I engaged Tom with Geo-Insulation for a quote on a condo I had just purchased. Immediately upon moving in, it was apparent that the AC system was performance challenged. I knew from the property inspection that insulation was needed. Tom was quick to provide an on-site quote for insulation and attic sealing. He was even quicker to fit us into his schedule so that we could get relief from the July heat as soon as possible. Really could not ask for any better customer service and results. The AC immediately began to cool the condo better; and once we have the AC serviced, I feel confident we will have a great outcome. Bonus is that he took on the rebate submission, so we are fully taken care of with the least amount of churn possible. Thank you, Tom! read more

We recently hired Geo-Insulation to fix a small insulation issue we found when our roof was being repaired. I cannot praise this company enough! Before we found Geo-Insulation, my husband had called on many other companies for a quote. Some gave us extremely high quotes, some told us it wasn't an issue and not worth their time, and others didn't show up at all. We were defeated to say the least. When Tom from Geo-Insulation showed up, he was kind, communicative and very honest. He told us the damage was minimal but he would fix it, and he did it for FREE!!! The other quotes we had received were in the upwards amount of $700+.. insanely overpriced for minimal work. He was easy to schedule too, coming back out less than 2 days later to install the new insulation. It took him all of 10 minutes, and we know it wasn't the biggest job he could have taken, but we appreciate him taking the time to do it anyway. The new insulation looks fantastic, he and his assistant did a wonderfully professional job, leaving our attic space cleaner than they found it. We are so grateful to Tom and his team for giving us peace of mind - highly recommend! read more

Geo-Insulation - Insulation Installation Near Me - San Antonio, Texas

I recently hired Geo-Insulation to install a radiant barrier in my home. My attic is already much cooler (I have been hauling stuff up there) and they installed more blown in insulation. Tom, the owner, came out to my home and provided me with a bid. He didn't try to give me some sales pitch or upsell me on getting a "good, better, best" solution based on how much I had to spend. He was straightforward and gave me the space to make my own decision about what I wanted to do. He was respectful of me, my time, my home, and understood that I had done my research on the product I was purchasing. When it came time to do the work, he was out here himself with another guy and completed it quickly. I'm really happy with the work and the way I was treated and the fair pricing I got for the job. I will definitely call Tom in the future for other services. read more

Tom & his team were awesome! They worked with my schedule & ended up calling me when they had an earlier opening which worked out perfectly. Tom was friendly, helped fill out the CPS Energy paperwork so I could get a rebate, & communicated with me throughout the process. Tom's employees were also great, friendly, and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend Geo-Insulation to anyone who needs great work done! It was also really cool to see how the whole process worked. read more

I really liked that the owner himself Tom, was the person I spoke to initially and all throughout the process. I had several people come out to give estimates but but no one took the time to answer my questions. His team came in setup, had their plan in place, cleaned up and got on their way. I am pleased with my results. Our home is much cooler! Best investment ever! Thanks again to Geo Insulation! read more

Tom was able to take a look at my house a few days after I requested a quote, and got me a quote that same night. I reached out to a few contractors, and I chose Geo-Insulation for their great communication, fair pricing, and honesty with the existing conditions. I work with a lot of contractors. Some are great, and some not so great. This company is top notch. read more

Tom & crew insulated my attic to get it up to snuff after replacing my HVAC system and they did a very professional application --they arrived on time; performed the task expeditiously; pointed out (took pix) of duct work repairs needed. Before I assigned the job to Tom/Geo-Insulation, Tom came out and gave me a project estimate and the pricing was very reasonable (I'd done cost research prior, and I also had 2 other companies provide bids) so I hired Geo and I'm glad I did. I highly recommend Geo-Insulation for anyone who has an insulation need. They insulated my attic and this coming fall I'll have them do my garage also. read more

I called GEO Insulation and they promptly responded to all communication. Loved Tom's no non-sense style assessment of the insulation in my home and a no non-sense offer based on the size of my attic. Came in this morning and blew in the insulation, worked quickly and efficiently. Also, I love to support veteran owned businesses when I can, so that is also a bonus. read more

Called Tom last week to give me a quote and recommendation for redoing my insulation. When he arrived, same day, he quickly went up to the attic and looked at the current situation. Made his recommendations and later that evening sent me the quote via email. I contracted him the next day with the scheduled activity to commence the following week. He showed up early, and quickly got to work with his crew. Was pleasantly surprised that he too was getting his hands 'dirty' and overseeing all work activities. He and his team were true professionals and would highly recommend. I also appreciated that he was upfront with me about the CPS rebate offered whereas the other contractor who quoted the job never mentioned anything about it. Makes you wonder...at least Tom was forthright, engaging and in the end provided a service that was professional. Thank you Tom and crew! read more

We wanted to add some insulation to our home. We looked at 3 company's, the other 2 tried to upsell us on products I did not want. Tom was very straight forward very honest his pricing was very reasonable. Tom and his crew did an excellent job and did everything they said they would do, oh yes and they even cleaned up the job site before leaving. I highly recommend Tom's Company " Geo-Insulation" . Geo Insulation gets a five star for all-around great service. The initial responses time to hear back from them was less than 24hrs. The owner Tom Porter, came out to our home within the week to give us a bid on insulating our attic above our garage and installing insulation panels on our garage door. Tom was thorough at explaining all the details of the project and sent us an email within 24hrs with the cost of the bid. The next week the project was scheduled. Tom and his crew did exceptional work and paid attention to detail finishing of garage door parks beautifully. We couldn't be happier with Geo Insulation and would recommend them without hesitation. read more

Great customer service. Prompt, good value, showed up when scheduled and very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. Highly recommend.

On time, easy install, best part is that our house gets SO COLD SO FAST! It used to never get cool, even with our A/C on ALL day, our house was horrible. Then Geo-Insulation came and installed the insulation in the attic, our house cools to temperature within 30 mins! Our family is so satisfied and highly recommends them! We also got the CPS refund which made it VERY affordable, its worth the cost. Very good price! *also, of the 3 companies we requested a quote from, Geo-Insulation was the first one to personally call and make the appt, the others took a day+ to call back. read more

Tom was very professional and personable. He and his crew were prompt, courteous, and kept the area clean. Our dryer vent had somehow come apart and he fixed that at no charge. In addition, the air conditioner tape had separated where the duct enters the unit and he fixed that at no charge also. When he arrived I told him that everything in the attic was supposed to have been taken down but wasn't. He and his crew did that for me and put everything neatly to one side of the garage. It cost less than I thought it would and I'm going to get a $511 rebate from CPS. He already had the paperwork filled out for me including the envelope and stamp. All I had to was put it in the mailbox. read more

These guys are the absolute best. Tom was friendly and professional from the start and I would highly recommend this company for insulation work on existing or new construction. They installed spray foam in the garage attic and radiant liquid heat barrier in the main house attic in a older home and did a great job. Nice to work with folks that do what they say. read more

Tom and his team are the best to work with if you need insulation services. Fast, dependable, and excellent customer service are just a few words I would use to describe Geo Insulation. Tom explained the process, along with the exact rebate we were entitled to from our power company. He not only explained everything, but he was on the job site working the day of our install AND he completed the rebate paperwork for us AND even provided an addressed envelope with a stamp to mail in for our rebate. This is just a short review of what you can expect, but overall this is an excellent company. read more

Tom and his crew did a fine job. Can't say enough about Tom's customer service and follow up after the job was completed.
