I live in queen creek. Today a guy on a Segway rides up to my door right past the large no soliciting sign I have on my walk way. I was inside on a ladder painting. Through my ring doorbell, I asked him how I could help him. He replied, "hi I take care of almost this whole neighborhood and I would like to introduce myself". I asked if he was part of the HOA. He said, no, but could I please come to the door. I told him I was busy and that I was good. Again, he pushes me to come to the door. I politely pointed out that he was standing next to a no soliciting sign and that I was good. He informed me that he was not selling anything and that he just wanted to put a face to the home. I told him, no and that I was busy. We went back and forth several more times before he finally left. I would avoid this company as their sales people are dishonest and pushy. Just had a knock on my door at 9pm with a sale guy trying to sell me pest control. Multiple times I kindly said I wasn't interested. He asked for a bank statement (to prove I had pest control already) and my husband cell phone (he wasn't home) to chat with him since I wasn't interested. Absolutely ridiculous and inappropriate. Whether they have good quality or not, I'll never find out after that interaction. My 1-star review is for the company's consumer-hostile policy regarding cancellation. You can sign up for service through the website, reschedule appointments and do any other account management *EXCEPT* for cancel. Attempting to use the contact us feature to cancel is also fruitless. I received an automated response that asks me to call their "customer advocacy team" so that their reps can attempt to up-sell me. No thank you - I'll just contest any further charges from your company. If White Knight fixes this I'll happily update my review to reflect it. Regarding the treatment itself, I have no complaints. The hard-working technicians were always courteous and professional, taking care of any problem areas. It's a shame that the company's sales team is sabotaging any chance that I'll ever recommend their services - those who do the actual work deserve better representation. read more

Your customer service is horrible. They just repeat your policy and are not listening or have empathy for the situation. I am on a bi-monthly service agreement. I had a technician come out in February, then in March, then in May in which I was charged $129.99 for each of those services. So I was charged for 6 months of services and received only 4 months. That is billed more than bi-monthly. Nonetheless I cancelled my service because you all are crooks and un-professional. In addition, customers beware of their sales people. White Knight is a SCAM. After completing the contract I called to cancel. They kept offering more services which I told them many time NO. They argued with me until I was yelling at them to cancel my account and not to charge me another penny. They insisted that I owed them 4 more past services. I had them on auto pay the entire time. 2 years of payments every month. At first they said I owed 75.00 more dollars then right before I hung up they said they would charge my account 185.00 SCAMMERS. THEIVES. If my account gets charged one more time I am filling a dispute with my bank and having a lawyer handle this. No respect , no appreciation for long time customer, and totally dishonest. This company is the worst. We signed up in March when we moved into our new home and the first tech was great. It's been a mess ever since. We were about to have our third treatment of a "quarterly service" and they want to reschedule mere hours before the service appointment. Our schedule doesn't allow for just random drop-ins. Once before this, they just didn't show up and the scheduled tech said some not so nice things when I inquired why he said he was on his way then just didn't ever arrive. Also, how is it a quarterly service when they come every other month? They don't ask about scheduling and don't try to remedy or even apologize for their mistakes. CLASSIC BAIT AND SWITCH! STAY AWAY FROM THIS UNETHICAL AND UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY. As a licensed attorney here in California, I have been shocked and appalled by the experience I've had with White Knight Pest Control over the last two business days. This company has made errors in two service agreements and employed a classic bait-and-switch sales technique, and is now asking me to pay them $400 for a 5-10 minute routine pest control spray service, despite the fact I had the home sprayed a month ago (and for the last year routinely) by my current pest control provider. To learn more about their abusive practices, keep reading. On Friday, July 12, at 6:45pm, a sales rep from White Knight approached me while I was gardening in my yard. He was offering pest control services, however, I told him that I already had such services and wasn't interested. He was pushy and then offered to match my current pest control service rate and offered a free service. I asked him to send over the Service Agreement for my review as I was running late for a dinner event and he informed me that I had to sign his handheld device to receive the Service Agreement, and that I would have 3 business days to review the Service Agreement. The following Monday, July 15, the technician shows up at 5:00pm to perform the 5-10 minute spray service as I'm running out the door. Unfortunately, I haven't had a chance to review the Service Agreement as my schedule has been jammed over the weekend and Monday. Not an issue because I have 3 business days to review the Service Agreement since its initial delivery to me and I'm well within that range. Immediately after the technician conducts his 5-10 minute service, I then receive a call from White Knight's Customer Service Specialist who reviews the Service Agreement charges with me. I inform her that the charges she referenced are incorrect and not the amounts that were verbally agreed to with the sales rep on Friday, July 12. She agrees to adjust the charges to match my current pest control provider, but never sends over the new Service Agreement (and I later find out she inputs the wrong service charges so she did not in fact match my current provider and instead had me paying $40 more per year than I was already paying with my current service provider). On Tuesday morning, July 16, I take a closer look at the original Service Agreement that was sent on Friday, July 12, and confirm that the invoice amounts are indeed incorrect and do not accurately reflect the verbal offering that the sales rep provided me with. Additionally, the Service Agreement indicates an 18-month term, which both the sales rep and customer service representative failed to inform me of this important term. Lastly, White Knight had failed to relay the updated Service Agreement that I had discussed on the phone with the Customer Service Rep the day before. Due to the Company making so many errors so early on in the relationship and incorporating a classic bait and switch sales technique, I provide written cancellation of the Service Agreement on July 16 well within the 3-business day period pursuant to the Service Agreement. After receiving my written cancellation on Tuesday, July 16, White Knight proceeds to send me an email asking me to contact them regarding the cancellation. I then proceed to contact White Knight via telephone in response to their email. In that call, White Knight claims that if I cancel the Service Agreement, the bill is $400 because the customer service rep claims her technician used a flush-out procedure during the 5-10 minutes in which they sprayed the exterior of my home. I was not in need of anything more than a routine spray as I had just had the home sprayed a month earlier and had been using a pest control service for the last year. I made the sales rep aware of this important fact on Friday, July 12. The Customer Services Rep also confirmed that the Customer service rep the night before had made an incorrect update to my Service Agreement and had incorrectly matched my current pest control service provider's rate. So in the matter of the first two business days since delivery of the initial Service Agreement, White Knight has managed to employ 2 bait and switch techniques resulting in two errors in the drafting of my Service Agreement. Given so many errors in such a short amount of time and the fact that the Services Agreement did not accurately reflect my conversation with the sales rep, I ask White Knight to cancel the Service Agreement and that I'm willing to provide them some compensation for the technician that came the day before but I refuse to pay $400 for a 5-10 minute pest control spray (especially given the fact that my home is already routinely sprayed by a current pest control provider). The Customer Service Rep refuses to come to a reasonable solution with me despite the numerous errors in the Service Agreement. read more

I've known Travis for many years being that he is my neighbor. He is always punctual, thorough, and friendly. Yesterday he installed 14 termite bait stations and made very quick work of it allowing me to enjoy some of my Saturday. The installation was clean and flush with the surface which makes them barely noticeable or a target for my riding mower. I highly recommend Travis as I know he is one of White Knights best technicians. read more

Recently I had White Knight employee John Gamez out to give me a quote on Rat extermination in my attic area. He told me that since I had previously had a company out a few years back he "could not interfere with anyone else's work". WHAT?? His demeanor was quite a bit unprofessional in attitude but I dismissed it at the time.. after some research I found out he is the manager!! I did relay to him that I was quite happy with Doyles pest service since I have used the company for several years. He stated "you cannot ALWAYS have Doyle, he's very popular, and that is just not possible" Well it seems that he was correct, as I have been removed twice from Doyle's schedule and I have had to reschedule with no notice. This seems quite unprofessional to me. I schedule far enough out to be able to request a certain tech and have always had Doyle. Something seems awry. read more

They will overcharge you and in turn spray poison all over your furniture, clothes, or shoes without any concern for your health and safety. I can't take it anymore, my head is going to explode their service is so terrible. DO NOT USE THEM! Their technician Raul was asked to come over for an inspection of damaged wood uncovered during a bathroon remodel. He was very clearly only supposed to LOOK at the wood. The shower contractors said they would leave if anything was sprayed. Raul looked and confirmed there was no active termite infestation. I was on the road at the time, but the shower contractor, Raul and my fiance were all on speaker phone together. I said FOUR TIMES not to spray in front of everyone. The contractor told Raul not to spray. My fiance told Raul not to spray. I even texted him not to spray and he responded "ok" (see the photo below of my text to him). Why would I even want to pay for spraying if there's no infestation? Guess what...the guy goes to his car and comes in and sprays before my fiance can stop him - so the shower contractors leave. It messed up my entire timeline of contractors for my bathroom remodel that took weeks for me to reschedule. All because Raul decided to spray when we all told him not to multiple times. Ok, that's bad...but it gets worse. I spoke with their customer "advocate" and told them the entire story. They took extensive notes. I said I would not pay for spraying that I specifically told Raul not to do. I told them to cancel my ongoing service. She confirmed and told me a manager was going to call me. They never called. I get an automated message a month later saying my ongoing service appointment was scheduled for the next day. I called their customer service line again. The first lady reviews all the notes then passes me to a second "higher" level customer advocate. I wait on hold for 10 minutes. Finally they get on and the lady reviews my notes and says she can't cancel my service (only a manager can do that) and that they charged me for the spraying Raul did. "Sir, the technician sprayed at your house so you will be charged for the service and we will not refund your money." Honestly, I just hung up at this point. My wife had been dealing with a sick 4 year old and 1 year old all day. The time is 7:45pm in California and she was putting the baby to bed. I'm at CVS getting medication for the 4 year old when I get a text from my wife asking what's going on. I check our camera and see a sales rep standing out front with our dogs barking like crazy through the door. The baby had just fallen asleep and was now awake screaming because of the solicitation call. Our neighborhood has clear 'NO SOLICITING' signs posted. Brody with White Knight Pest Control disregarded those signs. I ask through the door camera why he's solicing in a neighborhood with signs clearly posted at every entrance saying it's illegal to do so and tell him to get off our property as he'd just woke up my sick baby with his late night sales call. I get back home with the medicine to see Brody knocking on another neighbors door who have a 1 year old. I've lived in this neighborhood for nearly 7 years and have never had a solicitation call past 5pm, let alone a rep with the balls to continue knocking on doors knowing there are children being put down for bed. I'm pissed. I stop my car and ask Brody for his business card, he conveniently doesn't have one. He's wearing all black clothes, none of which are White Knight branded. I ask for his company contact number, he doesn't know it and says I can look it up (with an attitude). The father of the house he was currently at voiced his frustration as well in the fact he was doing door to door sales calls at 8pm after they had recently put their kid down. Brody's response, it's not 8pm. Brody wants to get cute. I can get cute too. I call 911 to have him trespassed. Brody's tune does a complete 180. Brody walks away and does not knock on any more doors. Why does it take calling 911 for White Knight reps to get a clue? Why are they sending sales reps to go door to door at that time of the night in a neighborhood clearly marked 'NO SOLICITING'? (BTW Brody said he only saw no smoking signs, we don't have any signs posted about smoking). I'll be calling his office tomorrow to get some answers. Cops arrived about 4 minutes after I had called but couldn't locate Brody. What's more is there are google review complaints with the same theme as mine, late night solicitation calls in posted no solicitation neighborhoods. The kicker, admims response somehow justifying the solicitations; "we are aware that neighborhood 'no solicitation' rules can vary and are often considered a matter of courtesy rather than legally enforced" (ask my city PD). Originally we signed up with white Knight over a year ago because they seemed genuine and like they had quality services. Over the last 4 months, we've had to call for re-service after re-service after re-service because it's like the products quit working or the technicians quit spraying properly. When I called last week to inquire how to cancel my account, a kind representative by the name of Adam told me "oh that's no problem I'll just push your appointment out a few weeks so a customer specialist can give you a call and get that shut down it's really easy." Well low and behold, it's been a week and no one has called. So when I called, and the last 2 times I called back, they assured me that the team was just super busy so you try at a different time. When I called in today, I spoke with Clarissa who said she was "the only supervisor in the company for the department" which is SO WILD because this company is allegedly in multiple states (I'm in Colorado) and the idea of ONE supervisor that's not the CEO is amusing. She told me that I would be required to provide 30 day written notice to cancel, which wouldn't be so bad if 3 other reps claimed no such thing was required before her. When I asked to be transferred to a supervisor that's when claimed she was the "only supervisor in the department" and also "the only Clarissa that works there" so she didn't need to provide me with more information. She was rude, condescending, and (as a person that works in sales myself) grossly aggressive with her tone and words.
