked at "YELP" for pest control services and Stride Pest Control was the first one that came up and with 5-Stars, I was convinced that this Pest Control was going to be epic, and Yelp was correct. Everyone that I've talked to there so far, has been nice, understanding, and gave full transparency, which I think is better in the long run to tell us customers on what needs to be done in the interim before they come back out again during/after the 3 months. Gerrit also said that if we see other bugs in the next few days/weeks/months is to just call Stride Pest Control and they will come to my house and do a follow-up spray. I'm also glad that the spray inside my house doesn't have a smell at all which won't disturb my dogs and husband. I was glad I made the call to Stride Pest Control. If anyone is looking for a reputable pest control service, get Stride Pest Control and they have different plans that they can work with you and be within your budget. I accepted the quote a few days later and Joseph called me within a few minutes of my acceptance. He advised he could have a crew out today. Chris and Keith arrived and got to work. All 3 of these gentlemen were professional, courteous, and explained everything they did to ensure I understood. They cleaned up all debris and gave me instructions on what to do for the "what ifs." I couldn't be more satisfied with the work done, the pricing, their efficiency, and professionalism Critter One provided me. This company advised they would check in around a 2 week timeframe. UPDATE!!!! I got a call from a woman, Nancy or Nicole I believe. I explained I have still seen and heard a few bats, but much less than before. Their process was to seal up all access points cut a vent hole with a "one war out" so the varmint's left when hungry. It worked, the raccoon left and went to my neighbors house. This is a racquet and very unethical business practice. When calling to follow up and ask about the service that was provided the owner Daniel stated "he would deny the allegations" and refused to come out and talk to his customers about the process. Reporting him to BBB and discuss a policy with our HOA to restrict against these unethical practices.
