We had a squirrel for a few months in attic of five year old home before I contacted Get Em' Gone. Tyler visited and identified the entry points. The sharp angles and tight points throughout the roof did not make things easy. It was about 102 in the shade. The small points were covered with a shield and painted to match the roof color. I would highly recommend this critter removal business to anyone in need of its services.

Keri handles operations. She coordinates the appointment and talks to you about what action will be taken. She makes sure you have a thorough understanding before moving forward. She is easy to work with and quite compassionate. Roger goes onsite and takes care of things by applying their products required. He further explains how the homeowners need to take action themselves. Both make a great team and i believe that is why their business is so successful. Most strongly recommended.

Initially, they didn't have any immediate openings, and I was worried I'd be dealing with the issue all weekend. However, Patty promised to call me if a spot opened up. Just as we were losing hope, she called back to say they could fit us in that afternoon! Their pricing was actually one of the most affordable of the 5 or 6 companies we contacted. Our technician, Jessica, was punctual, professional, and extremely thorough. She went above and beyond by taking care of a wasp nest we hadn't noticed and discovering a litter of kittens under the house that were likely contributing to the fleas. She was careful not to spray under the house to ensure the kittens weren't harmed (we are now caring for them and getting them to a shelter on Monday). Jessica provided us with a clear protocol to keep the house flea-free moving forward. We are so pleased with the service and the great care Witten provided that we are signing up for their affordable quarterly treatments to stay ahead of any future pests. Highly recommend!
