Beeline Pest Control is the absolute best in the business and I trust no other pest control company…read morethan them! I've been a happy customer of Beeline Pest Control for almost five years and in all of those years, I've never had a bad experience with them. First of all, the level of customer service from the schedulers is amazing. As soon as you call, they already have your profile ready and are quick to answer any questions you may have. Throughout the years, I've had all sorts of problems from rats, mosquitos, to roaches, and Beeline has always come through and help keep those pests away from the house. The only thing to keep in mind is that mosquitos can be a little more challenging, specially during rainy season so keep that in mind in case they treat your yard for them. Thank you Beeline Best Control for the five years of amazing service!

My husband signed a contract with a door-to/door rep who was very kind and seemed professional…read more That was the only positive we've experienced in 3 months. The first service was performed during the middle of a downpour. It was really a complete waste. In fact, we called a week later because we noticed multiple wasp nests with active wasps as well as even more ant piles than before they came. They came back 9 days after the initial spray and redid that job. We didn't hear back from them until 6+ weeks later when they came to spray again. And now we're going on another 6+ weeks without service. The sales rep explained to us someone would come out on a monthly basis to spray, however after calling and speaking with customer service, we were informed the service is billed monthly, but they only physically come out every 2-3 months. I'm sure had we closely read the contract, we would have seen this, but we trusted what the rep said. Huge mistake on our part. Aptive wanted to charge us a $199 cancellation fee to get out of our contract even though they didn't uphold their end of the contract-- and the work was subpar. We have seen no improvement in pests since being with Aptive. After we refused to pay the cancellation fee, they offered a highly discounted monthly rate to which we agreed to pay until the end of our contract. However, as soon as our contract is expired, we will 100% not be moving forward with this unprofessional, unreliable, and untrustworthy company.

Kason, the owner, got back to me within minutes of reaching out--super fast response time, which I really appreciated.
