They are fast to respond to the first time call although they promise to be available anytime after... for months now both my husband and I have tried non stop to reach them to come out a second time to service our property with no luck. I'm very disappointed on this company and would not recommend them. Made me doubt if their initial service was legit or are they scamming folks just doing a "one time service". Be cautious!!

On both occasions, JMax no-showed on two different dates. So that's 4 times they stood me up, while I stayed home from work, and they never came. Twice they used a vehicle accident as an excuse. Twice, they "Ran out of Daylight". On both occasions, my warranty company was responsive and reassigned my service to another Pest Control Company.

Every time we called to see what the schedule would be like, we would receive a reply with text me I'm with a customer. At least they could have picked up the phone to return the call or say I will call you shortly or call you before the end of business today. I don't know what kind of company this is but the customer service needs improvement. I recommend that no one to go through what we have gone through with this company. After a week I called them again and asked for an update. He stated that he was planning on arriving in an hour. I asked when did you call to arrange that? He stated wait what is your address? At that point my patience had run out and I was frustrated. Instead of apologizing he stated "if you're going to bark at me you need to cancel." I gave my feedback to One Guard and they are sending another company out I am very sad to know that our warranty company has this company listed as one of their preferred providers. Received another text from business.

We had a small puppy that died from Chagas Disease from "kissing bugs". I called them up and they were out within a day or 2 and treated our home/yard. They did not make promises they couldn't keep, they told us upfront that we would have to get serviced at least every 2-3 months to keep those nasty insects at bay. They have also managed to keep our yard flea free! We have them come out every other month and have been very happy with them. Their prices are very reasonable as well. We have 2 acres that we have treated and it is actually affordable. If you want an honest, trustworthy, experienced crew that you can afford...these are your people!

We transferred from ABC Termite to Scorpion Pest Control LLC. Our technician "Tyler" was great as he explained everything he was doing and was thorough with his explanations which helped myself in understanding what he was doing and spraying. He sprayed on the grass (fully - front and backyard), Powdered the Eves and Windows of the house, Powdered the Loop Holes around the house, Sprayed in our Garage, Sprayed inside the house on all of the baseboards, under the sinks (bathroom's and kitchen), Sprayed baseboards inside of the whole house (bedrooms, living room, kitchen, office, etc...). This company is very thorough with their sprays and even put some glue traps in the garage to keep critters away from coming into the house through the garage door or main door to the house. Their service is great. They are also able to work with your schedule. I called them yesterday and was able to get Tyler here today 05.31.2023 @ 9:00am. I fully recommend this company if you are having pest issues (ie: Scorpions, Ants, Spiders, Earwigs, etc...).

Larry brought in a carpenter who sealed up all the entrances with metal mesh. They also installed two one way doors so any raccoons left behind could safely escape without getting trapped in the attic. Larry is a huge fan of raccoons and treats them with great care. No animals were harmed in the process of this job. Larry cleaned and deodorized my attic and has returned daily for over a week to check for signs of raccoons that may not have escaped. I highly recommend Go Away Pest Control. They are fairly priced, reliable and are easy to communicate with.

This last time he showed his true character by not honoring what is clearly written in the contract. If a customer still has pest activity within 60 days of spraying then they have the right to call to take care of the problem free of charge. When I called Don he started whining & complaining that I always call for a re-do. I informed him it is clearly written in his contract that customers may ask for that so why is he arguing with a paying customer? I happen to own my business and there are 2 rules I follow which have made my business a success - 1. The customer is always right and don't argue with them (as Don does) 2. Be an honest businessman and honor what you stated in your contract. I appreciate Dustin always showing professionalism for all the years he sprayed my homes but his father Don needs some training on how to run a business. He has been increasing his prices at an alarming level over the years. He was getting a lot of money from me but lost out due to poor customer service. There are numerous pest control companies to choose from so public please don't choose Mister B.
